We rested at the hotel from December 6 to December 12, room 215. I liked everything very much, the hotel and the territory are small, but very green and beautiful. Cleaning and change of towels every day. Water, tea, coffee, sugar were also supplemented every day. Gels, soap, lotion and so on have always been everything. The room is spacious, everything works. Safe in the room. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, the bed is large and very comfortable. The food was taken all inclusive, the cuisine is very tasty and varied - desserts of 5-7 types, yoghurts of 3-5 types, watermelon fruits, melons, pineapples; then fresh vegetables, steamed, stewed; olives, dates, salads, soups, porridges, beef, chicken, pork, there were even lamb kebabs, omelets, pastries, fish, side dishes rice, pasta and I don't remember what it's called, milk, cereal. I really liked pineapple and watermelon juice, cappuccino coffee. Also at the hotel we visited 2 restaurants, fish and Italian, also everything was at the highest level, very tasty. Two swimming pools, gym, tennis court, Jacuzzi. The beach is small, but there was enough space for everyone, the entrance to the sea is also excellent, sand. Peacocks walk on the territory, there is a cage with parrots, there are a lot of them. The hotel staff is very polite. The hotel has a larger number of guests - Russians. I Recommend the hotel. We had a rest from December 18, 2024 to December 28, 2024 We chose the hotel because of the green area, but ..all the greenery was trampled by weddings . Weddings every day !!! Very noisy .. Also, the kindergarten and schools arrive in the afternoon, and all the pools are filled. There 's mold in the bathroom.. The food is the same every day!

I was with my husband at this hotel from 16.10 to 24.10.21. I liked everything very much, wonderful territory : beach, swimming pools, restaurants, greenery, birds, fitness room.. The food is varied and delicious. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and well-groomed, cleaning to choose from, what kind of sign you hang it will be. The room has everything you need: TV, kettle with tea, coffee, water. Refrigerator, safe. View of the city from the window. My husband and I hung up every other day for cleaning, on other days not to disturb. In the evenings we walked along the embankment or to the neighboring Emirate of Ajman. Prices in stores are almost the same as in Russia, only the goods are of high quality. We took an excursion from the hotel guide, we think that we hurried. They could have taken a lot cheaper in street tour shops. So we visited in other countries excursions. There's something they didn't figure out. There is a refrigerator, they give 2 bottles of water every day. There's a clothesline in the bathroom, but the clothes don't dry well. For sockets, they took an adapter with them. Wifi is everywhere, it barely reaches the beach. We took breakfast +dinner. The food is delicious. For breakfast there is fresh orange juice, yogurt with chia, you can take coffee with you. Sometimes peacocks are let out for a walk, they come for breakfast, walk between the tables, it looks funny. There are always free sunbeds on the beach and in the pool. The water in one of the pools is very warm, at least 30 degrees, near the Jacuzzi 40 degrees. In the daytime we went to the malls. There is a free bus service from the hotel, including to the Dubai Mall. We changed the missed dinner for lunch on another day. All the staff at the hotel is very friendly, international. We were satisfied with the rest.

There is no animation, but it is quiet in the evenings. The food is delicious (we had breakfasts and dinners, you can easily change dinners for lunches). Bottled water is always available at the reception. The territory is beautiful, well-groomed, where peacocks walk freely. There is a nursery with parrots, rabbits. We saw cats several times, also apparently local :) The furniture in the rooms is not new, but it does not bother. Daily cleaning with replacement of soap, toothbrushes. Tea bags, coffee, cream, sugar and bottles of water are constantly added - all for free. There are no balconies. Hot water constantly. Family pool and sea - up to the order of the sun. The pool at the hotel is heated until 9 pm + Jacuzzi. The sea is like fresh milk, the beach is clean, the sand is pleasant. There is enough space for everyone. We did not regret that we went to this hotel - we got both the sea, the sun, and impressions from the emirates themselves.

