An excellent hotel in Sharjah, located in the city near the market and bus station, within walking distance of several parks and the embankment. There are several transfers to Al Khan Beach, to Sharjah Mall and a 20 dirhams fee to Dubai Mall. There is usually a city taxi at the exit, I always took it, it turned out to be cheaper than ordering through the app. I took a taxi back, everyone knows where the hotel is by name, famous. There is a fitness center, a swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun beds, a sauna and several restaurants inside. The hotel itself has excellent staff, the furniture is a little tired, but everything works. The rooms are spacious, there is a little dampness due to the climate, but if you turn on the air conditioner, of course it does not exist. The breakfasts are good, there are not enough meat dishes, but the rest is in stock. Omelets and waffles are prepared in front of you, and a robot delivers them on delivery. I liked the chef, he is a pleasant person and keeps the kitchen tidy and clean. In general, if you are used to Sheraton in Russia, this one loses a little, but it keeps its mark. Nearby hotels are much worse, and what is better is noticeably more expensive. Tips: there are three large grocery stores nearby (Lu lu, nesto and spinney), as well as a Costa coffee shop (like a starbucks) nearby. Of the restaurants nearby, Aroos Damascus found only the optimal one. The gold market (steam trains) is useless, except for the exchanger on the 2nd floor where the gold is, the exchange rate is really better than others. The seafood food market is good, and they also cook there.

I chose the hotel on the advice of a friend. It is modern and cozy. Mostly locals, wealthy Chinese and a few Russians stay here. Apparently, the hotel is not very popular among Russian tour operators. The location of the hotel is convenient: it is located near the Persian Gulf and the airport (15-20 minutes by car). I got a standard room on the 11th floor with a balcony, which was important to me. The food at the hotel is specific, mainly Indian cuisine. It was unusual for the child and me. French fries or minced potatoes are not served here, only rustic potatoes, but very spicy. The child ate pasta and sometimes chicken. Every day we were offered fruits: watermelons, melons, oranges. The desserts were delicious too. The hotel does not serve alcohol, as Sharjah is the strictest emirate in this regard. The transfer to the seaside was on schedule, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The hotel staff is polite and pleasant. You can take things to the dry cleaners for a small amount. The transfer from the airport is individual, in a new Toyota. It was very pleasant. I recommend this hotel, but with children, I would hesitate because of the food. Otherwise, everything is fine.

There is a free shuttle service to the beach three times a day, once to the center of Sharjah and once to the mall in Dubai. Parks and shops are within walking distance. There is a swimming pool with warm water, a sauna, a gym. The food is very tasty. We have never regretted that we took this hotel. For those who love more than just beach holidays.

My first vacation in Sharjah. I've been choosing a hotel for a long time. The hotel is comfortable, there is a grocery store in the building. There are a lot of shops nearby. There is a Jacuzzi and a sauna (there is a visit by a woman or a man). Children and adults come to the pool to train in the evenings, probably they buy an entrance separately at the hotel. There is an area with sun beds. I cleaned every day, brought everything I needed. The breakfasts are varied, some of the food is Indian. There were only 4 of us for lunch, the dinners were delicious Friday and Saturday seafood. Very tasty juices and coffee from the coffee machine. They always put food on the table and there's enough for everyone. You can pour juice into a bottle and take it with you and take fruit from the basket. We did not have breakfast on the first day and asked for lunch boxes on the day of departure, after talking with the manager, the girl packed two containers for us to have a snack at the airport. Judging by the reviews, the transfer times change at different times. It is necessary to come to the beach and from the beach minus 10. We did not go to the shopping center because the transfer was at 10:30. The view from the windows is certainly awesome. Of course, you can find fault with not very fresh furniture or other small things. The room is a little damp, but what you want is this climate. The window, of course, does not open. If you are not afraid to explore the surroundings and try different cafes, then dinner may seem expensive at the hotel. There is a bus to Al Khan beach 3 times there and 3 times back in the morning. At 16:00 for a small price, they can take the same bus to Dubai to the Dubai Mall, and they will pick you up at 21:00.

