We had a family vacation (three adults) the first week of February, 2026. I liked everything, the room is large, the bed linen and towels are white, the mattresses and pillows (2 pieces per guest) are comfortable, the bathroom has a bathtub with a glass partition and a bidet. Cleaning and change of towels daily. The territory is not huge, but we had enough, two pools, the water is warm like in a bathtub, the beach by the bay is clean, they give us large towels for the beach, there are a lot of sun beds. There weren't many people, there were enough sun beds for everyone, and there weren't (or there were very few) those who occupied the sun beds with towels and shied away somewhere (they probably met such people). The hotel is without animation, calm, The vacationers are different: Russians and foreigners: Poles, Germans, Arabs, etc.; pensioners, young couples with and without children, I would not say that it is for fun companies-there were such. The staff is excellent. No one imposes anything, but if necessary, provides all possible assistance, there are Russian speakers. There are peacocks, rabbits, a cage with parrots and amadines on the territory, crows are smart- it's interesting to watch them, what they hide on the territory or roof, then cups of drinks left unattended are overturned (having fun). In the evenings, the hotel rents out the territory for festive events, more often weddings. Our windows faced the sea = on the territory with holidays, but it didn't hurt to sleep, either they didn't walk for a long time (without alcohol ;), or we were hungry - we fell asleep right away with the window open. We had everything inclusive with drinks, the food was delicious, as for me it was varied, I didn't get tired of it in a week, there are seafood, more often pilaf with mussels, shrimps and squid. The embankment next to the hotel in the direction of Ajaman is being renovated for the second year, after the renovation there will be a beautiful place to walk. In the direction of Sharjah, if you go through a large 5ku hotel and a construction site after it, there is also a bay embankment with cafes, toilets, and rental vehicles.

We stayed at this hotel in mid-December 2025. The hotel is located in Sharjah, 30 min. from Dubai Airport, which is very convenient. We quickly checked into a room on the 6th floor with a sea view. Friendly staff, everyone is really sincerely glad to see you. The vacationers are mostly family Russians. The first line is an excellent, well-groomed, green area, where peacocks walk, a flock of guinea fowls and several small rabbits run, but you will not see a single product of their life activities, everything is clean and tidy. On weekends, local, colorful weddings take place on the territory, for us it was more a plus than a minus, instead of animation it is interesting. The sea is clear, turquoise, the approach is gentle. Two pools with warm water and a Jacuzzi with hot water. The kitchen is a separate topic. In terms of the number of dishes, this is not Turkey, but the quality and taste are excellent. Everything is delicious, desserts are on fire. There is only one disadvantage for us, there are no balconies and the windows open only for ventilation. Thank you for a great stay, we plan to come back in April.

In the mornings, it happened that the pool was occupied by a whole class of guys (and it's not very convenient, in fact you can't use what you paid for) - There wasn't enough space to dry swimsuits. In general, the hotel is good for a quiet relaxing holiday, perfect for families with children and older people. Not a minus or a plus: the animation is minimal, the water aerobics was. If you want to drive, of course, you are not here. We needed a relaxing break, and we got it. We were unlucky with the weather, but this does not apply to the hotel. I would love to come back again.

We had a great rest! Friendly staff. There are Russian-speaking girls at the reception. Cleaning every day. Nice room. The food is delicious and varied (several types of meat, side dishes and individual dishes. Vegetables, fruits, desserts - for every taste. On the way to the beach, there is a pleasant (though not very large) area with paths, vegetation and wildlife :) (peacocks, guinea fowls, parrots and rabbits). You can hang out at the parrot aviary for a long time - they're funny. In addition to parrots, there are several other species of small birds in this aviary. Cages with animals are cleaned, no foreign odors. The beach is great, fine sandy with shells, with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. You can take towels for the beach - they are always clean and dry. The entrance to the water is gentle. The tide is 25-30 meters once a day, but it does not affect swimming in any way. We were in February - the water was about 22 degrees. There are a couple of pools on the territory - with water below 35 degrees (it seemed to me) - that seem to heat up in the sun. Everything is clean and well maintained - it's nice to be there. The only thing I didn't really like was the abundance of crows, but there's nothing you can do about it.

