An amazing hotel! Good location, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Nearby there are supermarkets, cafes, salons, etc. The hotel is amazing! The spa area.
There is a small pool with a lot of sun beds, showers and a separate pool for children (it is convenient). There is a bar on the pool and a variety of delicious drinks on the menu.
Restaurant.
Oh, the restaurant is a delight! My husband and I have never eaten so delicious in our lives, although we travel a lot and warmly remember the food in the restaurant. Chef, chefs and everyone involved in cooking - you are incredibly talented!
We only had breakfast included and it is always a huge variety of dishes and gastronomic delight. Without thinking twice, we went to dinner every evening for an additional fee, where a buffet was also waiting for us! Delight! Wow! It's amazing! We have never eaten so delicious in our lives!
Staff.
We were very warmly welcomed at the reception, the security is polite and the administrators will always help. The staff at the restaurant is a separate type of service. The nicest ladies work at the reception, the waiters are polite, and the restaurant manager is a pro! He's a mega pro.

Comfortable, Clean, bright, cozy and comfortable. The room had everything you needed, and the bathtub is a separate relaxation.
We are extremely satisfied! We stayed at the hotel in September 2021 and my husband proposed to me in Dubai! Insanely romantic and will be remembered for a lifetime!

It's a very good hotel, according to the criterion of price / quality - what you need. The marina and the sea with a Ferris wheel and a promenade are a 10-minute walk away. Shops, metro station, everything is nearby.

The expectation coincided with reality, I was worried about the negative reviews, but I didn't see anything of what I read there. The staff is polite, they respond immediately to all requests, 3 Russian-speaking people at the reception. Comfortable mattress and pillows of different stiffness. When booking, they indicated that they would not get a view of the construction site, they gave us a good view, but the 4th floor, they asked for a high floor, was free only with a view of the construction site on the 23rd floor, they allowed us to go and compare, an employee accompanied us, showed everything, in the end we left the original room, the luggage was delivered as soon as we decided. The receptionist said that we could come up at 8 a.m. to find another room on a high floor with a good view, because every day someone moves out, this approach was pleasant, but we decided to leave everything as it is. The hotel has a pleasant fragrance everywhere, there are always fresh flowers in the lobby. The breakfasts are delicious, there is food for every taste, by the way, there is a buffet on 2 sides of the entrance and the food there is different, we did not know for the first few days that there was also a distribution on the other side. You can eat on the summer porch, the only problem is the crows, if you put a plate on the table and go for coffee, they will steal your food and you will no longer eat from this plate, you will have to type again.
The adapter for the outlet needs to be asked at the reception, as well as the toothpaste, everything will be brought, one evening they asked for a couple of bags of black tea, they brought a generous number of bags. They give you as much water as you ask, and they don't limit themselves to a couple of bottles. The Wi-Fi is fast, they clean up every day, I can't say anything bad at all. Regarding the air conditioner and the cold, everything is easily solved, the system in the hotel is such that as soon as you leave, the air conditioner automatically turns on at 21 degrees (the settings you set go wrong), in order to prevent this from happening, there is an additional card that you leave in your pocket, then nothing will change, if the air conditioner is turned off, it will remain turned off if the temperature is set to 24, it means it will work with this temperature. Speaking of hotel loyalty, we lost our key card and were not fined. Beautiful fast elevator.

We stayed at the hotel from September 18 to September 25, 2024. The hotel is excellent, the food is super, be sure to take breakfasts and dinners, the dinners are great,every day there is a different kitchen, everything is expensive and tasteless outside, so it's better to order breakfasts and dinners right away. The hotel's feature is the location: Dubai Marina, Marina Mall, the beach is within walking distance and with such views, you do not notice the road, and a free bus runs every hour from the hotel to the beach and to the Mall. There are Russian-speaking staff, any issues are solved instantly, the beds are super comfortable, it was difficult to get out of them in the morning)
P.S.: after reading the reviews, I was horrified. People who write negative things are probably used to Turkey with huge territories and everything is included. A chic hotel, value for money. Separately, I would like to mention the administrator of Davlat, always friendly, picked up a great room for us, checked in at 10 a.m., did not have to wait until 2 o'clock. Thank you so much ❤️. The breakfasts are gorgeous, a decent selection of dishes, awesome freshly squeezed juices (especially mango and watermelon). The room is cleaned daily and of high quality, the room is fresh, spacious, with panoramic Windows. I was very pleased with the capsule coffee machine right in the room, the capsules were replenished daily for free. The impression of the hotel is only positive. Two meters from the pool is a dormitory in which the balconies overlook the pool area, and all the underpants and socks of the residents of this dormitory hang above the pool. Tonight, we decided to have a family dinner at the hotel restaurant, after a walk at 20.00 we went to the restaurant, we were met by a Russian-speaking girl who said that Italian cuisine was served today. Since we only have breakfast included, dinner is paid. I paid $80 for me, my wife and daughter, and they demanded the money right at the entrance. After we got in, we went to the restaurant, it turned out that there were only leftovers left, I didn't get indignant, we decided to eat what was left. There was one bottle of water on the table. It turned out that the dinner price does not include drinks and juice, the child needs to pay separately. Since we had a Coke left over from our walk, I poured a glass for the child. Immediately, a girl ran up to us and told me to pour out the coke, since I couldn't drink my own drinks. In general, everyone decides for themselves where to rest and in which hotel to stay, but this hotel does not even pull two stars. I hope my review will help anyone who wants to stay at this hotel.