It is located on the border with Ajman in the literal sense, 50 meters from the entrance to the border hotel. It's not a long drive from the airport, 30 minutes maximum. The staff is very friendly, there are no Russian speakers, but they try very hard. Any issue is solved quickly. It's not the first time I've vacationed in this country, I'm just in love with the UAE, I rested alone on this trip, and in order to save energy, I packed the most necessary and minimal things in a suitcase. I didn't take any shampoo, conditioner, or shower gel this time. And upon arrival, I was somewhat surprised that all this was not in the room, but as soon as Tolnya asked a question at the reception, they immediately brought everything to my room. It's the same with the robe. The room itself is not new, but clean, cleaning was carried out daily, without any reminders, new shampoos, gels, conditioners, toilet paper were put in. Water was brought constantly. Although I cleaned the bed after myself, but the staff also did it. The food was without frills, but there was everything you needed, it was not possible to stay hungry. Special thanks for the coffee, cakes and fruit. Very tasty mashed soups. In the kitchen, the staff cleans everything on time, cleans, washes, puts new appliances, makes sure that everyone has drinks in a timely manner. Towels on the beach were given out clean. There were enough sunbeds for everyone, rescuers made sure that the children alone did not go into the water, so that parents with children would not swim far in a storm. Well done. The territory of the hotel is large, two swimming pools, constantly walk, clean, also well done. The territory is green, it is very pleasant to walk barefoot on a green lawn in the morning. Transfer, like clockwork, to different malls, everything is as stated. There are shops, pharmacies, cafes near the hotel. In a word, I will recommend this hotel for a calm and measured rest. The big plus of the hotel is the sea, the sand is clean, there were enough sun loungers for everyone, no one occupied it early. And from this hotel there was a shuttle to Dubai, they say it is very convenient in time, you can make purchases and see the fountains. There are also shuttles to Sharjah. The food is delicious, but the breakfasts can be a little varied, the cheeses are not delicious, and the sausage has not been tried, well, if you find fault, but very tasty coffee. Watermelon, melon and papaya were given from fruits. The cleaning is average, but the towels are clean, they were changed every day, the linen was not changed once in 8 days, but it was not critical for us. The water was replenished every day. We are in the Emirates for the fourth time, so we took only the flower park and safari park from the excursions, bought from Said in Ajman. I also recommend these two excursions, but they are closed from June 5 due to the heat. In general, if you need to combine the sea and shopping and see the country, I recommend this hotel.

I don't know what the reason was, we were upset, it was one of the factors why we chose this hotel. Well, I also didn't really like that during dinner we reserved seats in the main restaurant for local residents who do not live in the hotel, but come to dinner, and therefore there were not enough seats for hotel guests. They sat in an additional banquet hall at tables with other people, and it was not very convenient to go for food from there (the concept is a buffet). Well, the package still includes dinner at the main restaurant... In general, it is clear that this is a commercial move aimed at correcting the financial condition of the hotel (there are few tourists, the hotel was not all populated, so they sell dinners), but it is not very pleasant that guests who pay decent enough money for hotel accommodation are forced to look for a place among the reserved for guests from the street, tables.

Good afternoon, everyone! Just this morning we arrived from a vacation at this hotel and immediately write my impressions. We arrived at the hotel around 9 o'clock in the morning, handed over the documents and, having paid 55 dirhams per person, went to breakfast. After breakfast, we were already able to check in. The room was on the second floor: not quite small, the window did not open at all, it looked out onto the canopy of the first floor (this was the case in all rooms on this floor, on other floors the windows opened only in the "up" position). The furniture is old, but the mattresses on the beds were very good. There is a TV with 10 Russian channels. The air conditioner was very noisy. The bathroom door did not close completely, the door handle came off a day later. The whole bathroom needs a good repair. Gel shampoo (on the wall), soap, body lotion and cotton swabs were offered for guests. The towels were 1 large, 1 small for each person and 1 foot towel (for everyone staying in the room). Towels are changed daily. The cleaning was not carried out quite qualitatively, but in general not bad. Meals were served in the restaurant on the ground floor. At the entrance, they were required to wear a mask and gloves (all this could be taken at the entrance). It was possible to remove the mask only while sitting at the table. It is necessary to collect food only in a mask, this is monitored by the restaurant staff. The food was generally monotonous, but no one remained hungry: delicious desserts, fruits, vegetable salads, soup, herculean porridge in the morning, meat - chicken in various forms and beef (often very tough), many dishes of rice, potatoes. The fish was the same, but delicious. The waiters worked well, promptly cleaned the dishes. Everyone is very friendly. I would like to mention the waiter Babar, a cheerful, positive guy who perfectly performs his duties. In general, all the hotel staff are friendly and try to help solve all the issues that arise. The hotel has its own beach, which is very good. On the beach, the sunbeds are dirty and there are a lot of sagging ones. The beach is being cleaned, but there is still a lot of garbage (thanks to vacationers). Umbrellas in such a sun should be made more. There are two swimming pools, a gym, tennis courts. We went on excursions, arrived around 23.00. There is nowhere to eat on the territory of the hotel, and leaving the hotel and looking for at least some shop or restaurant at night is not the right place. I would like the hotel to have some kind of catering on duty for such cases. I tried to write the most basic, without going into the details. The hotel rooms themselves are old, our faucet was leaking, and the windows looked out on some kind of ventilation, which smelled unpleasant, because of which they could not ventilate the room. And something else in the room didn't work. The staff is normal, responsive. The territory is green, well-groomed, on the first evening when we settled in, local Arabs celebrated a wedding, their celebration did not interfere with our sleep. The food for 4 is good, quite varied and drinks were included too, although we had two meals a day, of course + Because usually only water comes for free. But the most that I liked about this hotel is its beach! White sand, no algae, the beach is large compared to neighboring hotels. For the sake of the beach, I would still come back, but at the same time you need to be more lenient to the numbers then 🙈
