GASTRONOMY.
So NOT what I’ve expected from this restaurant.
Obvious lack of personnel, and the ones there are really lazy, barely moving.
Some food that supposed to be hot was cold, even under the heating lamps.
The restaurant was unbelievably CROWDED.
We had a birthday party there, but the cake came late, after 3 reminders. Table was cleaned after multiple reminders. We had to go fetch clean forks by ourselves.
The staff overcharged us for the champagne, saying that the price in menu was wrong (??!!!)
Not a Michelin star worthy service and attitude.
Sadly, only three stars. Don’t think will return.

The best hotel I’ve ever been to. 🤷🏻♂️ I am impressed with the atmosphere of the hotel, friendly staff, design of the rooms. But the cherry on the cake is not the singing fountains or local aqua park, but a cheese room at breakfast! I highly recommend it!🔥

A delight for aesthetes and perfectionists!
Despite the luxurious interiors, it is very comfortable here. It's not even a hotel, it's an art gallery... the interiors and storefronts can be admired endlessly.
Fountains, lighting, and installations in the lobby are fascinating and fascinating.

Few people know, but the entrance to the hotel is free, you can eat in any of the restaurants or cafes, take a walk along the tour, take pictures.
A rooftop swimming pool is available for an additional fee.

Atlantis the royal.
Probably, at the moment, indeed, one of the best hotels in Dubai.
Everything is stylish, modern and expensive.
A cool solution with a collaboration with Louis Vuitton.
Incredible breakfasts with some crazy choices.
The territory is small and the water park is sparse compared to the main Atlantis. There may be problems with sun beds.
Otherwise, it's a great hotel.

There is one caveat, as I read in the reviews, with the placement service. At first, the payment with the union pay card did not go through, she wrote letters saying whether it was possible to pay with cash on arrival or whether it was necessary to arrive right now and make a cache, they did not respond with anything specific, saying, "if you do not pay for the room, we will be forced to cancel the reservation and deduct the amount from the card. I had to drop everything in the morning and go to pay. Upon check-out, there is a rumor that the deposit will not be refunded. Nikita recommended making a cash deposit. As a result, they still withheld money from me for the late check-out, although they themselves offered to make it a compliment. It's not pleasant. But overall, the impressions were good.

A fabulous hotel! Simply beautiful 😻 incredibly beautiful lobby, lobby, fish, transparent round elevator. Very friendly staff, will fulfill any request. The fountain of water and fire is beautiful. There are no words, everything is beautiful, clean, delicious, expensive and rich. The rooms are gorgeous, and the view of the bay is simply breathtaking. You can lick your fingers at everything you've tried, but the Greek restaurant on the 4th floor. Separately, it is worth noting the well-groomed territory of the hotel and the singing fountain - it is simply fascinating.
But, against the background of all this wonderful, we have an emergency! The child had a burn, after which a terrible allergy to the children's sunscreen, which the hotel offers, began. Of course, My mistake, I should not have used unknown sunscreens, especially for a child, but the fact remains. For this, minus one star.

There are always places by the sea and by the pools, there is also a full service for the kids. The staff is Russian-speaking, responsive, always with a smile, ready to rush to fulfill any request, at the same time not intrusive, no one stands over the soul. Mixed impressions .
The hotel is large, everything is chic and rich in the spirit of the UAE, only even higher ;).
The service is excellent, the staff is all responsive, promptly solves all issues.
The territory of the hotel is green, the pools are burnt, which is important in off-season.
There are many restaurants on site, fountains can be singled out separately, a beautiful impressive show. There is a water park nearby, free entrance to the slides for hotel guests, but with the usual priority, there is a queue of 20-30 for each slide. We went to the dolphinarium there, the program for 1h -70 thousand, well, it's too much for me.
Of the cons
Prices are high for everything, meals will cost 50-80 thousand per day for 3 people.
Upon departure, we found amounts in the account for which the managers could not explain to us where they were from and said that this was a mistake, but we still had the sediment.

The food is beyond praise for every taste, the staff is great, the rooms are clean, it's a pity there are no disposable shaving machines. I really liked the variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner, we had a hearty meal with children 7 and 9 years old. Lunch was not needed. We were on my birthday, the staff congratulated me with a small cake and a large team sang a song loudly Happy Birthday, it was very nice!!!!

Also among the advantages is access to the entire territory of the Stlantis network (both hotels, water park, beaches, aquarium, discounts in restaurants). Of the strong disadvantages, swimming pools, although there are several, but you can not swim in them, stand or sit more, since they are cascading and not at all deep, it is not convenient, well, the beach staff also need to be kicked so that they do something quickly and efficiently. In general, I recommend the hotel for those who want something new in Dubai and like big and noisy hotels.

Well, what can I say? A great hotel! With lots of restaurants, the first coastline, beautiful singing fountains! The staff is attentive and polite. Cleaning 2 times a day. What was missing for me personally? This is a playground where you could play with a child. Children's room for kids under 3 years old only 2 hours a day in the early morning, why is that? I don't understand. There was not enough drinking water in public access, you have to go either to a cafe, or to the beach, to the room or to the entrance to the hotel (they distributed water to everyone)
As for me, the water should be in the common hall. We went to the playground at Atlantis, where we rested last time.

It's a disgusting hotel for the money. I rarely write reviews, but there is no limit to my indignation. Everything is very long, there is no service, the concierge constantly confuses everything. The service staff can't handle it, and the answer to everything is "no" or "impossible." Terrible air freshener everywhere that is impossible to breathe. We decided to try something other than jumeirah once and were left in shock. It's especially terrible with children, there aren't even any sand toys on the beach, and it's impossible to buy them anywhere in the hotel. The rest is ruined. Just show-offs. The food is impossibly sour, salty, and peppery.

I have not seen such a buffet anywhere: oysters, grilled, Chinese, Japanese, Italian and other cuisines, the choice of dishes is huge. And dessert tables are 🔥🔥🔥 The hotel itself is clean, there are boutiques, restaurants, fountains-everything is expensive, rich, beautiful! If you are vacationing at The Palm, you can come to the buffet and there will be a discount, provided that the food is HB. A beautiful lobby, a tableware store and interior items - come in! Elevators with imitation of a fountain, an aquarium. I will definitely stay there next time!

The new huge modern one is very fresh. The infinity pool is very good. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at the infinity pool, the osiminog and mutton literally melted in my mouth, although these products are usually not talked about like that.
Friends visited us for the evening light-water-fire-music show, everyone appreciated it. The staff is perfectly prepared. When we had a technical problem with the temperature regime of the water in the room, the issue was resolved in 15 minutes.
Of the minuses, the reverse side of the plus is very large.
