The hotel is good, convenient location. But the service is poor.We waited 5 days for the pool heating to be turned on. We contacted the reception, but no one responded to our requests, although the heating of the pool was announced on the website. The restaurant has been waiting for breakfast for a very long time, there is a very small selection of dishes for dinner. There are no Russian-language channels that have been announced. Room cleaning is bad, we had to be reminded every time that toiletries and towels are needed for 3 persons. There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, thank you very much. She responded to our requests and tried to help.

I liked its excellent location in the city center. A good number, Wi-Fi without complaints. I removed the star for the lack of Russian channels and not delicious breakfasts.

I liked the hotel! We arrived at around 9 am, immediately settled in, though without zavrak. Decent rooms with daily cleaning. There are Russian speakers at the reception. There is something to choose for breakfast. Excellent location: near the metro station, a couple of small markets, cafes and pharmacies. If desired, you can walk to the Emirate Mall in 20 minutes.

Good location of the hotel near Sharaf DG metro station. Within walking distance of the Mall of the Emirates, from which many buses depart. Excellent breakfast with coffee from coffee machines with coffee beans. A big plus is the Russian-speaking staff. Rooms and cleaning corresponds to 4*.

I didn't like the rooms, shabby, the window can't be opened, the air conditioner can't be turned off, there is a Russian-speaking staff, a spa, a small pool, the food is average, without exquisitely, but there is a lot of everything, they took breakfast and dinner. Within walking distance of shops, cafes, Emirates Mall, good location, but not the center, older Dubai. We took it for 2 days, after the main rest on the footgear. What they regretted later. Tired protozoa arrived. More urban otel never.... if you take it at the beginning of the holiday, my advice.

We were at this hotel in early December 2019. Very not a bad hotel, convenient location. There is a metro station and a bus station within walking distance. Clean rooms, spacious bathroom. Good breakfasts. A free shuttle takes you to the beach and back. We did not regret that we chose this hotel.

Good location, 10 minutes to Dubai Marina, 15 minutes to Flower Garden. Metro 3 minutes on foot, there is a large mall nearby. The rooms are nice, clean. Meals like in all 4-star Arab hotels will do.

Convenient location. No problem with a taxi. Not far from the metro station. There is no construction site in the vicinity.
The hotel itself has friendly staff. There is a Russian speaker.
