A pleasant hotel with a convenient location near the metro. The rooms are bright and have a large bathroom. Inside the room, if there are roads nearby, it is very clean. Our big campaign lived in 3 different rooms. A large family room of 3 rooms, 5 toilets, a kitchen, a huge living room, a room for suitcases - this room is cool. But the standard room is so-so. It's small, the windows don't open, there are no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the rooms! But the service is fast and clear! The safe broke down, it was changed very quickly (since it could not be repaired). The breakfast is good, decent. The spa area on the 7th floor is good. You have to get to the beach by taxi (25 dirhams), but towels can be taken at the hotel in the Spa. Bottom line: I recommend 👍

The hotel is on a busy highway, near the metro, many cafes and a large shopping center in 15 minutes. There is a transfer to 2 beaches, and an evening transfer to Dubai Marina for a walk, but it takes about 30 minutes to drive, taking into account traffic jams. It takes 25 minutes to get to the airport by taxi, it costs +- 80 dirh. Therefore, if your departure is early, then it makes sense to take your time to have breakfast and get there yourself. Breakfast is as usual at 4 🌟, there is no point in taking dinner. There is a pool on the 7th floor with a bar and a kids club, very nice, and open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Excellent hotel in a good area with transport accessibility, moll of emiraits is a 10-minute walk away, transfer to Kite beach. I do not recommend visiting and relaxing this hotel, due to the fact that it has begun to cooperate with various student organizations, including from Europe, this is certainly not bad for the hotel.If you are a guest of the hotel and a large group of students is visiting, students came from Italy during my stay. They smoked in the pool for children, spat into the pool water, took toys from my children and other guests without asking. I also lived on the 17th floor and the students made a lot of noise at night, walked drunk on the floors and prevented other guests from sleeping . I am sorry that this hotel has deteriorated and accommodates ill -mannered guests, while their group is more than 50 people and they behaved rudely .I do not recommend visiting the hotel, especially with children, in my opinion

We had a rest at the hotel in December. We were greeted warmly, settled quickly. The number is normal. There were no accessories, a bathrobe and slippers were missing. Uncomfortable pillows and mattress. But the main shame of the hotel is the breakfast. I've never seen such a poor breakfast. Hard pancakes and croissants, spoiled cheese and slicing. I didn't want to go to this breakfast. It's the same thing every day. Shame on the hotel for such a breakfast! We won't come again.

I had a rest in this hotel from 07.09.2022 to 21.09.2022. I really liked the hotel! The staff is very friendly, they help with everything, they gave us a room on the 10th floor with a window to the construction site, the next day we changed the room to the 20th floor with a panoramic window and a view of the bay and the Buj Al Arab hotel. There were no Russian speakers from the staff, they communicated through an online translator. The food is delicious and of high quality, the Internet router in each room is quite fast and free, but sometimes "slowed down". Towels were changed every day, bed linen every 3 days. Comfortable mattresses and very soft bed linen. In the room there is a kettle, tea, coffee, cups, glasses, safe, armchair, table. Ironing board and iron are available on request. Also, at my request, they gave me a smaller pillow. The transfer to the beach is free, in the morning at 9.05 they took you to Kite Beach and took you back at 13 o'clock. At lunch and in the evening we drove to the Marina beach. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, free hamam and sauna, massage is very expensive, they did not take it. Near the hotel there is a supermarket West zone, outlet Brands for Less. I highly recommend this hotel for a holiday!

For 4 days of stay, the key was demagnetized 3 times. The TV was losing sound all the time. There is no Russian channel, by the way. The safe was broken, there was no shower gel. No dressing gowns, no slippers (it's good that I brought my own). The dishes are of various sizes, there is only one teaspoon...they also wrote about dirty windows in previous reviews. The transfer to the beach is always late - by 10 am you will be brought, and at 13 o'clock they are already taking you away....and everything is somehow like this ... all these "little things" are accumulating and I will definitely not recommend this hotel. Pros- settled quickly. There are breakfasts...

I checked into the hotel from 19.07.22 to 29.07.22, I did not meet any Russian speakers at the reception during my stay. I was given a room on the 21st floor, room 2106, with a balcony and sea view. But the sea is far enough away, so you won't see a beautiful view, and besides, the balcony is closed, probably for the purpose of safety. Plus, the windows are dirty, but I justify this by saying that most likely this is a problem for all hotels due to the peculiarities of the climate and the difficulties of cleaning work. Number. Room with a large double bed, TV, shower and bathtub. It is quite possible to modestly accommodate two. The big minus was that the room smelled damp, there was no access to air from the street, I faced the problem of drying things, there was simply nowhere and nothing to dry them, the air conditioner only aggravated the situation because it also blew damp. (the number of friends had no smell of dampness) Food. I had breakfast. Throughout the whole time they were absolutely monotonous. Of course there was a choice, but for my subjective taste it was only two menus. According to friends, everything was more interesting with lunches and dinners, and besides, if desired, you can change dinner for lunch and vice versa (relevant for those who have two meals a day). Hotel. A 25-storey, pretty building with two small but cozy swimming pools, the sun does not come out on them in the morning but from 11 o'clock, the same small gym in which, in fact, all the necessary hardware is present. The advantages of the hotel is that it is located 3 minutes from the metro, shops and cafes are also nearby. At the next station there is generally an Emirates Mall where in fact there is everything. But the downside is that it is far from all the rest of the beauty, to go out and walk around is not an option, you will have to get to any place on your own or by taxi (taxi is expensive). If you want to go directly to the beach, this is not the best option for you, but there are several transfers from the hotel, which is very convenient. I would like to say a big thank you to the young guy who cleaned my room, he did it perfectly and at any time when I needed it. It's a pity I don't know his name, but once again I repeat that he is a good fellow. General subjective impressions about the hotel are normal, because when you want to enjoy your vacation, there is little that can spoil it.
