Transfers and beaches: there are solid disadvantages here. There are two beaches to choose from, and only one with a small number of people and clean water and a beach is pleasant, but even here it turned out that the sunbeds are paid and their cost is around 8 thousand rubles per day for 2 pcs. The transfer to this beach is the only one per day, and also not very convenient, leaves at 9 a.m., and the first bus arrives at the hotel is already full, that is, the transfer is not a hotel, and you have to wait another half hour for the next one, as a result, you need to go out for breakfast at 8 a.m. to catch 9 at the reception, and then wait another half hour and, taking into account the road, you get to the beach by 10:00, return transfer at 13:00. You can get to this beach in another way only by taxi, at a cost of one way it goes around 1500 rubles one way. If you try to get by metro to this beach, go 4 stations, but then walk around 40 minutes in the unbearable heat among the private sector, lack of shade. Beach number 2: It is more convenient to get there, the taxi cost is the same 1500 one way, there are 2 transfers, at 15:00 and at 18:00, the return in two hours, but taking into account traffic jams at this time you go to the beach for an hour and it turns out through a return transfer, which is not logical to use. We are currently in this hotel, because we bought a tour (we can't refuse - money will burn), and the only good thing here is the location - near the metro station and a good restaurant, and friendly staff (who should be everywhere anyway), that's it. - About the rooms: all rooms have very dirty carpet (walking with bare feet is just disgusting), there is a terrible smell of mold and dampness (this is said not only by us, but also by the visitors we met in the elevator) - we changed the room 3 times! They don't give you any slippers or bathrobes. The windows are all dirty, I don't want to look in them. There is not even a small closet with shelves in our room, only hangers in the number of 6 pieces. The ventilation is disgusting, the smell of cigarettes and tobacco spreads throughout the room and bathroom. The bathroom is constantly very cold floor (slippers were not given), yellow joints everywhere, torn tiles, in the shower there is only the shower itself, watering cans that you can take - no, there are no shelves where to put bath accessories, the taps open with a creak. The pool is more of a children's paddling pool with a view of the track, although you are unlikely to see a view from it. The staff is not a single Russian speaker (although there is at least one in other hotels "according to reviews"). They asked to bring towels (they didn't bring them in an hour) Breakfasts (we have only them) - from normal food: scrambled eggs, shakshuka and vegetables + drinks (EVERYTHING). Everything else is definitely not our usual food, everything is spicy, sour, liquid, in short - a big minus. There are no pancakes, cheesecakes, yogurt that we are used to (and you just won't find all that here). Transfer to the beach - you will drive at least 40 minutes, because this transfer will stop at 3-5 more different hotels. Back - also, there is no air conditioning in the transfer. Take a taxi (and it's not cheap here) There is no place to dry things. There is a small rope stretched over the bathroom, in which you simply will not be able to swim. Things don't dry, they get wet after 3 days. We dry it in the room on the TV, table, etc. There is no balcony. Complex regulation of the air conditioner, you will either freeze and turn into ice, or steam up from lack of air. I sincerely wish that this hotel was renovated and everything was washed here. I don't know who leaves good reviews, but if you don't like living in a hut, this is not your option.

And so, in order: we were registered at check-in for 30 minutes, despite the fact that I had registered electronically in advance. At check-in, the staff confused everything all the time. Despite the fact that we arrived at 14 o'clock, the room turned out to be empty and we waited another 40 minutes. The room is terrible, despite the fact that it is a junior suite, the carpet is all dirty, the walls are stained, the windows are dirty, the furniture is shabby. The room has a persistent smell of dampness, mustiness and mold. The sound insulation is disgusting. All the sounds from the next room are clearly audible. After check-in, they asked to bring bedding for the children, had to wait more than 2 hours, called 4 times, but it did not help. As a result, the disgruntled guy brought only a sheet and two pillowcases. They asked him to bring a duvet cover, so he began to complain that he had to walk several times. It is impossible to reach the reception. They never answer. They called the room service directly, but it didn't do much good. Transfer to the beach and Dubai Mall is a separate story. This is really bullying. You have to manage to get on the bus to the beach, it's a whole quest. Despite the fact that a daily transfer to the Dubai Mall was announced, we did not wait for him for two days, he never arrived. At the reception, they don't know anything or give false information. Water and other supplies are not brought to the room, you need to constantly beg for everything. To take towels to the beach, you will be charged a deposit of 200 dirhams here. I've never seen anything like it before. The food in the hotel is so-so, everything is spicy, a lot of spices, we did not like it. The only positive thing is the pool, which is generally not bad. There are a lot of disadvantages: the quality of service at the reception, extremely dirty rooms (ugly stained carpet, traces of glasses on the table, fingerprints on the handles of cabinets, on the toilet drain button, crumbs on the chair, mold in the shower, yes, black seams in the shower are mold that is not cleaned!!!). I am ashamed to write about it, but people are not ashamed to offer services in such a hotel! Everything is old and shabby! Repairs have been knocking on your door for a long time! The hotel itself is good, but the service leaves much to be desired ... 1) We were alone in this hotel from a travel agency, it was assured that there are Russian-speaking staff, but no, there are no Russian-speaking staff from the word at all (this is not a big problem, because we speak English, but for those who do not know English it can it's a bit problematic, but not critical). 2) In the room every day, the staff made the bed, took out the trash, tried to replenish consumables (mostly those that are not needed in principle). On the first day, when we checked in, we were not left with pasta, we had to go down to the reception and tell them to put pasta for us. The pastes in this bag are literally for one time, so I had to save a little. Shaving machines, shower caps, combs were endlessly replenished (as if it was forbidden to comb with one comb for a week), it would be better to replenish the paste every day.. 3) We returned to the room every day in the evening and found wet rags in the room, which apparently the cleaners forgot when they cleaned. 4) On the first day, we immediately decided to ask for two plates and two forks in the room so that we could eat something in the evening in the room, as a result, they brought us these plates only on the third day, although we asked more than once. And that was brought only after we met the cleaner in our room because we returned early from the beach and asked for him. But the bad luck is, they didn't bring us forks, but a knife.. After that, we still gave up trying to ask for anything. Either the staff doesn't really know English themselves, or they're being bullied. 5) An offensive moment occurred on my girlfriend's birthday. It just so happened that the manager himself asked how old she was and found out word for word that just the day before she had a doctor. The manager told the girl to come to the reception at 00:00, a surprise would be waiting for her. Well, we decided to go for the sake of interest, it's always nice to receive gifts. She left at 00:00, this manager was at the reception, she approached him, he forgot about what he said about the surprise, in the surprise. He told them to go to the room anyway, because they would bring a surprise there. Okay, let's go to the room, waited for an hour, no one brought anything, went to bed. The next day, this manager was on shift and decided to ask if a surprise had been brought or not, we said no, he said he would figure it out and bring everything. But no, they didn't bring anything. To be honest, we didn't even need this surprise at all if they hadn't told us about it themselves. We wouldn't even have mentioned DR, but it's a shame that they said about him themselves, and then just ignored him. 6) About breakfast: they are edible. A large selection of food according to the buffet principle. Of course, many things are either very salty or tasteless. But I liked the potatoes, eggs, and pancakes with different toppings.

The coolest dinners (and different every day... Indian Knight, Filipino and Italian). The metro is nearby - it's a fact. The breakfasts are so-so weak. The pools are average 2 pcs in the shade, a sauna for 2-3 people and a dead one. It can be seen that the entire hotel has been without repair for many, many years. A favorite hotel for Hindus and Pakistanis.
