The hotel is normal. The location is excellent (7 minutes to the metro, taxi near the hotel constantly, shops and cafes nearby. Questions about room cleaning, symbolic cleaning (the bed was made and that was it), but the most annoying thing was that they left the towels wet to replace them, they took them away from us and did not put new ones in, every day when you arrive at the room in the evening you call the reception desk and ask them to bring it and wait for 15-20 minutes. The breakfasts are average, the pool is small, but if you come around 9/10 in the morning, you can easily find free sun beds. I think the price/ quality corresponds to the hotel.

You can go out in the evening and walk around the surroundings, there are many shops and minimarkets around the hotel, an exchange office, a football field, a subway, a mosque. The food is delicious. Rooms with all amenities. There is a special Qibla sign and a holy Quran in the room. A large TV with 360° rotation function, channels mainly from the Emirates, found one boring Russian channel. We had a room for 3 people, quite spacious, refrigerator, tea sets, comfortable beds, blackout curtains from the heat, air conditioners with clear settings, large closets, safe, ironing board with iron, spacious bathtub, bathrobes, slippers, towels of 3 types for each, toiletries for each. Large balcony. Fast and spacious elevators, there are as many as 8 of them. The service is standard, but they try very hard to please the guests, always wanting to help. What was our surprise when on the first day of arrival we saw at the reception a Kazakh girl from Karaganda and a guy from Uzbekistan, very responsive, the girl put us in a room where there is a balcony overlooking the mosque, the staff is multinational, waiters from the Philippines, the doorman seems to be from Africa, Indians, Malaysians, mom taught one Filipina to say Rahmet 😅 They clean the room every day, all personal accessories are updated, there are questions they will prompt, help, react quickly, bring water immediately if you call when they run out. Cleanliness does not pull to a high level, but it is there. The breakfasts are full, buffet, a large selection and everything is delicious, I fell in love with local yogurt and camel hot milk. The beach is not far from the hotel, 15-20 minutes from the hotel, a free round-trip transfer will be provided at a certain time, as well as umbrellas and towels. The beach is gorgeous, white and sandy, the water is salty and clean. There are showers, toilets and rooms where you can change clothes. A great option for a family holiday, we were satisfied.

I was going to be evicted for a long time (and I can't do anything else) , and thank you for not calling "gray". You need a taxi, but you don't have apps on your phone ...- contact the men at the entrance, they will call (and pay for the driver themselves) . Breakfast is the same ALMOST, but you will be 100% full. Dinner until 22:30 is good, hearty, varied. Supermarkets are in the next building, the prices are not expensive. THE METRO IS NEARBY! The air conditioning in the room is pleasant ( it does not blow with an icy wind, it is not hot, it is adjustable. We come to the room and the temperature is already comfortable . The automation is triggered for earlier apparently. The transfer to the beach is free every day, an appointment is made for the day. But this includes only a transfer and a sunbed with a canopy. All food is for money. But there is water in the cooler on the beach. There is also a transfer to the shopping center.

A wonderful hotel, service, staff, availability of everything necessary in the room (kettle and everything for tea and coffee, iron, ironing board, dryer, all sorts of gadgets for hygiene and everyday life). Daily cleaning, replenishment of drinking water, replacement of towels. The only thing is that the windows in the hotel do not open due to security reasons, because of this it is very humid in the room, things do not dry, there is not enough fresh air circulation from outside. We wrote a review about this to the hotel administration, the hotel did not ignore it, answered in detail and promised to fix this problem at the engineering level. Breakfasts and lunches are excellent, varied - chicken, lamb, beef, fish - daily, sausages are delicious (compared to similar products somewhere in Turkey or Egypt), fruits. There is a gym, a swimming pool (but the pool is too small, which is in principle typical for city hotels, but there is enough to refresh in the alley, sun loungers, umbrellas - everything is available. The location is convenient - walking distance to the metro Internet City, many different supermarkets, also very close to the shop with Alco. We advise you! We would have returned here a second time.

