The hotel is good, convenient location. But the service is poor.We waited 5 days for the pool heating to be turned on. We contacted the reception, but no one responded to our requests, although the heating of the pool was announced on the website. The restaurant has been waiting for breakfast for a very long time, there is a very small selection of dishes for dinner. There are no Russian-language channels that have been announced. Room cleaning is bad, we had to be reminded every time that toiletries and towels are needed for 3 persons. There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, thank you very much. She responded to our requests and tried to help.

Hello, everyone. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. We were placed on the 15th floor. It is not possible to sleep at night, since the transport interchange is under your windows and it feels like you are sleeping on the highway, it is not possible to close your eyes. The kitchen is for an amateur, but it didn't come to us, even though we took a full boarding house. All the staff don't care about you, they seem to smile, but on business, they all give a fuck about you.

Lived in December 2022. Food: Indian food mixed with European, but there was something to eat. For breakfast, an omelet with a filling of your choice is prepared, scrambled eggs. Fruits are often not ripe. Delicious various tortillas (with hummus awesome come). The dinners are just great, the buffet. Very few people. Often we were alone and for us there were: salads with shrimp, with quinoa, with chickpeas. Chicken in teriyaki sauce. Soups - chicken, cream soup, spicy soup with seafood of the tom yam type. You can add additives to each soup (crackers, herbs, sprouts, cheese). Desserts are not delicious, as in all of Dubai. Taking into account the average check for dinner for two in Dubai, then booking with lunch or dinner is definitely worth paying extra. In addition, there will be no crowds of people on it and there will be no need to go anywhere. Room: Standard, slightly battered (worn table, old leaking plumbing). Cold room. The air conditioner works only for cooling, and at nights it was cold enough in December, the blanket saved the switched-off air conditioner. The safe stopped working in the middle of our stay. The refrigerator cools slightly. The room was quiet and comfortable, the noise was not heard. Cleaning: Do not change the finished bottles of soap, shampoo, gel in the shower until you ask. Periodically forgot to put some clean towels. Every day they changed the towel for clean ones and the bed linen was often changed. They wash the bathroom floor. In general, the hotel: there is a cozy gym with very cool exercise equipment overlooking the pool. The outdoor pool is heated, but during the day the sun falls on the opposite side of the hotel, so you will not sunbathe in the hotel. There is a transfer to JBR, we drove it to the beach with pleasure, there were always enough seats on the bus for this hotel, but the following hotels often did not open the doors to the crowd of people, because there were no seats anymore. Location: excellent, 5 minutes from Mashrek metro station, 20 minutes walk along the Mall of the Emirates not very convenient road (sometimes it's easier to get 1 metro station). But, we walked more often. There is an inexpensive Tasty fast food cafe near the hotel, I didn't really like the food there, but cocktails based on yogurt with mango or avocado (mango lessi) are very tasty! Bottom line: Compared to our friends' reviews of other hotels, this hotel is definitely the best and deserves to live in it, at least for the sake of dinners.

In principle, the room has almost everything you need. On the 18th floor, the noise from the road does not interfere. Of the minuses - there are no oral hygiene kits in the room, the pool is in the shade for almost the whole day - the sun shines for 30 minutes maximum, the refrigerator slightly cools drinks that should lie there for several hours, the furniture is already tired, lumps of synthpone form in the pillows after 2 nights of sleep, the windows are dirty, streaked. In general, you can live, but you won't want to come back.
