Nice nice and clean hotel. Russian-speaking reception (partially). Large neat rooms. Modern bathroom. A special coolness is the cuisine: delicious, diverse and amazing. The robot brings food (if you wish). Beautiful views from the windows. Condishn not only in the room, but everywhere, even on buses. Private pool and SPA. There were a lot of elevators. There are free buses to the beach and back every hour every day. Along the way, the whole beauty of Sharjah opens up. Many interesting excursions were offered. I recommend the hotel.

It is unrealistic to walk to shops, the embankment and attractions, it is a very long road to pedestrian crossings on poorly equipped sidewalks, with children and in wheelchairs it is very difficult and long! The external impression is a good hotel, 5* . We arrived for 7 days. Room cleaning, no complaints, but come when it's convenient for them. There is a dirty floor in the corridor in front of the room. In the room there is a kettle, cups, iron, hairdryer. Shampoo and soap in the shower, in dispensers. For 7 days, they gave 1 piece of hand soap. There is no bathrobe and slippers, but they can be issued at your request. There are no cotton buds for ears, body balm, horn and sponge, shoe brushes. No transfer to shopping malls, no transfer to the beach. The pool and SPA are closed for 6 days. There was an early departure from the hotel to the airport. In the evening we ordered breakfast. At 5 a.m. we waited for lunch box for 25 minutes. We asked for a bottle of water at the reception, we were refused. The driver of the car was waiting for us at the airport and we left without getting breakfast. The breakfasts are just pathetic for a 5 star hotel. For 5 months, we have come to the Emirates three times on vacation, we have seen such breakfasts for the first time. I do not recommend this hotel to tourists.

I like all the staff, of course, they are carefully selected, all hard workers and masters in their field and very conscientious: the bus driver (who takes us to the beach and back) is very careful and meticulous in time, you can check the time according to him, the seasoned and kind staff at the reception, the staff of the kitchen and the dining room are sensitive and attentive The cleaning staff is excellent, the hotel is very clean! The rooms have new furniture, clean linen, high-quality plumbing, good design and interior! We mostly like breakfasts and dinners, you won't stay hungry! We are grateful to the hotel for the early check-in, we were after a night flight and were on the road for a day. We like everything, I don't consciously list the names of the staff, in case I forget to name someone, I like all the staff. I would like to say separately about the windows of the hotel, some people do not like dust or sand on the windows outside, people apparently forget that sand is an integral part of the country, the wind constantly picks up sand and dust from the ground, it is impossible to constantly wash the windows from the outside! I would like to come back here again. And we returned with our family on 11/20/2025, stayed at the hotel for 11 days, and purposefully chose Four Points by Sheraton! We were happy with our stay: we had a cozy, clean room, towels were changed every day, hygiene kits were provided, even razors and shaving foam, the staff was very polite, friendly, we really liked Kaunt. We addressed everyday questions at the reception to the young, but highly professional, polite, smiling guys Ashish and Madeha, all our wishes were taken into account, for which we are very grateful to them! Nutrition: we like the grain coffee at the hotel, the availability of yoghurts for breakfast, you can order an omelet with cheese, there are oatmeal porridge, sausages, various side dishes, cheese, sausage, vegetables, olives, juice, pineapples, watermelons, apples, oranges. For dinner there were: chicken, beef, fish, various side dishes, different pasta. There were always pastries, cakes, waffles and pancakes for breakfast. We were always full. Yes, sometimes there are spicy dishes, but there is an alternative. At the restaurant, we liked a girl named Htoo, who did her job quickly and efficiently. It was a convenient transfer to the sea: the first one was at 8.00, we got off the bus at about 7.45, there were always empty seats, the Zafar driver was also a professional, he quickly and safely delivered to the beach and back. We also like the relaxation area by the pool under the live palm trees, you can take clean towels and lie on the sun beds in the fresh air, sunbathe after lunch. Our family is grateful to the hotel and the staff for a comfortable stay!