The whole family rested from March 29 to April 6, 2023 at your hotel. We really liked the hotel, the room is clean, the bed is big and chic, all the cosmetics are in the room. Cotton swabs, cotton pads, a nail file, a set of threads with a needle, a shower cap and especially liked the body cream, after the beach it is very pleasant to moisturize the skin. All the staff is very friendly, but no one speaks Russian. We only had breakfast, everything was really delicious. Room cleaning and change of towels every day. A bus from the hotel went to the beach for free, but it was necessary to book seats every evening. The bus schedule should be requested at the reception to know when the bus can take you back from the beach to the hotel. Many thanks to all the staff. We rested 03.01-08.01 2023: a nice room with shampoos/creams, the metro is not far away (which turned out to be very convenient, the red line), breakfasts / dinners are quite tasty, not very diverse, modest, but we were not hungry. The choice is small, almost nothing has changed for 8 days. 9. The room is usually small, everything is normal in general. Also nothing special at all. Result. Everything is learned in comparison, and we compare it with the Yalta Intourist Hotel. I always thought they sucked and didn't deserve their 4 stars. But now I understand that it is much better on all points (without exaggeration) than Tryp by Wyndham, except for the service of course. There is no one in Crimea. We checked in when there were a lot of people and as soon as we entered the room, it seemed that it was not very well cleaned, dusty shelves, stained furniture, etc. but on the second day after cleaning it became cleaner. And all the following days were also relatively clean. I really liked the soft and cozy bed. Breakfasts: the breakfasts are hearty, although it may seem to someone that they are not very diverse. It is quite possible to eat. Yoghurts, cereals, muesli, fruit, scrambled eggs, omelet, sausages, tea, coffee, delicious pastries and much more. The staff is very responsive, all requests and questions were resolved quickly enough. The pool is shallow, but you can swim and relax.

For the first time in all my travels, there was a decent hair dryer in the hotel. Room cleaning every day, snow-white bed linen, slippers, bathrobes, hygiene products, lots of pillows, clean well, unobtrusive service, leave a bottle of drinking water every day after cleaning, air conditioning is working properly, curtains are black out. The noise insulation is sufficient – the Azan is almost inaudible, it does not interfere with sleep. The breakfasts are good, but monotonous, there are no frills, but you will not stay hungry, in 10 days, of course, the food for breakfast is boring, there are always sausages, potatoes, pastries, omelets, yogurt, juice and fruits, coffee is also not bad. The hotel has a lot of residents, but not crowded. Some of the staff speaks Russian, and everyone speaks English. By the way, we booked a hotel at a booking with on-site payment, we managed to pay with Gazprombank's UnionPay card on the spot, however, they paid it everywhere in Dubai, sometimes only contactless payment takes place, sometimes we had to insert the card into the terminal (each time in different ways – you need to try). There are many markets near the hotel, where you can buy ready-made food (sandwiches, various dishes) and fruits, there are fermented dairy products made in Russia (sour cream, cottage cheese), prices are affordable. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the metro, and 5 minutes to get to the trains by metro, it is better to buy a card and replenish it at the vending machine (by the way, UnionPay did not work in the metro, they replenished it with cash in dirhams) if you plan to travel by metro. Careem taxi earned upon arrival in Dubai with a Russian SIM card (while in Russia, it was not possible to register), cash payment. The price included a visit to Soluna beach on Palm Jumeirah, the beach is very decent, the sea is beautiful, the sand is clean, towels, sun beds and umbrellas are good, everything is included in the price, there is a scheduled transfer from the hotel, you need to make an appointment in advance, at least one day in advance. There is a toilet on the beach, with comfortable changing rooms, a full-fledged shower with shampoo, shower gel and lotion, there is a hairdryer. But you can get bracelets to visit the beach and go by taxi yourself, it takes no more than 30 minutes to get to this beach. It is not allowed to bring food and drinks with you, for a fee you can eat and drink on the spot. You can buy merch in the form of a branded bottle and replenish it with unlimited water from the cooler for free. The hotel has its own microscopic pool with cooling water, about 1.2 meters deep, there are few people only in the evening, during the day almost all the sun beds by the pool are occupied, towels are also provided there. The room is compact, but not to say that it is cramped. There is a gym. The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are no more than 30 minutes away by metro (not counting the road through the air-conditioned subway crossings). I recommend the hotel to stay.
