I liked the hotel - a solid five! We rested from 10.10.2020 to 19.10.2020. There are many advantages: spacious, clean rooms with a normal additional. the place is a bed (this is a huge plus), i.e. the rooms are already triple; the kitchen is open around the clock, which is very convenient. The chefs are virtuosos!!! This is really a restaurant with a huge, very diverse and diverse diet, other dishes were changed and added every day! Very friendly, courteous, helpful and hospitable staff! Live music in the evenings and great cocktails at the bar! Oriental sweets and sweets are generally out of competition! Not over-sweetened and not cloying, very tender and melt in the mouth. By the way, it is a very wise and excellent decision to divide the restaurant premises and pool areas into age categories, especially the 18+ zone, where damn, you can take a break from screaming children! I believe that such zones should be introduced on the beach, and on airplanes and in transport in general, I love children and have nothing against them, but on vacation I want to relax, including from children! Cleaning was done every day, a little forgetful maids, then towels will not be reported in the right amount, then the mini-bar will forget to fill, then shampoos will not be brought, but this is rather a human factor, not malicious intent, it is definitely not worth getting angry and worrying about it.)) At the reception, all issues were resolved, of any level of complexity, upon arrival there was a courtesy call, the girl Ilia greeted us, left a phone number and asked us to contact us with any questions. Very nice! All employees of the hotel, without exception, are wearing masks, and the temperature is measured at the entrance before each meal. There are almost no disadvantages, and even then these are rather wishes, without which it is quite possible to do without. Well, it's strange, but we didn't find any freshly squeezed juices, although they are usually available in hotels of this level… Local alcohol (table wines) and not very much, for those who understand, but maybe this is a plus, there are fewer drunken Russians, although they manage to throw cocktails))) As always, sound insulation suffers in the rooms, but on the other hand, the presence of carpet in the halls dampens the sounds of midnighters wandering around the hotel. There are no bathrobes in the rooms, which is also strange for such a hotel. Otherwise, everything is perfect, well done!

Yes, everything is OK there. According to the all-inclusive system, everything is really included. A small town by the sea. Lots of pools and slides, with everything for every taste and really working. The disadvantage is that the rides and slides work at certain times. The food is quite varied, for every taste. I have not met hotels where you can eat ocean shrimps, healthy ones, crayfish and crabs on a sea day from the belly. But they don't give you a tool for crabs (forceps), and you can gnaw with your teeth - you'll stay without them. In general, it is quite a worthy place. It is very good with children, all conditions are created for them there, from food to animation. In short, it is not a bad hotel, it is quite attractive for its 5 stars.

If your plans do not include getting rid of your belongings, then you'd better look for another hotel! I don't usually write reviews, but this hotel has exceeded all expectations! I can't help but share it!!! So, we came for a vacation with a large family, who stayed in 5 rooms. One day, a brand new hoodie was left on the bed. Upon returning to the room, it was clear that the cleaner had been in the room and the hoodie had disappeared. After a thorough check, the hoodie was not found. When we went down to the reception, we assumed that the cleaning lady had taken it away by mistake along with the bed linen and asked us to sort it out. We were informed that they have their own laundry and if the hoodie turned out to be in the laundry, it will definitely be returned. The next day, we were told that she was not in the laundry room. Then we wrote a statement in which we asked to call the police, and also asked the hotel to conduct its own investigation. According to the results of the investigation, the hotel reported the following: video cameras show us leaving the room, then the cleaner comes in, after a while takes out the laundry and THAT's IT!!!! They also reported that they talked to the cleaner, she said she knew what kind of hoodie they were talking about, described what this hoodie looked like, but she didn't take it. That's what a cleaner's memory is, she cleans at least 20 rooms, and she remembered the white hoodie crumpled on the bed and even saw the drawing!!!!!!!! Amazing! Really?! It wouldn't have been so important if it hadn't been for one moment, the hoodie was bought right before the trip, paired with the same hoodie for a significant event for a boy and a girl, that's why it was so expensive. Due to the fact that before leaving the room, the hoodie was in the room, as even the cleaner said, and upon returning to the room it was gone, we asked the hotel to refund the money for it, the hotel refused to refund the money, since the video does not show that the cleaner takes out the hoodie, and she herself does not He admits to it. And if you can't see it on the video, then they don't have to return anything, was the hotel's response!!!!!!!!! And we were also accused of having the same hoodie, what else do you need!!! I promised to write them a review, I'm writing it now. So that people are ready to miss their things one day

All rooms are smoking, not airtight, the smell pulls into the room. There are no smoking-free zones on the territory! Cleaning is below average. There is no sound insulation in the rooms at all. The reception staff is generally unpleasant, they communicate condescendingly. The territory is small Among the advantages : beautiful rooms, friendly staff (except reception), clean restaurant, good water park, large beautiful indoor pool. There is an outdoor heated one, but there is a smoking room around it. The food is passable. Good evening introductions sometimes.

I got inadequate neighbors who were yelling and singing songs at 3 a.m., I couldn't get enough sleep from the word at all.