I had a family vacation in January 2026. A quiet, family-run, small and very cozy hotel. At first glance, it is very small and "tired", but the advantages more than cover this deceptive appearance. A fabulous territory surrounded by greenery, palm trees with animals and birds, vacationers and staff- who do not interfere with each other at all. Some of the staff speaks Russian. The staff is responsive, attentive and not interfering. The rooms were renovated - the walls were painted, the curtains were new, and the carpet in the hallway was thick and new. Towels and bed were changed daily. Cleaning is daily. The pools are clean. One with heating is very warm, the child did not climb out. The other pool was heated by the sun, which was warm and larger, and also allowed adults and children to swim safely. Beach towels were provided separately. There are plenty of sun beds both on the beach and near the pools. Drinks are free on the beach (all inclusive). The beach is on site. The entrance to the sea is sandy and level. I would like to highlight the nutrition separately. It is very diverse and, most importantly, delicious. For lunch and dinner, several types of meat, fish, seafood, fruits, vegetables, salads, soups, shish kebab, grilled, battered chicken, squid, fish, sweet table- freshest cakes, tea, coffee, juices. Breakfast is standard and full, just like everywhere else. There were also dumplings, shawarma, fish dish with cream cheese. We were very surprised and pleased. I would like to thank the management and staff for organizing a great holiday from our family. I hope to be able to come back here again.

I don't understand why there are so many laudatory reviews and words that the hotel is five stars. Minuses: - the food has not changed for 8 nights, the same thing every day: shish kebab, roast with vegetables, nuggets, some kind of fish in batter, rice and vegetables. For breakfast, eggs, porridge, bread. Only the desserts change, the rest is the same and by the fifth day I'm tired. - half of the dishes are not delicious, I just don't want to eat them. We chose the hotel because of the laudatory food reviews, but don't believe them, we are very disappointed. - the audibility in the rooms is high - the rooms on the 1st floor smell unpleasant - the beach bar closes at 17, the beach is open until 19. I've seen people denied drinks, even though they have everything turned on. - the hotel is old and tired, the rooms are great, but the public places are already feeling bad. - personal doesn't always speak English well - There are a lot of crows, but we didn't care. Positive - the territory is small, but at least there is one. - the sea is great, but the water is not perfectly clear - there are buses to all malls, Dubai, etc. - room cleaning is top, the girl who cleaned the rooms on the 3rd floor is just gorgeous - three pools: a large one with an awning at the top (up to 2 m deep), a small one with cooling (up to 180 cm deep), a children's pool with a roof - there are animals, but people constantly touch them and carry them on their hands, although there are signs not to touch animals. The beach is white sandy.There are artificial "breakwaters" that protect you from waves and wind. From Thursday to Sunday, the territory is rented by "weddings", it may be annoying for some, but on the contrary, we liked it, it was very exotic) because weddings are not traditional European. There are 2 pools on site, heated and equipped with a Jacuzzi. For children, there is also a pool near the "kids club", probably 30 centimeters deep. The buffet is not bad, there are always potatoes, rice, pasta, chicken and fish. The choice of drinks is basically large- a variety of coffee from coffee machines, juices- apple, pineapple, orange. Packaged and cold teas (very tasty- fruity) There is always oatmeal porridge, eggs and yoghurts for breakfast. There are 2 types of soups for lunch. There are always fruit salads made from melon, grapes, watermelon, orange and pineapple. All the food is delicious in my opinion, at least the pasta is pre-cooked, and not half-cooked, as is customary among Italians. Potatoes are always perfectly cooked, not raw. The staff is friendly, they understand a little Russian, but basically basic English, even our "broken" they will understand) There are things to do in the kids' club, they don't have a schedule, but the child came at 10-11 o'clock, the children were there, then the children came after lunch at 2-3 o'clock and stayed there until 5-6 o'clock. There is an aquagrim that can be easily washed off (2 months ago we were in Egypt, where the aquagrim was barely washed off), they also make henna drawings for children. I also really liked that in the main pool, near the sea, the staff makes sure that the children do not swim beyond the fence (the pool is separated by protective paddles from the depth). In general, if we compare with hotels in other countries - Turkey, Egypt, then 4 stars are felt for all 5.

