Everything is great! BUT 1 star just to draw your attention to a major issue that can tank the whole stay: the internet is so random: 15 different hotspots all over the place, only 4 of them mentioned in the room, but 3 of them are never there, so you need to ask for passwords all the time and switch between the networks and they are unstable anyway and disappear from time to time. Also some areas don’t have any connection are all.

Absolutely amazing hotel, probably one of the best ones in the city. Rooms are spacious and very stylish, the bed is comfortable. Very quiet overall. Also good restaurant.

Quarky design, very attentive staff, hearty breakfasts. The room is large made with good quality materials. BUT, I have a very small window just under the wall. Effectively staring at a concrete wall. Judging from outside some rooms have huge windows others don’t have windows. The sink is in the room and not in the bathroom, which is also not great unless you are staying on your own.
The wifi doesn’t work. There is no gym. Surely, one can find a room to squeeze some gym equipment. Overall, the hotel is not bad but it certainly is not worth the money they charge you.

A chic hotel with minor flaws ) Excellent and very original design, unusual rooms with a washbasin in the living area, huge panoramic windows, very good pillows. The service is excellent, the SPA area is interesting. There are three restaurants with different themes - the best Line Brew.
The only and very fat minus is breakfast only a la carte, there will be no independent choice, you will only be given a piece of paper with a list of dishes and you will mark with a circle what you want. To drink, including water, you will have to constantly ask. The desire to have breakfast disappears abruptly, because in the hotel you want to "hooligan", break the diet, dial the forbidden ones, because "eat with your eyes", but here they have deprived you of all this, and the quality of breakfast is very mediocre, so it's better to take a room without breakfast and drive to more attractive places by taxi, especially since it is very cheap in Astana compared to Moscow and St. Petersburg )

Polite staff. The room is very authentic. We were planning to organize a wedding photo shoot. We chose another hotel, because it is quite dark inside (for our specific purposes), but someone will definitely like it. There are several restaurants on site, including Line Brew. Exceeded all my expectations) This is just a wow level! Incredible service, delicious cuisine both at breakfast and in restaurants, the interior is simply bombastic, and everywhere in the hotel and in the rooms. I was especially amused by the hand sink right in the room at the entrance, despite the fact that there is no sink in the toilet or in the shower) it is unusual, but it is beautiful and fits in. This hotel is just great, I think that if you stay in Astana, then it is in it. The design is to my taste, everything is stylish and modern. Separate bathroom! High ceilings and doors!!! Everything is new and clean!!! There is a SPA, there is no pool, but there is a Jacuzzi. The restaurants in the hotel are also great! This is the second time in Astana. Only the Veil. An excellent hotel. Everything is incredibly thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay. A very original hotel in a very remote location. The SPA area and three very good restaurants, especially liked the Line Brew and the beer there, which is very reminiscent of the Irish Harp. There is a cigar room where you can drink whiskey. The food is extremely tasty, the service is excellent. In the beginning, they gave a room with panoramic windows in both directions and on the city, but then immediately, for unknown reasons, they moved to another one with one window and a view of the residential area. It all looked strange somehow ...maybe they tipped because they didn't give ... well, they laughed at the local national flavor :)) It's rare to find such moronism. The rooms are decorated very stylishly, the furniture is tastefully selected. An uncomfortable, but again stylish washbasin located right in the room ... well, it looks beautiful, and splashes fly in all directions. The breakfasts are simply gorgeous! They bring the menu and immediately prepare in the kitchen, perhaps the best breakfasts of those numerous hotels where I have been. But of course the most important thing is that with all this splendor with Wi-Fi in this hotel, well, everything is very, very bad! We needed the Internet for work and could not think that such a thing could happen here. It came and fixed it for 20 minutes, then everything turned off again. If not for all the other advantages, I would just put 3 points for this, so 4.

A mega modern hotel, although it seems bigger in the picture. A very tasty Italian restaurant. It's nice to sit and have a delicious meal from beautiful dishes to relaxing music on the piano. The room was very quiet, we slept with the window open. But I didn't really like the beds. The mattress is very soft (but this is for an amateur), but the pillows are super comfortable.

The boutique hotel is very peculiar, and at first glance it is slightly confusing, with its atypical nature))), but then everything happens quite casually, the service is excellent, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, the lack of a room for smoking ordinary cigarettes is a little annoying. Either on the street or in the parking lot, you will agree that it is not quite comme il faut. Wi-Fi is often lagging, but the prices are reasonable. The staff is peculiar and works in a semi-traditional hotel style, but you can get used to it. The spa is gorgeous, as is the massage. Prices do not bite both for accommodation and for food in restaurants. If they hadn't run after you when you leave the room with questions, did you steal the book)) It was very chic. And so I recommend this hotel to all connoisseurs of the non-standard.

The hotel is on a solid 4*, overall a curious place. But there are nuances, panoramic glazing looks great, but without open windows, it is extremely difficult. There is not enough air, sometimes the smell of sewage came from the ventilation, the microclimate was conditional. Mattresses are not very comfortable, you jump right on them. The hotel is more suitable for couples than for guests with children. The restaurants are not bad, the cuisine is European. We've been to three. The manager's decision to refund the cost of accommodation for two days remained a pleasant impression, as they decided to fly two days earlier, thanks a lot for that. The room cleaning is wonderful. The location is also great. The design of the hotel itself is not ordinary. I recommend it!

Honest 5 stars for an excellent "five"!
A wonderful hotel! Everything from the room and breakfast to the restaurants and spa is great!
For very adequate money, we got a chic room (really chic and very spacious), a delicious and fresh breakfast without excessive gluttony (the buffet has it, but there is no temptation here), a very cozy spa complex with everything you need (there is not enough, of course, a pool, but objectively there is no place for it) and friendly staff at all stages.
Unfortunately, we were afraid that the restaurants at the hotel would be too expensive (because the transfer to the airport is very expensive by local standards - 15k tenge together with 3-4k Yandex Taxi business) and both days we were interrupted by fast food in the city, but in fact a completely acceptable price tag with excellent food, interior and staff.
Special thanks for the flexibility and responsiveness when booking. We booked through booking, but for obvious reasons we couldn't pay from the Russian Federation. We contacted the hotel directly, our reservation was confirmed and allowed to pay on the spot. In addition, they adopted the map of the WORLD (and this is a problem, because in fact they do not pass anywhere in Kazakhstan), which also saved us nerves.
We were worried that since we were leaving at 4 a.m., we would stay hungry, but we were informed about this in advance, and by the appointed time they brought us a hearty and delicious continental breakfast with dessert and juice.
The only thing I would draw the hotel's attention to is the wireless speakers in the rooms. The idea is cool, the sound is good, but in fact your speaker is available to all the neighbors, and theirs are available to you. When you first turned on our speaker, someone connected and turned on their music :)

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms match the photos.
The breakfasts really spoiled the impression. Everything seems to be fine, you order according to a small menu, BUT OOOOOH ... Out of six breakfasts, two days we just didn't get tea and coffee!! Oh yes, and jam!!! And it was me and my husband who approached the waiters, called them to the table and swore! And this is when boarding not even half of the restaurant! And there are 3-4 tables. In general, we ate two dishes, but we did not receive tea.
I'm writing now and I'm furious again. In fact, it's not even three stars. Make tea for 40-50 minutes, you need to try hard.
And jam, which does not even need to be cooked, but to give a ready-made small jar and after a few reminders, does not fit into my head.
