At first glance, everything is not bad with food, it is varied, but not tasty. The staff is friendly, except the bartenders, outright louts. With the beach, everything is fine, clean, equipped! The five-star room level does not pull at all, three is the maximum, the finish is like in a cheap hostel, the air conditioning is noisy like a tractor. The beach is the main advantage of this complex!

The food is delicious and varied every day. The buffet. Who is too lazy to go to the dining room, you can eat on the beach. Two pools. One is heated with a bar in the middle. The rooms are clean. They clean up well. Now some of the buildings are closed for repairs. Some rooms on the 1st floor expand by attaching a balcony and arrange a terrace in front of the room. Drinks are locally produced, just like everywhere else. The sea off the coast can be said not at all. To swim, you need to walk along the pantone. But there are coral reefs and it is very beautiful with a mask.

We went in early August 2022.
The food was quite tasty and varied (at lunches and dinners). There were seafood and European cuisine. The breakfasts were monotonous, but there was plenty to choose from. The drinks are so-so. The alcohol is local and peculiar. The only non-alcoholic drinks were coffee, water, pepsi and fanta. Local juices are also not very good.
The service is at the Egyptian level, not very good, but not to say that it is bad. The staff tries to please everyone, but is not attentive to the little things. That is, they seem to do everything, but sometimes they blunder.
The territory is large and well-groomed, there are a lot of greenery, plants, several gardeners monitor the territory every day. There are several pools. One large main pool, two smaller pools with bars inside the pool, a couple of children's pools. However, the sun loungers around the pools are always engaged in the morning.
The beach is large, sand with small pebbles, there are a lot of sun loungers with umbrellas, there is enough for everyone. The beach is not very suitable for simple swimming in the sea, mostly just snorkeling (in a mask with a snorkel). Entering the water from a pier 250 meters long. But it's worth it, there are a lot of corals, with a wide variety of fish and other marine life. There is something to see in masks. You can enter the water from the shore, but it is very shallow and you need to walk the same 250 meters through the water to go waist-deep, and always in coral slippers. Even just walking along the pier, you can see stingrays, crabs, various fish, once you saw a moray eel. In general, this is exactly what we wanted from the sea, to swim with a mask, to see the underwater world. But if you just want to swim, refresh yourself, then it's easier in the pool.
There are many 2 and 3-storey buildings with rooms on the territory. We were initially given a room that was not the one we ordered (in Egypt they say this is a common thing), they gave us a room with two separate beds, between which there is a pedestal on the ground floor. Although there should have been a room with one large bed on the top floor overlooking the pool. We saw this room and decided to immediately return to the reception, asked for another room, they told us: "check into this one for now, and after 2-3 hours we will look at another one if something becomes available." We said that we would not check in there, we would wait at the reception. And lo and behold, after 10-15 minutes they gave us another room, they did not ask us to pay extra money, oddly enough. This room was already with one large bed, on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and partially visible to the sea. The renovation in the rooms is already very outdated, both mentally and physically worn out. But in general, you can live. The bed is comfortable, each with two pillows of different stiffness. That is, initially everything was done expensively and efficiently, but it is simply outdated. At first we were a little upset, but then we somehow accepted it.
Cleanliness is not at the best level, as I have already said, the Egyptians do everything bluntly basically. They also did the cleaning. The room was cleaned every day, the bed was made, towels were changed, swans and various figurines were twisted. But not everything is washed efficiently. There were drops and stains on the mirror, the floor was not washed efficiently. But again, not to say that everything is bad. Average.
We went to the local spa at the hotel. We can only recommend a massage. We signed up for the full program. And of all the good things, only the massage was done. In Turkey, similar programs at hotels were made much better. And here the hammam practically does not work, it is cold to sit in it, there is practically no steam, we sat in the sauna for only 2 minutes, then they took us further. The scrub is also a minute rubbing with coconut chips, the jacuzzi does not work normally. In general, only the massage was done for a long time and efficiently.
The animation in the hotel is not very active, various invited guests performed in the evenings, or animators held contests like "Mr. hotel". During the day, the animation team conducted various activities: yoga, zumba, volleyball, bocce, aerobics in the pool. But all this goes by almost unnoticeably. There were three Russian guys in the animation team.
By the way, it was expected that only Russians were vacationing in Egypt, but upon arrival it turned out that 50 percent of Germans, other Europeans, and many Arabs. Russians turned out to be quite a few 10-15 percent, and there was not even anyone to talk to. But in general, everything was peaceful, they did not notice any bad attitude towards the Russians.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest, there are more pluses than minuses.