The room is nice, the mattresses are very comfortable, and I also liked the pillows: 2 long, well-filled pillows. There was a hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room. Slippers were present, bathrobes were not. Bathroom accessories are also available. Food: more modest breakfasts, more interesting dinners. No frills, but you can always find something to take. There are strongly spicy dishes, there are moderate ones, and there are those that are familiar to Europeans. There are several types of juice, including fresh orange juice. In the morning, the cook prepares egg dishes. The staff at the restaurant is smiling, responsive, and nimble. On the 7th and 8th floors there is a 2-level plunge pool, sun beds and umbrellas. I liked the view from the pool area. The pools themselves are small, and the one below is for children. And they manage to occupy half of this small pool for swimming lessons with children, almost every day! But it will be enough to refresh yourself in the heat. They give you 1 towel a day by the pool, by appointment. There is a gym and a sauna. The simulators are good, working, with good functionality. The sauna doesn't always work, you probably just need to ask to turn it on. There is also a Jacuzzi outside. It's normal enough, but the water smells strongly of bleach. One of the significant disadvantages: the room overlooked the neighboring building. The room is always dark because of this. There are blackout curtains. Close it at night so that the neighbors don't peek). But that's not the worst part either. If there is no balcony, then it is impossible to dry something in the room!!!!! At all! The windows don't open. There are no devices. There is 1 towel hook in the bathroom. When asked to change the room to one with a balcony, they "feed breakfast" and offer to change it with an additional fee. Although the room level is the same with a balcony and without a balcony. A dryer will also be provided on request, but for an additional fee. Things in the closet are wet. This moment greatly spoiled the impression of the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m.!!! We had not been accommodated in any room before!!! We said pay 150 dirhams and the room is immediately available!!! ))) It wasn't very pleasant, and we were really tired of being stuck at the reception for half a day. But it didn't spoil the mood. For us, the most important and significant disadvantage of the hotel was that the WINDOWS did NOT OPEN in any room. Yes, I knew that when I came here, BUT that things won't dry stupidly at all is, of course, trash. Full. On the third day, all the beach clothes simply stank, as they did not have a single chance to dry. It turned out to be significant for me, because in the morning the clothes are just wet, not wet. This is a downside. Therefore, keep this in mind when booking this hotel. Transfer to the beach. We occupied it half an hour before his departure, as there are a lot of people riding on it. We were in time. You should also come back from the beach early. The sea and the beach are certainly a fire!!! The water is impossibly clear , clean and warm, the sand is white )))) There is a place to change clothes on the beach, wash up after salt water and go to the toilet. We didn't have enough dinners. Only breakfast was included. Keep in mind that the fast food outside the hotel is disgusting. Everything is very greasy and downright tasteless. We bought food in stores, they are on every corner in abundance! In general, the hotel is 4+. The beach is 10 out of 10 !!! I recommend it, but keep in mind the windows and wet clothes for your entire vacation)))

To make it clear, the number was provided to us at 3:40 p.m. after we had to raise our voice! The hotel is filthy, there are ear sticks, bottles, and women's pads lying around the pools - it's just awful!!! There was also a question about nutrition , which turns out that breakfast is not allowed on the first day - so that there was an understanding, we were brought to the hotel at 7.00 am!!! There are many questions to all the organizers combined on this issue ((( There is also dirt and ruin near the hotel!!! The room was deliberately given the worst and unprepared even by 3.40 pm ! There is only 1 towel hook in the room, there is nowhere to hang even bathing accessories. … And a dryer is provided separately for $ 10 per day 👍((( I highly do not recommend this hotel for my compatriots !

There are constant interruptions with hot water in the room, for winter holidays this is Crete, of course. The shuttle runs once a day. The windows did not open in the house. There are no nearby locations where you can go for dinner or coffee. There was a problem with changing the currency at the hotel: they did not want to change it, since the bills were issued before 2013. This is the first time I've encountered this. The hotel does not inform about this in any way and does not offer alternatives to resolve the issue. There was not enough aromatization in the hotel. You can usually find a good diffuser. I felt an orientation towards Americans and Arabs at the hotel entrance, and there is a trace of everyday racism against Russians. I would recommend the hotel as a transfer point if you are on the road and need to spend the night. For a long stay of 3 days or more, this is not the most advantageous option. I rate it at 3 stars.

