In early December 2025, we had a rest at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa The Palm Dubai. We always visit a Palm tree at this time, previously we rested on the trunk of a palm tree in the NH Collection and Five. The Taj Exotica Resort & Spa The Palm Dubai hotel immediately impressed with its hospitality and majestic modern large-scale lobby. The hotel staff is extremely polite, smiling, friendly, never leave without attention. The rooms are cleaned several times a day, but you can arrange for the reception to be less frequent. There is a wonderful Russian-speaking employee at the reception, Sabina, who will always advise, help and make your stay comfortable and hassle-free. The rooms are spacious, equipped with everything you need and even more. The cuisine is varied and very decent, there is a different theme every day, and of course there is an Indian table. The hotel is designed for a comfortable relaxing stay with the family, it will also be good for couples in love (and we are both))), everything has a happy, carefree relaxing holiday. The beach is always free, there are a lot of sun beds, a lot of beach staff who take care of you - they bring ice water, towels, unobtrusive music from the DJ sounds on the pool. The only thing my wife missed (and I missed everything) was that there was no music on the beach. All rooms have a very beautiful view, the sea is captured everywhere. On arrival and on the birthday, compliments are given in the form of a cake, fruit, as well as a cake, fruits are brought during the rest. A new clean hotel, a great big two-room room. The food is very decent (it was really delicious for me!), there are many restaurants on site, everything is on the menu and only one restaurant has a buffet for dinner. There are plenty of sun beds, and you can find a free one at any time that suits your needs. It was very convenient to eat outside at dinners in swimsuits (they let you sit on chairs without any problems). For children at a certain time (from lunch to dinner there was a buffet with snacks, we also had one, but it was included in the payment for a large room (100 sq. m.). There is a children's club, a children's pool. After three years, they look after the children there and you can leave them. Suitcases with cold water are carried on the beach, which is very convenient. Cons: well, this hotel is located in such a way that you can only be there on purpose. There is absolutely nothing nearby! It takes 40 minutes to get to the nearest civilization, and an hour to get to Khalifa. The farthest back feather of the palm tree, also at the very end! Consider this! My children and I were going on a sedentary vacation and we wanted to take a walk and look, but every outing is a taxi and time! Another disadvantage is that there is little greenery, because the hotel is new and they did not plant it with palm trees. But it didn 't upset me at all and didn 't catch my eye . The left side of the beach has sharper rocks in shallow water. The right one is more comfortable. Food - five points. Drinks and food on the beach are paid. The minibar in the room is expensive. The menu includes any meat, shrimp, sea bass, salmon. Vegetables and fruits. The numbers are five points. They clean perfectly. The hotel is not old in 2022. The air conditioner works perfectly. The staff is well-trained. They always say hello and are friendly. Pool - two points. There's a lot of bleach! Towels on the beach are unlimited. They lay and clean themselves. Thermos fridge with water and ice on the beach is free of charge. We had a package of drinks: lunch and dinner included wine, drinks and beer for free. If you don't take the package, the drinks are expensive. You can easily leave 500 dollars for drinks in a week. There is a pool table, a children's playroom.

The hotel is magnificent, room 528 with a direct view of the bay. The food is at a height. The hotel staff is very friendly, they try to help with everything. The downside was the laundry, which tried 3 times to remove tea from jeans, but could not. They didn't take the money, they compensated for the trouble by visiting a cafe with champagne and snacks. The bay is warm in the truest sense of the word, so we cooled off in the beautiful pool. Water is distributed on the beach and pool, frozen fruit ice was 1 time. The hotel is a long way from the center of Dubai. They paid a decent amount of money for a taxi. Tip: do not order a taxi through the Yandex app, take a taxi using the meter. It comes out 2 times cheaper. It's a pity that we found out about this at the end of our vacation. A transfer takes you every day from the hotel to the Dubai Emirates Shopping Center. A great shopping center, I liked it more in terms of assortment and prices than the Dubai Mall. And another disadvantage is that they left a deposit of 3000 dirhams at the hotel, of which 710 dirhams were spent at the hotel. It's been 2 weeks since we returned home, and the rest still hasn't returned. But the deposit and 710 dirhams were debited from the checking account. There is a minus on the account, but there is no refund. It's a very unpleasant situation when you realize that nothing can be solved on the spot. We keep in touch with Sabina - so far, there are only promises of a refund. By the way, Russian-speaking girls Olya and Sabina will help you solve any problems, well done in one word. Without knowledge of English, it's a bit difficult here, we were saved by a translator. Internet access is available throughout the hotel. There were not many Russians in September. Mostly Hindus.