We were at this hotel with a one-year-old child in August 2023.
We have something to compare it with, because in July we were in another 4* hotel.
It's not good enough.
There is practically no sea, although we counted very much when the tides were high, the water is very dirty near the shore, cigarette butts, wrappers are not for a child.
We didn't go to boarding school, I'm sure it's better there, but we have nothing to do there with a one-year-old still unfit child. They wanted him to sit on the bank , but that didn't happen either.
The food is monotonous, everything is always burnt, just very burnt, which is impossible to eat. The cakes were delicious.
The rooms are said to have been restored, sprinkled.
By the way, the big plus of this hotel is that you do not need to look for places for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We haven't visited the free restaurants, so we can't rate them either.
The pools are very dirty and there were water bugs, no one is fighting this, they bit the child hard, since he is practically immobilized in the water. We didn't even realize right away, we thought it was mosquitoes, but we didn't have bites, and then I saw it in the water and found it according to the description.
The staff is good, but one man at the reception, when we approached to extend the room, simply did not pay attention to my husband, although he was first in line, but he pretended to be busy with some business and until my husband's patience ran out, and he did not raise his voice, he did not warm up.
But with the extension, this is still the thing, of course, we were told that the hotel is overcrowded, and if our room is not available, then they will not be able to extend, but it's true a fiasco when you sit at the reception from 12 hours before departure (22:30), BUT we were lucky, at least until 18:00 we have extended. They also charged us $ 5 for the fact that our child slightly soiled the sheets, well, very strangely, they also said that it would not wash off. Nonsense.
Yes, the territory is large, I agree. Beautiful, no doubt.
We can't say anything about the animation, because we weren't at it, but the party was probably cool in terms of the audibility of the music in the room.)
The big minus of this hotel is everything is paid, well, just everything. We were at 4*, honestly, we couldn't compare, we expected more from 5*. At 4*, both ice cream, popcorn, and cotton wool were given for free, there was no fried food. There are simply no words here.

I didn't really like the food after Krasnaya Polyana, but if you look for it, you can eat delicious food, alcohol is produced in Egypt (buy more in duty free) in the bar, the most acceptable option is rum with cola (pepsi will be instead of Cola). As soon as you bring it, sign up for restaurants (Italian and Indian are included in the package) the queue is large, you may not have time to go if you delay. I recommend a dinner on the beach for a fee (delicious seafood was taken, the most expensive menu was not regretted, it came out at $ 54, but it was worth it). I also do not recommend Safari excursions. You will swallow dust, you will beat off the fifth point, plus all your clothes will be spoiled by dust, so if you decide to get dressed, it's not a pity... We were in the Gardens, which is nearby and 4 stars. It is very good for 4 people, a huge well-groomed territory, there are no crowds of people, huge rooms. I was surprised by the presence of both a bathtub and a shower cabin (it saves a lot of time). They clean every day.

