I checked into the hotel from 19.07.22 to 29.07.22, I did not meet any Russian speakers at the reception during my stay. I was given a room on the 21st floor, room 2106, with a balcony and sea view. But the sea is far enough away, so you won't see a beautiful view, and besides, the balcony is closed, probably for the purpose of safety. Plus, the windows are dirty, but I justify this by saying that most likely this is a problem for all hotels due to the peculiarities of the climate and the difficulties of cleaning work.
Number.
Room with a large double bed, TV, shower and bathtub. It is quite possible to modestly accommodate two. The big minus was that the room smelled damp, there was no access to air from the street, I faced the problem of drying things, there was simply nowhere and nothing to dry them, the air conditioner only aggravated the situation because it also blew damp. (the number of friends had no smell of dampness)
Food.
I had breakfast. Throughout the whole time they were absolutely monotonous. Of course there was a choice, but for my subjective taste it was only two menus. According to friends, everything was more interesting with lunches and dinners, and besides, if desired, you can change dinner for lunch and vice versa (relevant for those who have two meals a day).
Hotel.
A 25-storey, pretty building with two small but cozy swimming pools, the sun does not come out on them in the morning but from 11 o'clock, the same small gym in which, in fact, all the necessary hardware is present. The advantages of the hotel is that it is located 3 minutes from the metro, shops and cafes are also nearby. At the next station there is generally an Emirates Mall where in fact there is everything. But the downside is that it is far from all the rest of the beauty, to go out and walk around is not an option, you will have to get to any place on your own or by taxi (taxi is expensive). If you want to go directly to the beach, this is not the best option for you, but there are several transfers from the hotel, which is very convenient.
I would like to say a big thank you to the young guy who cleaned my room, he did it perfectly and at any time when I needed it. It's a pity I don't know his name, but once again I repeat that he is a good fellow.
General subjective impressions about the hotel are normal, because when you want to enjoy your vacation, there is little that can spoil it.

We had a rest at the hotel in December. We were greeted warmly, settled quickly. The number is normal. There were no accessories, a bathrobe and slippers were missing. Uncomfortable pillows and mattress. But the main shame of the hotel is the breakfast. I've never seen such a poor breakfast. Hard pancakes and croissants, spoiled cheese and slicing. I didn't want to go to this breakfast. It's the same thing every day. Shame on the hotel for such a breakfast! We won't come again.

Hello, everyone. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. We were placed on the 15th floor. It is not possible to sleep at night, since the transport interchange is under your windows and it feels like you are sleeping on the highway, it is not possible to close your eyes. The kitchen is for an amateur, but it didn't come to us, even though we took a full boarding house. All the staff don't care about you, they seem to smile, but on business, they all give a fuck about you.

Excellent hotel in a good area with transport accessibility, moll of emiraits is a 10-minute walk away, transfer to Kite beach. The rooms at the hotel are modern, daily cleaning, delicious breakfasts, a large selection. A deposit of $20 is required upon check-in. It is convenient to get around by metro, Maschrek station is a 2-minute walk away

I do not recommend this hotel for a vacation. The hotel is 2020, but tired, shabby. The kitchen is very primitive and boring. The service is disgusting, visitors from India are cleaning, the quality of cleaning is poor, so they will also forget water, towels, or something else every time. And they will bring it after the call in half an hour at best.

I was with my family, stayed especially for the New Year. Convenient location from the window of the room we watched fireworks from three locations and did not jostle in the crowd. Near the Mall, metro, shops. The food is decent. The staff is responsive and always solves your questions.

They were from April 26 to May 5 , 2022 . The hotel is clean, the restaurant always has a choice, everything is delicious. The hotel has two swimming pools. The second pool is almost always empty, located behind the gym. The difference is there is no smoking area. There is a shuttle service to the beach. I recommend Kite beach. WiFi, shower, toilets, drinking water - free of charge.Near the metro.

Lived in December 2022.
Food: Indian food mixed with European, but there was something to eat. For breakfast, an omelet with a filling of your choice is prepared, scrambled eggs. Fruits are often not ripe. Delicious various tortillas (with hummus awesome come).
The dinners are just great, the buffet. Very few people. Often we were alone and for us there were: salads with shrimp, with quinoa, with chickpeas. Chicken in teriyaki sauce. Soups - chicken, cream soup, spicy soup with seafood of the tom yam type. You can add additives to each soup (crackers, herbs, sprouts, cheese). Desserts are not delicious, as in all of Dubai.
Taking into account the average check for dinner for two in Dubai, then booking with lunch or dinner is definitely worth paying extra. In addition, there will be no crowds of people on it and there will be no need to go anywhere.
Room: Standard, slightly battered (worn table, old leaking plumbing). Cold room. The air conditioner works only for cooling, and at nights it was cold enough in December, the blanket saved the switched-off air conditioner. The safe stopped working in the middle of our stay. The refrigerator cools slightly. The room was quiet and comfortable, the noise was not heard.
Cleaning: Do not change the finished bottles of soap, shampoo, gel in the shower until you ask. Periodically forgot to put some clean towels. Every day they changed the towel for clean ones and the bed linen was often changed. They wash the bathroom floor.
In general, the hotel: there is a cozy gym with very cool exercise equipment overlooking the pool. The outdoor pool is heated, but during the day the sun falls on the opposite side of the hotel, so you will not sunbathe in the hotel. There is a transfer to JBR, we drove it to the beach with pleasure, there were always enough seats on the bus for this hotel, but the following hotels often did not open the doors to the crowd of people, because there were no seats anymore.
Location: excellent, 5 minutes from Mashrek metro station, 20 minutes walk along the Mall of the Emirates not very convenient road (sometimes it's easier to get 1 metro station). But, we walked more often. There is an inexpensive Tasty fast food cafe near the hotel, I didn't really like the food there, but cocktails based on yogurt with mango or avocado (mango lessi) are very tasty!
Bottom line: Compared to our friends' reviews of other hotels, this hotel is definitely the best and deserves to live in it, at least for the sake of dinners.

The hotel is near the metro station, which is quite convenient. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, but I didn't notice much tourists, rather for the visiting working class. The hotel has a gym, an outdoor pool on the seventh floor. The rooms are nice with daily cleaning, the breakfasts may not be as varied, but they are good enough. You can't take the elevator without a hotel card. The beautiful facade of the hotel is made of plants.Everything is fine.

There was no breakfast, lunch, etc. Lived for a month, ate everywhere. There is a mall not far away there is a super market with delicious takeaway food. There is a cafe near the hotel)) Aah, I forgot the name. There are guys in black uniforms)) so here are large portions and very cheap, delicious. Close to the beach, shopping centers, shops)) metro nearby, bus stop. In general, I lived for a month, fine!! Recommend. There is parking, small, paid. But there is parking at the hotel.

Not chic, but quite decent, and there is no special crowd. Gorgeous view from the Windows, lived on the 34th floor - very nice. The room has excellent noise insulation from the street, the room is huge - three toilets, 2 showers, a separate room for a washing machine, a kitchen - in general, a full-fledged large apartment. The windows do not open, but the ventilation splitsystem is supply, apparently, because it is not stuffy. Hotel buses are taken to the beach, if everyone does not fit in, the second one will arrive. Nearby there is an Indian pizzeria, pharmacies, grocery stores. In general, we are very satisfied.
