GASTRONOMY. So NOT what I’ve expected from this restaurant. Obvious lack of personnel, and the ones there are really lazy, barely moving. Some food that supposed to be hot was cold, even under the heating lamps. The restaurant was unbelievably CROWDED. We had a birthday party there, but the cake came late, after 3 reminders. Table was cleaned after multiple reminders. We had to go fetch clean forks by ourselves. The staff overcharged us for the champagne, saying that the price in menu was wrong (??!!!) Not a Michelin star worthy service and attitude. Sadly, only three stars. Don’t think will return.

Worst guest care I’ve ever experienced I have never felt less safe or supported by a hotel. During my stay, my partner became heavily intoxicated and loudly demanded that I be removed from the room and lose all privileges, including in-room dining. I had no cash or bank cards with me—I had arrived together with him and was completely unprepared for this situation. Instead of prioritizing guest safety and basic duty of care, the staff asked me to pack my suitcase and immediately evicted me from the room—treating my partner’s drunken demands as final, even though it was obvious he was not capable of making reasonable decisions. A manager initially offered me complimentary access to the lounge “until 22:00” so I could have something to eat. However, around 14:00 a server told me I had to pay. When I asked to speak with the manager who knew the situation, she reversed her statement and said I must pay after all. Shortly afterward, I was told to leave the property entirely. Later that evening my partner messaged me to “come back,” but how could I return to a hotel that had just thrown me out? This was the worst service of my life: inconsistent, unprofessional, and profoundly lacking in empathy. I will not return, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects basic care and accountability in a crisis. Breakfast was perfect, room and room service is also good

The best hotel I’ve ever been to. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I am impressed with the atmosphere of the hotel, friendly staff, design of the rooms. But the cherry on the cake is not the singing fountains or local aqua park, but a cheese room at breakfast! I highly recommend it!🔥

The hotel claims to be the best in Dubai. I really want to mention the architecture, many restaurants, including Michelin-starred ones, and the hotel as a whole as a place of attraction. The hotel has several boutiques in case there is "nothing to go in"))))) we had a fairly spacious room with a swimming pool and a large living room. The entire mini bar was free (updated 2 times a day) and was warmly welcomed. Amazing view from the room. On the downside, a personal Butler was assigned to the room, but he never wrote to us during his entire stay at the hotel. The hotel was fully occupied, apparently it was occupied)) I would also like to mention the musical fountain, amazing beauty! There was also a story for which I would like to give extra respect to the hotel, I took a taxi from the Dubai Mall and left one of the packages in the car, I did not remember the number and Make of the car. I contacted the security service and 2 hours later, when I came to the room after the massage, the package was already waiting for me in the room! By the way, the spa is very high-level, bulgari gets a little tired, but here it tastes and colors. Great vacation at Atlantis The Royal Luxury and comfort have exceeded all our expectations! The Atlantis The Royal Hotel is a real palace on the shores of the Persian Gulf. I was particularly impressed with modern appliances and premium toiletries. Eating at the hotel is a special pleasure. The pools and the water park are a real godsend for the whole family. There is a huge range of water activities, from calm pools to spectacular water slides. And the view of Dubai Marina from the height of the pools is simply mesmerizing. The service here is at the highest level. The staff is attentive, professional and always ready to help. I would especially like to mention the work of the concierges, who helped organize an unforgettable experience. Atlantis Royal is a place where dreams of a luxurious vacation come true. It was my husband's birthday, and I barely got a compliment from the hotel. By 22 o'clock, a cake and fruit were delivered, when it was no longer necessary, after dinner. We had dinner at the Milos restaurant. A deposit of 365 dirhams was paid for each person, and everything ordered above this amount is paid additionally. The restaurant is ordinary, there are a lot of people, the staff does not have time to serve, it feels like an anthill. The Gastronomy restaurant was closed during the summer, I would like to come separately for dinner next time. The pool is on the 22nd floor, beautiful, with a beautiful view, quite noisy, for an amateur.The staff here does not greet and walks around with an arrogant air. You go downstairs and you will immediately meet the smiling staff, always ready to help and show attention to you. Atlantis The Royal is the epitome of luxury. From the stunning architecture to the impeccable service, everything is top notch. The Erbol manager helped us with the check-in. A wonderful man. He checked us into a beautiful room and helped us with some issues. This hotel is a real paradise for gourmets! There is a huge selection of restaurants, each offering a unique cuisine and atmosphere. We tried several establishments and were completely delighted with the quality of the food and service. One of the most decent hotels in Dubai at the end of the 25th year, but you can cancel the cuisine, there are very few Russian-speaking staff and very poor English, especially in restaurants. The kitchen is a bit weak, but it didn't work out to get into carbon fiber (so I won't say for him). But this is a problem in almost any hotel, so this is definitely the best deal on the market. We don't want to go anywhere else after this hotel, because there is nothing like this) Choose rooms with a view of the palm tree and if the rooms are above the 25th floor, there is a beautiful view of the pool on the roof of the 22nd floor, but children under the age of 21 are not allowed to enter the pool on the roof! The music accompanying the singing fountains is just great, it stays in the memory forever)) The breakfasts are incomparably delicious, but the assortment does not change (The most unforgettable impression was left by the branded birthday cake! There are 17 restaurants, an Aqua park and much more on site) Dinner can be ordered in the room. The service is amazing!!! For us, this is the best hotel, cleanliness, 10+ out of 10 service!