We arrived at a discount, and in the mood for a relaxing holiday. We were at the hotel once a long time ago, and since we changed our passports, we only remembered approximately, it was before all the troubles, somewhere in the 14th or early 15th year. I only remembered that we were very happy there then. At the reception, I accidentally
I mentioned this, and, lo and behold, we were given gold bracelets by regular customers. It doesn't add a lot of chips, but you can use the Garden area and drink at the bar until midnight. We didn't use it too much, but the special treatment for a repeat visit was very pleasant. By the way, I would like to immediately mention Marina's work, guest relay. God grant her good health, a sincere, sweet girl. I am always ready to help.
The territory of the hotel is licked, you can't find fault with it. This is not a gardener, this is a perfectionist! The attitude of the staff is at the highest level. The restaurant is awesome! There were no nightingale tongues, but quails, lamb, crabs, and shrimps were served during the week, not counting the "usual" dishes, of which two are fish and two are grilled. The dude on the morning of the scrambled eggs is just super!!! This is the very embodiment of goodness and positivity!!! It's worth going there for him, I'm not lying!!!

Animators, no matter how hard they try, cannot stir up this swamp much)) Maybe it's for the best)) There is no sea, in the usual sense. On the shore, the depth is 30cm at high tide, and -30 at low tide. For those who do not have a sense of humor, I say that you can not swim from the shore. Nothing at all. You can use the territory of the neighboring hotel, Labranda, there is a call from the shore. But, any sneeze on their territory is not welcome, for example, you can not occupy sun beds, the bar is also prohibited. Stella has a pier, 350 meters, and you are in an amazing place where there are a lot of fish, and if you swim a little, there are even more of them, and live coral. If you take a closer look, there is a gathering on the pier just to swim, inconvenient and without fish.
As a result, I do not recommend the hotel to young people and people with children. However, if children are at an age when the sea is not important, then it will do. We went to this hotel in September 2021. There were three of them - 2 adults and a daughter - 3 years old
We liked the hotel, it was somewhat reminiscent of the Dominican Republic. It was my first time in Egypt and I was very comfortable.
The room was clean and cozy, they left as much water as they wanted, tea, coffee, sugar were added endlessly.
When making out, my husband asked if it would be possible to change the room if we did not like it, we were convinced that we would like it and were not deceived. Sea view, nice room, one step to the pool. In general, it's a thrill.
We didn't have queues or a clogged restaurant like in other hotels (they shared it with us on the tour). The waiters, if anything, will bring everything, my daughter generally received different gifts every day :)
We are not whimsical in food, but the food there is really delicious and I do not remember that something ended or something was missing.
The only thing before our departure was a check-in and here we learned what a lot of people are, so maybe we were lucky :)
The territory is large, we had both a children's and an adult swimming pool nearby, we didn't even go to the others. My daughter didn't really want to swim in the sea (she was scared), so the pool was the main place of stay.
The staff is very smiling and talkative. There are a lot of animations, both children's and adult in the evening (dancing, karaoke, performances, whatever you want). We didn't visit the kids' club, but they liked talking to other parents.
They help to put sun beds, once again they will stretch out their hand, a very pleasant attitude.
The territory is clean, all the leaves were removed from the lawns, so it was perfectly clean.
My husband can find contact with everyone, so the staff were our friends.
We really liked it!!! I recommend the hotel for both families and couples!

Nutrition is above all praise:turkey, beef, quail, fish, all in different variations, a variety of side dishes, sweets are very tasty. Local drinks, what did you like:rum, tequila ram, red wine. Sprite, cola from bottles. The beach is wide and clean. The pier is 700 m, the descent to seridina is shallow, clean, white sand for children. At the end of the pier there is a depth, a reef, and fish. Thanks to all the staff for the cleanliness, for the delicious food, for the friendliness! Only very weak Wi-Fi at the reception. The hotel is located opposite the reef, which makes it uncomfortable to enter the sea, plus a very gentle shore. A gorgeous hotel. Polite, unobtrusive staff. A good restaurant. A huge and well-maintained territory. The coastline is very wide. Animation for 5+. The stage is located right at the exit of the restaurant, and the audience is sitting on the terrace. It is very comfortable. There is enough space for everyone and everyone can see everything.
There's a bar right next to it. It's a cool hotel, I highly recommend it.