This is a great hotel! The room was cleaned 2-3 times a day, the restaurants were above all praise, delicious, fast, courteous staff, excellent service! The pool is the cleanest, the beach staff are the nicest people! The food is very tasty and varied! We had a rest from January 1-7, 2026. I give a plus for a nice beach, clear sea, fish, crab, hedgehogs, you can see every shell.There are always free sun beds. The buffet breakfasts and dinners are good, despite the landmark of Indian cuisine. There are a lot of children, a lot, so anyone who wants a quiet and peaceful holiday is clearly not here. The hotel has a rather peculiar smell, and I'm taking a star off for that. When buying a tour, they asked for separate beds (an adult daughter is uncomfortable sleeping together). We took a special flight to get to dinner. They give you a room with one bed at 19.00. We ask for separate rooms-the room is typically higher than the category, pay 17t.p. The senior was called, had dinner, waited another 2 hours!!!! while we were cleaning the room, we finally checked in.But we were positive and the rest turned out to be great. I liked that you can eat until 02 a.m. (we had breakfast, lunch, dinner). We only went to the buffet for breakfast. Lunch and dinner in restaurants. It was Ramadan during our trip - tea and coffee were only for breakfast. Lunch and dinner -water.Hot drinks were drunk in the room. The beach is great. Swimming is comfortable.There are few people. Excellent wild boars from the sun. Cold water is distributed on the beach either in an ice bowl or in a mini cooler. The cleaning is excellent-towels are changed 2 times. The probability of a second refund is more likely than not.

Everything corresponds to the hotel category. The problem with this hotel is that you have to wait a very long time, check in at the reception for about an hour, wait 40-50 minutes for food in the restaurant after ordering, it also takes about an hour to pick up your luggage from the room, the taxi has already arrived, and the luggage was still carried for 40 minutes, and so on. Only rumservice works faster, they bring everything within 10 minutes, well done in this. There is little greenery on the territory of the hotel.

Great new hotel. Beautiful beach. The service is super, the staff is loyal. But it's a small area, like many hotels on Palma. There are no trees. We didn't see any Russian-speaking staff, but that wasn't a problem, there were a lot of Indians. The cuisine is interesting with an Indian accent, as the hotel was built by an Indian group. We had a family vacation in July for a week. The service, the food, the relationships are all great. We had breakfast and dinner, the food was great, although we were worried that it would be mostly Indian cuisine, but there was nothing. They put me in a room on the 2nd floor (2 **), there was a terrible smell of mold on the floor, too, in the room, it was already impossible to sleep. For an additional fee, they were moved to the 3rd floor with a sea view. There's no smell and the view is great. The most delicious restaurant is the main one where breakfast is served. Indian is also good, but for amateurs. It's creepy on the 6th floor. The beach is great, they bring water and towels. In general, the staff is friendly and welcoming.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, BUT there is a HUGE DISADVANTAGE that spoiled the positive emotions on the last day!!!!!! On the day of departure, we were picked up from the hotel at 3:05 p.m., we have breakfast and lunch/dinner included. Breakfast was included, but lunch was refused. I understand if we were leaving at 12:00, but the departure from the hotel is at 15:05, and the departure is only at 19:50, respectively, my child and we have to stay hungry until 20:00???

The halfboard is also normal, if with a club lounge, then take it for lunch, so you can, I advise you to have lunch and dinner not on the buffet. The beach is cool, the water in the bay was good at the end of February, the pool is warm and shallow. In new Atlantis, it is nearby in 10 minutes, it is worth going to restaurants in the evening and looking at the dancing fountains, they are cooler than Khalifa's. Emirates Mall is half an hour away, and Khalifa is 50 minutes away by taxi. Yandex taxi worked, excellent cars and debit from a Russian card. Gazprom Union cards also worked. The promenade in front of the hotel with a view of the sail. The rooms are as shown in the photo. The staff is really friendly, boars come in on the beach, towels and bring water in ice buckets. If you go to the center every day, then it's a long way, if the beach, Atlantis restaurants and 2-3 times to the khalifa and malls, then the best option. Also drive into the desert at sunset in Baba al Chance and a performance with Swedish is cool there.

Ebbs / tides do not affect the quality of bathing in any way👌🏽 the bottom is sandy, but interspersed with pieces of coral and shells, but this does not spoil bathing much-you just need to walk slower;) on the beach, all the sun beds are in perfect condition, towels are given out fresh and clean, excellent service - they will bring everything you need from food and drinks👌🏽 Swimming pool. There is a child and an adult. An adult is a very large, comfortable basik with very warm high water in two opposite sides of the bars. The ones where the bar stools are in the water itself👌🏽 By the way, there are also a sufficient number of sun beds of different calibers by the pool) outdoor showers with hot water;) The hotel building itself always smells delicious. Everywhere there are vases with live fragrant lilies and local flowers. There is a lounge on the ground floor where you can have coffee and a snack. There is also a club lounge above, which was included in our room, but we never got into it - there was no time or it was already closed)) The restaurants on site are great - the chefs are top class. The food is delicious from high-quality and freshest products. I really liked the room: a living room with a balcony, a large bedroom, a dressing room and a large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. Everything is clean everywhere, it smells delicious. Cleaning twice a day The breakfasts are delicious, you can pour yourself coffee from the vending machine, or you can order a normal one👌🏽 In general, we fell in love with this hotel at first sight. We will be 100% back. I don't even want to experiment;)
