Very good. The food is varied . Fish seafood meat beef , duck , chicken. Sausage and sausages are inedible. Alcohol is normal. Super all inclusive there is no point in taking it. Everything is included enough.

We stayed at this hotel from March 14 to March 23, 2021, and now I want to share the pros and cons of my vacation.
The hotel itself: the area is clean and well maintained. The room is also quite cozy. Free Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby, while the rest of the hotel can be connected for an additional fee. The free one works very hard (I don't consider it a minus, since this is the situation in almost all of Egypt, and we didn't come to sit on the phone), so I advise you to buy a local SIM card upon arrival. We had orange, the price of pleasure was $16 for 10GB. The overall rating of the hotel is 5.
The staff is just top, I have never met such friendly people in any hotel. In the restaurant, both the guys from the distribution and the waiters will talk and joke with you. A very friendly cleaning guy, always interested in how things were going and whether the room needed to be cleaned. Even the guys who walk along the beach and offer massage, diving, safari services did not cause irritation, but lifted the mood.
In general, the staff rating is 5+.
Food: it is important for us that it is delicious, as it is a shame to come to an all-inclusive and not eat anything. So there are no problems with food. Breakfast / lunch / dinner is always varied, you can choose a dish for every taste, there is beef and chicken, a lot of vegetables, fruits, various snacks. There are always several options for soups and very tasty sweets.
When we were preparing for the trip, I came across several comments that there was nothing to feed the children, so I would like to say that this is an outright lie. There is always chicken broth, porridge, etc., even if you and your children are on some kind of diet, you will not stay hungry.
Food - 5 points.
Annimation: there are no problems with this either. There are enough activities in the hotel: exercise, yoga, volleyball, bocce, salsa, aqua aerobics, etc. There are various entertainment programs in the evening. The animation guys are very cool and funny. There is no such impotent persistence and forcibly dragging people out to the activity.

The beach is good, there is sand everywhere. As everywhere in Hurghada, you need to try very hard to get to the depth, so it is ideal for families with children.
One of the hotel's features is that it has its own reef with fish, which can be reached by a pontoon. There is also a descent to the water in the middle of the pontoon, where the depth is already quite good, but you can stand.
On the way to the reef, you can meet different animals, we had two cute fish near the pontoon all the time.
The reef won us over to the very heart , the fish are beautiful and diverse , it's interesting to watch them , which we did almost all the time) On my own behalf, I want to add: people, if you or your children do not know how to swim, then do not climb to the reef! You interfere with climbing / descending, scare away all the inhabitants of the reef and infuriate everyone around, including the fish.
The beach is 5 points.
If you choose a hotel for a comfortable stay, then you are definitely here!

The hotel is only 3* in my understanding, it pulls, the food in general in Egypt is tasteless for me, here I only liked something a la carte sometimes. One of the advantages of the hotel is a huge number of pools, including those with mountains and artificial waves, as well as the design of the hotel itself in an authentic Egyptian style. We were with my wife in 2019. Shikardos! As it is now, of course, it is not clear, but at that time the price / quality ratio was just perfect! A very beautiful live reef near the pontoon. Sometimes a moray eel could be seen at depth under the pontoon itself. The kitchen, the service, the rooms, everything is at a very good level. If it wasn't for the desire to see as many new places as possible, I would definitely come back here again!

I am currently staying at this hotel. Tour operator "Biblio Globus". The host party is Sun International, although there are enough representatives of Biblio in Egypt. We flew with Rossiya Airlines, they don't feed us at all during the flight, and the flight is about 4.5 hours, only drinks. We arrived, settled normally. I will immediately note that the room stock is tired and needs repair / updating. There are no Russian channels, there are 638 Arabic ones. The food is so-so without frills, but you will not stay hungry, THE MAIN PROBLEM IS the LACK of CUTLERY, there is a hunt for them or ask several times to bring them and wait. The pier at the hotel is about 380 meters long, the most beautiful corals are to the right of the pontoon, and the fish are to the left, but swim for both about 300 meters, everything that is closer is either small or dead. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach at any time. The animation is unobtrusive, mostly in English. The main thing is that I do not advise you to take an excursion to Luxor. It is called Luxor VIP. It costs about $ 100 per person, but it is long, tedious and uninteresting. It is VERY inflated, if they arrived at the first temple at 10 a.m., when leaving the hotel at 5, then only 8 went to see the last of the 40 people. And there's nothing to see there. Everywhere they are only trying to lure money, even to the toilet, if tickets are available, they demand $ 1, and they have to fight off merchants. Due to the bloated nature of the tour, you will get to the hotel only at 22 o'clock. Accordingly, they did not have time for dinner, and lunch was at 12 o'clock. Actually, there is nothing to see in Luxor or you are a very big fan. While the rest continues, I hope for the best.

The so-called "restaurant" simply does not stand up to any criticism in terms of taste, quality, and cleanliness. Every trip to eat turned into stress for us. It's cold in the room. the electrics are unsafe. In general, I regret as much as possible about the lost time and money.

We went with the team: someone did not close the door, others had a pipe burst, and others had a sink fall. The pools are all with ice water, so no one swims there.