There is a cage with birds and parrots. There are Russian speakers or those who understand Russian well at the reception. They will always help and answer your questions. The room is wonderful, but the old doors by the closet and the old tiles in the bathroom, so what? It didn't stop me from resting. The pastel linen is snow-white. The towels are all clean, brand new, everything is changed in a timely manner. The room is cleaned every day! Yes, there is no balcony. It's not scary. But there is a large reception area where you can relax. Or there's a veranda with upholstered chairs outside, which is also great. On food: there are not many dishes, but everything is to the point. It's a bit insular. We always found something to eat and stayed long ago. I do not recommend: changing dinner at the main restaurant for dinner at the fish restaurant (important for those with software enabled). I didn't like it. Cabbage and boiled shrimp are not a good combination. (salad) The seafood broth is very spicy and empty. Rice with shrimp- I thought it would be something like paella, but no! Just a big bowl of rice, without any seasonings and spices, and boiled shrimp. It didn't go down at all after the spicy broth. THERE IS NO ALCOHOL But there is a free shuttle service to various malls. It's very expensive, you save a lot on taxis and you don't need to take an excursion to the Dubai Mall. And up to the 3-storey shopping mall City Max - they packed up with gifts and bought chocolate-covered dates with pistachios (10 dirhams each) , and in Abudabi they wanted to give us 3 bags for 100 dirhams on an excursion. It's normal, there's a difference. The conclusion is this: if you are not fussy and you do not need a super duper, then everything will suit you. You can relax quite comfortably. And what they write about weddings on the territory, yes there were. We needed to rest. They're quiet, but there's no alcohol. But you can watch them for free. Everything is beautiful there, and the customs and rituals. It's delicious. And in some places (for example, in Turkey or Abkhazia), you need to pay money for calorite, rituals, and, for example, to watch a wedding. And here everything is free. There is always a choice. I liked the serving of cakes, puddings, mousses, jellies, hummus, and individual salads. You won't see such aesthetics in every restaurant. A big plus is the significant number of sun loungers by the sea and near the pool, there is a free sunbed at any time. Excellent work by the lifeguards near the pool, they keep an excellent eye on the safety of the water and the cleanliness of the territory. It's a little worse on the beach, the workers are more busy cleaning algae on the shore, rather than garbage in the sea and on the beach, so it wasn't always comfortable to swim. The territory is well maintained, peacocks walk, rabbits, guinea fowls run, a large cage with parrots. Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the hotel, including the beach, which is extremely rare. Of course, the hotel is only for those who like a relaxing holiday, without animation and entertainment. There are a lot of locals on weekends, and events such as weddings are often held, but this does not interfere with the rest of the hotel's guests. At least it didn't bother us. The food is good: in the morning there were yoghurts, porridge, omelet, freshly squeezed orange juice, 2 types of cheeses, dried fruits; at lunch and dinner, 2 types of soup, spaghetti, rice, potatoes, fish, chicken skewers, 1 time there was buckwheat, mashed potatoes, shawarma, burgers. Fruits include grapefruit, watermelons, melons, and fruit salads. Very tasty cakes. There is a children's room, workshops, aquagrim, entertainment for children. The gym is good, there are women's hours to visit, for those who are embarrassed to train with men. There is a tennis court and table tennis tables. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cleaned every day. Food is a special pleasure! We took breakfast/dinner, and that was enough, because sometimes at lunch we left the hotel for excursions. By the way, it's convenient that you can change lunch for dinner, and vice versa. If anything, you can pay right there and go to the buffet, and besides that, the hotel has an Italian restaurant. They immediately bring a bottle of clean water to the table, everything was delicious on the Swedish line!!! A variety of dishes, very rich flavors, everything is cooked at the highest level! It was a gastronomic delight!!! For my daughter's birthday, a cake was delivered to the room from the hotel right in the morning! The hotel is not new , it would be possible to update the furniture in the rooms . Cleaning is done every day , but the quality is excellent . This is how the hotel justifies its 4 stars. All the disadvantages can be forgiven for the beach and the Persian Gulf, it is very comfortable in October and November. As for the country , I didn't like the UAE . A lot of cars , little greenery , the desert , new buildings also did not make much impression , I love the European style . There are few local people , they are aloof , cold , unemotional , and there are a lot of migrant workers . Something emotional is missing , but this is a personal subjective impression . Excursions - the road is tiring, traffic jams, especially evening trips from Dubai to Sharjah. I recommend the hotel, it is for the sea and the beach, we had a good rest.