The company arrived at this hotel, 4 double rooms were booked, we were given 2 excellent rooms and two disgusting rooms. The room we lived in had no balcony, the windows wouldn't open, the windows were dirty, the room smelled damp, there were no towels!!!! (as you can imagine a hotel that positions itself 4-5 stars and a room with no towels!!), when booking, they indicated that people they didn't know very well needed two separate beds, they didn't take this into account. In restaurants, you can not take water to your room for breakfast and dinner, instant coffee (this is a 4-5-star hotel, the hotel has different star ratings on different websites). This is not our first time in the emirates, we were in Ras al Khaimah and Dubai, in these cities we were in 4-star hotels, but there was no such horror!!! The beach is a separate story, it is absolutely not equipped, there are no canopies or sun beds, only paid ones. The shuttles that go to the beach don't have canopies for them, and you're standing in the nearly 40-degree sun waiting for the shuttle. A nice city hotel in Sharjah, located next to the promenade and parks. There will always be a pleasant place to walk in the evening. Near shopping centers, shops, cafes, an exchange office. The currency can be changed at the hotel, but the exchange rate is not so profitable. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant. There is always a good choice of dishes. Pleasant service, there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. I advise you to book a room with a balcony, as the windows do not open. Rooms without a balcony have air conditioning only. The hotel has a small sauna, a rooftop pool on the 7th floor, and a gym. All this is included in the price. It's nice to lie on the sun loungers at lunch, as there is shade near the pool. The cleaning is good, every day. The transfer to the beach is well organized. If the guests do not have enough space, the bus just arrives again. It's a long walk to the beach, a taxi to the beach is about 15-16 dirhams. Thanks for the rest! We liked everything!

The restaurant is like a dining room, if you stay later, you have to wait for the table. Very few tables.The hotel is rated 3 stars, the rooms are poorly lit, dim all the time, and they gave me a room with a balcony that overlooks a neighboring building with a vent.The rooms are damp. Cleaning is daily, cleanliness is not visible because it is dim and I did not look closely, they gave one liter of water per person on the first day, and then half a liter per person. Bathrobes are not provided, towels are one set for two, The furniture is old. There is nowhere to dry the laundry, there are no dryers at all, when they asked for a dryer, they offered to go to a nearby store and buy a dryer themselves. The pools are small. The transfer to the beach is small and old, if there are no places, you will have to take a taxi.. I do not recommend this hotel.

Of course, the departure time from the hotel and back from the beach is not convenient. I had to take a taxi.The weather is great, it's warm, even burned out on the beach. But the water is cool. The room has a strangely arranged lighting, a suspended ceiling from which light streams, i.e. it is dim all the time Most of the rooms do not have a balcony : keep in mind when choosing a hotel who smokes or wants to dry clothes or sweats, the windows do not open, but nevertheless there will be prayer in the morning from 5 a.m., you can hear loudly. There is no point in taking full board, on the day of arrival you can only have dinner, no matter what time you arrive at the hotel, check-in at 15 and lunch at their place before 15, they will not feed, as in my case. The bus to the beach is the deadliest, compared to the neighbors of the holidey inn and crystal plaza, it takes half an hour before departure at 8:00 a.m. for sure, otherwise you will take a taxi. In the morning there were 3 buses (I went only 2 times a couple of times, after the indignation of the guests, I drove 3 times), back 2 times (when they left, they did 3 again after a significant part of the people did not get back) The cleaning was, but so-so. No one has vacuumed under the bed for a long time, the bed has not been changed, only made. Towels / water / coffee / tea are provided and changed without problems. The food is ordinary, it happens in 4* and in a variety, for the first time I see 5* without fresh fruits at all, all juices from bags, the restaurant gives the impression of a dining room, completely enclosed, without views of the street. The hotel does not have its own territory, it is just stuck in the city. There is a Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna, a swimming pool on the 7th floor, everything is small, in my opinion, with quite chlorinated water, especially in the Jacuzzi.

The Sheraton is on the level, we flew in February, the weather was up to +30, breakfast was a bomb, transfer from the hotel to the beach (convenient, but we took a taxi a couple of times). The beach is central, take a voucher from the hotel, so that there would be no questions at the entrance, we forgot once - we missed believing in words. There is mold in the shower in places, most of the rooms literally go into the wall of the neighboring hotel building, the windows are not washed, the rooms are damp and dark around the clock. The cuisine is not varied, the breakfasts and dinners are almost the same every day. I was very upset by the transfer, which was completely unorganized and not designed for the number of guests in the hotel. But at the same time, the staff was pleasant and helpful, which pleased me.
