Nice hotel. The food is delicious, but a little monotonous. Those who have "All inclusive" can eat in an Italian and fish restaurant, but there the menu will be limited. We had a rest in December 2025.The hotel is small , 6 floors , there are always places on the beach, the territory is large, but ! not every day , but weddings and celebrations are often organized . There was a children's sports school on the lawn in front of the tennis courts . A birthday party was held in the restaurant opposite the main hall in the lobby. Weddings and corporate parties are also not uncommon in the main clearing , in the small clearing , on the site by the large pool , and there is a constant movement: They install tables , chairs , and take apart the decorations , like you're resting in a warehouse. Weddings with music until 23 o'clock , even numbers just go to this clearing . The odd numbers face the road, which has traffic jams in the evenings.The mountain of tables and chairs along the path to the sea is covered with a red awning and does not decorate the territory. Also, while relaxing in an even-numbered room on the 3rd floor, they suffered from ventilation noise, they could hear decently even with the window closed, and earplugs helped. Friendly staff, good room cleaning (every day), delicious food, heated pools, free transfers to the shopping center, including the Dubai Mall and much more, which makes a quality vacation. We are currently at the hotel (from 10.11 to 17.11) we took an all-inclusive soft tour. There are three of us adults. We have never been in such conditions before. The hotel is declared as 4 stars, but in fact it is only 3 stars and no more. When choosing, we were guided by reviews, but now it seems that the bot is writing positive reviews. I'll tell you about the food - it's just breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are no snacks between them!!! (I cheat, but for the money 💰) There are three restaurants: main, Italian and fish. You can only visit one thing during lunch or dinner. Today we chose a fish restaurant (seafood salad is not delicious at all, rice with seafood is also nothing, the only fish and grilled vegetables can still be eaten somehow) we remained hungry. And the most interesting thing is that we basically can't eat anymore. Although everyone knows what all inclusive is. I advise you to visit an Italian restaurant (Caesar salad, pasta, pizza and tiramisu are very tasty). It is very annoying that every trip to eat, you need to check in and call the room number (for me it's just a game!) On the beach, you take a drink, they also write down the room number, pour it only into glasses, which is not very convenient. There are free cola, sprite and water in cans, but you need to ask for them, and they are not always given. The main restaurant is normal, the choice is small, but the food is delicious. Just a minimum. Fruits are given either in the form of a salad or in sliced pieces. About entertainment, I will say that there are none at all. However, on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday they spend on the wedding grounds, so everyone goes and watches. But I will also say this so-so, I came to rest and do not want such entertainment. I was only pleased with the sea with white sand and a gorgeous entry into the sea. For children, it's just super Cleaning for all 5+ they clean and change towels every day, the bed is changed every 2 days (when checking in there were toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, a shower cap and a set with a nail file and cotton pads, slippers). The room has an electric kettle in bags of coffee, tea and sugar. And 2 bottles of water. There was no ironing board and iron in our room, we asked at the reception and they brought it to us. To sum up: we paid 370 tons for 3 adults.₽ the software is all inclusive, but we didn't get close to what we expected. This is not the first time we have been to Dubai and there is something to compare it with, so only 3⭐️ and then with a stretch. I conclude that the hotel is focused only on the fact that everything needs to be paid for. If you want ice cream, pay. If you want to eat delicious, pay. To drink drinks in cans of pay.

The beach is 100 meters from the hotel through the wonderful green area of the hotel itself, there are no problems with sun loungers, since this is the beach of the hotel, there are no outsiders, you can take a towel for free for the whole day. There is a cafe on the beach with ice cream, coffee, drinks, if you do not have everything included, you can pay by card or in cash. There are 2 swimming pools, a tennis court, a tennis table, a fitness room, an indoor pool, walking peacocks. The territory of the hotel is well maintained and beautiful. The staff is friendly, even if you do not know English, they will definitely call the staff who understands and speaks Russian. Everyone is very attentive to tourists, always smiling. The only (minor) disadvantage is that the hotel does not have a balcony in any room, but it did not spoil our rest. It may not be a very diverse meal: breakfast always had the same set of dishes, but for lunch and dinner sometimes there was something new + with an all-inclusive or half-board rate, you could change your lunch or dinner for a trip to a fish or Italian restaurant on site (the set menu is always the same also (two options), but going to one and the other restaurant a couple of times is quite good - sooo delicious, the portions are huge, everything is fresh). There is a children's pool and a playground. Rabbits and peacocks run around the territory. Free buses run from the hotel every day according to the schedule to the malls of Sharjah, a free bus to Dubai Mall and Ajman (you need to sign up for the day). Of the disadvantages, probably the lack of balconies in the rooms (drying swimsuits / swimming trunks is a problem), do not count on evening shows and animators as in Turkey, they are not there. With children (especially small ones) there is nothing much to do there, because there are no entertainments except for aquagrim and crafts, in the evening, I repeat, entertain yourself, and drag the child to the malls and "walk" there, I think it's a so-so idea, well, you can run around the hotel for rabbits.