The hotel is not big, the rooms are clean, but it feels like they are already "tired". They put an extra bed in our room, some kind of old, tattered one. High-quality, daily cleaning. There is water, tea, and a kettle in the rooms (they report daily). There is a rope for drying clothes, laundry, dry cleaning. The territory is small, well-maintained, there is a lot of vegetation and even rabbits and Guinea Fowl birds, parrots. There is a tennis court, table tennis tables, a children's playground. Very often, weddings (Arab, Hindu) are played on the territory, but they do not interfere at all. There are two heated pools and a Jacuzzi. Very nice beach, clean, there is beach volleyball. The entrance to the bay is very good (suitable for both children and adults). The water is clear and relatively warm. There were always plenty of sun beds on the beach and near the pool. We arrived at about 9-9.30. There is a bar (non-alcoholic) on the plaza. The food is excellent, for every taste, including for children (nuggets, chicken, pasta, rice, potatoes, fish, etc.). It is cooked very tasty. Delicious desserts. There are no queues, there are enough tables. There is no animation at all. In general, I recommend the hotel for a relaxing, family vacation. It is located not far from Dubai (50-60 km), but there were constant traffic jams. If you get into a traffic jam, it takes 2 hours to travel one way. You can order a taxi, conveniently, according to the meter, the average one-way fare is 120 dirhams.

There is a 5* Sheraton hotel nearby, with a beautiful photo shoot in front of it. Every day from the hotel at 14:00 there is a free bus (hotel), which takes those who wish to Dubai (Dubai Mall), where on the way from the bus you can see all the beauties (Museum of the future, Frame, Burj Khalifa.). The Dubai Mall has a stunning 2-story swimming pool with predatory fish. It's very spectacular. There are Russian speakers at the reception, they are covered in carpets, but there is a lot of audibility. One of the disadvantages is that there are no balconies and the windows are closed. The rooms are air-conditioned. The service is friendly, the staff is very polite and helpful. There is a gym and a spa. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory, one with cool water, the second with an awning for children. The food is not exactly delicious, but there is enough of everything and you will not stay hungry, only there are not enough drinks for lunch and dinner, only water is served. In addition to the buffet, there is an Italian restaurant or seafood restaurant where you can go for lunch or dinner. There's a small selection, but the portions are huge. The territory is large and beautiful, and a nice bonus is the rabbits that run around the territory and beg for food from you. There are also peacocks, guinea fowls, and parrots. The beach was clean and beautiful, and there were plenty of sun beds. The sea is quite cool at this time of the year, about 20 degrees, but you can swim. If you don't like this temperature, there are 2 pools with heated water and a hot Jacuzzi. On the downside: on the last day, there was some kind of tar or fuel oil on the beach, which made all the feet dirty and could not be washed with water. The hotel is not new, but it is comfortable enough. The food is good. Barbecue, meat, fish daily. There are picky people who believe that the food is not varied, but this is their personal problem. You definitely won't stay hungry. Of all the positives, there was, of course, a fly in the ointment, in the form of the neighborhood. Of course, the emirate is developing and landscaping is underway, but elementary, most of the sidewalks are missing. Of course, comparing with Dubai Marina, these are different poles. But with all this, they found something to occupy themselves. As a result, if you have a beach holiday, then you liked it, the sea is nearby, sun beds, umbrellas are always available.
