I do not advise you to choose a smoking room: if it is impossible to open the windows in the room, the smell, which is in very high concentration both in the corridor and in the room, is too much) even for smokers. In the room: large bed, armchair, local lighting sources, plasma, 2 closets, ironing board, iron, head/body wash, hair conditioner, soap, cream, napkins, towels, refrigerator, kettle, table, bedside tables. Not all outlets pull electrical appliances taken from home, but you can definitely find one powerful one per room. I didn't have to buy additional adapters: there are usb, type c and conventional plug inputs. They are cleaned perfectly every day. But we ourselves set the frequency of cleaning every 3-4 days. The pool is located on the second floor. Free places are always in short supply, but if you don't sleep until the last, you can always accommodate. The food is very decent, quite varied. They always left satisfied and well-fed. Dinners can be exchanged for lunches. You can also have dinner either in the restaurant or at the buffet (at your choice). Shuttles run to the outlet, Emirates Mall, JBR city beach, Soluna Beach Club. You can always choose the optimal and convenient time (several options during the day). Upon departure to the city's free beach, a towel is provided at the hotel. You need to sign up for the beach club in advance. Admission is free, but you can only stay on the beach. We paid extra for more comfortable accommodation closer to the pools and on a double deck chair. Special thanks to all the staff - the sweetest, well-mannered professionals. I would like to mention Maria and Kristina separately. They will tell you everything and help you with everything. The location of the hotel is optimal - not far from the center. We had to spend a little on taxis, plus we saved a lot by using shuttles.

The carpets in the rooms are very poorly cleaned, they look worn out. It would be better without them, less dust. Sometimes they forget to put towels in a complete set. And upon check-in, there was no requested room with separate beds. Only with one big one, but it was not suitable when traveling with an adult son. They offered to pay an additional $ 100 for accommodation in a triple room. We took a break to make a decision through the agency. The hotel claimed that the operator requested one large bed instead of two separate ones, the agency and the tour operator claimed the opposite. As a result, as I understood, the hotel itself solved this issue and was placed for a day without additional payment, followed by replacement with our option. By the way, the onlinetours agency did not behave very well, they did not get in touch for a long time, communicated without a desire to help, they were not even interested in how everything was eventually resolved and did not apologize for the inconvenience. We will no longer take tours through them.
