This is a great hotel, and we have never regretted choosing it. The staff is very friendly, it's a pity that only one girl at the reception speaks Russian, the rest spoke through a translator (they improved their English) Room cleaning is on schedule, if something is needed, they decide in a moment. We had a rest from March 17 to March 23, the location of the hotel is very convenient, everything you need is within walking distance. Upon check-in, a tourist tax was paid for the room on the spot. The metro is 5-7 minutes away, we went to the Dubai Mall (5 dirhams per person), to the Museum of the Future (5 drx), to the Marina Mall (3 drx). To travel on the subway, we bought a NOL card for 25 drx, of which 6 drx is charged for the card and 19 drx remains for trips. before leaving home, we had drx left on the card and we bought sweets with them, i.e. we bought a NOL card. The staff at the hotel is polite, always helped if necessary, the main language of communication is English (the translator in the phone helped out). We had only breakfast and dinner, everything was delicious and varied, dinner can be changed to lunch. They take you to the free JBR beach without an appointment on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the schedule, the bus is replenished only for seated places, they will not let you go standing, they immediately drop you off and therefore it is not always possible to go to the beach, but you can take the subway (3 drx) to the DMCC station and then you need to walk a little bit. It is better to take towels in the morning, because once after lunch we were told that they were over and we went without towels. There is a transfer to Soluna Beach, by appointment, it is very beautiful and civil, there are sun beds, a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool, a towel is given on the beach itself. Some people have Soluna Beach included in the package for free, others do not, and those who are not included can travel for 100 drx. also by appointment. Information can be obtained at the reception and if included in the tour, you will be given a voucher for visiting the beach. There is a small 1 swimming pool on the territory of the hotel, but we did not go there, because there are always a lot of people there. We took a taxi to Kate Beach a couple more times, it seemed to us the most beautiful, the water is clear, there are rooms for changing clothes. We were very satisfied with our stay, we liked the hotel, and Dubai impressed us!!!

Nice hotel. We were lucky with the room (some kind of family room with a balcony), but the rooms are also normal without balconies. I liked the breakfasts, lunches and dinners! But I'm not one of those gobblers, so it was okay for me. The pool is small, but cozy to cool off in the heat. The metro station is about 5 minutes on foot. In general, everything is good.