We stayed here in April 2024 for 7 nights. Friendly, competent Russian-speaking staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Freshly cut flowers occupy an entire table in the hotel lobby. The elevators are spacious and fast, and the waiting time for the elevator is minimal. A free hotel shuttle runs every hour to the JBR public beach, which stops at the Dubai Marina Mall on the way back, which is very convenient. DMCC Metro Station is a five-minute walk from the hotel. The view from the hotel is only on the city, and a building is being built across the street from it, so you may not be lucky with a view on this side. The room has everything you need, and even an ironing board with an iron, and a sewing kit, and a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, a bidet, scales, two sinks, which is very convenient. Towels are changed and cleaning is done daily. We had breakfast included; the choice was varied, but there were no meat dishes except sausages and bacon. We bought dinner a couple of times, meat dishes were plentiful at dinner, and, in principle, both dinners were very diverse. However, there was a significant disadvantage - only mineral water was available for dinner; there was no tea, coffee, or juice, and there were no other drinks.
Some more momets in this five-star hotel were confused: everything seemed to be cleaned, clean linen and towels, but there was dirt on the baseboard of the wardrobe and under the glass on the bedside table. There is an installation in the form of waves on each floor near the elevators: so there is an old layer of dust on these waves.

Do not be fooled by the persuasions of travel agents and do not take a tour to this hotel!!! It's not five stars!! ! I fell for the reviews on the Internet and thought I could enjoy the cuisine... The buffet breakfasts are good, although they are the same. But the dinners are so-so. In my opinion, those who write that it is very tasty, they just didn't eat anything sweeter than bitter radish! Well, it's not tasty!
The adult pool is small, the mattresses on the deck chairs are stained and burned with cigarettes. There are stains on the curtains. Well, a five-star hotel shouldn't allow itself to do that. The construction is currently underway at the level of 12-15 floors, so if the windows overlook the side of the construction site and you get a room at the level up to the 15th floor, you will look at the construction site. This is not the fault of the hotel, just consider this fact when choosing. For the rest: daily cleaning - in the afternoon. They update toiletries, tea, coffee. The air conditioners are really too cold, almost all the guests complain.
I can't find the words to express the level of my disappointment that the hotel is declared as a five-star hotel, but it is not!

We were with a friend for a week from April 2-9, 2024. The hotel is very geographically well located.
We didn't really like the food. Lamb pilaf in a large frying pan is very tasty, but it's been there all week. Lentil soup is also every day. Never just a whole natural fried fish.
There are very few fresh vegetables, only apples and oranges from fruits.
There is no private area on the beach, sun beds are paid for 6500, not everyone can afford. I didn't want to buy and walk with umbrellas. That's why we were there for only 3 hours and then burned down. And the wind is always strong in the pool. the water was warm, it's a pity there wasn't enough time.
I was in Dubai for the first time, I want to return. But already to the hotel, which has its own area with sun beds and umbrellas on the beach.

The location is convenient, there is a shuttle service to the beach and the pier. We went to Kite Beach several times, it is cleaner and there are fewer people than on Jbl.
The service is excellent, the cleaning is daily, the staff is very courteous, polite, trying to do everything for the rest of the guests.
The food is beyond praise, we took breakfasts, lunches and dinners and did not regret it, it is worth the money. Ala-carte dinners on the menu, amazingly delicious! Of course, the rooms are no longer of modern design, but everything works, and so does the smart home. The view was taken to the sea, it is definitely better to pay extra so as not to look or listen to the construction site or the road!
Of the disadvantages, they do not give themselves teaspoons until you ask.

Magnificent 4-star marina, within walking distance (10 minutes) to the sea JBR beach. Everything is very tasty and fresh. The choice is not huge, but everything you need is there. At dinner, a 1 liter bottle of water is on the table. A magnificent hotel! The location is excellent: DMCC metro is within walking distance (10 minutes), JBL Beach is within walking distance (15 minutes), there is also a shuttle service to the beach from the hotel, but we never used it.
We got upgraded from the hotel, the windows overlooked the highway and the marina (noise is minimal, we slept great). There is no balcony or heated towel rail. The room is tired, but everything you need for a comfortable stay is there: iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee machine, kettle, scales, bathrobe, slippers, a full set of all bathroom accessories.
I would like to note separately the quality of cleaning (daily) Ganesh, absolutely all wishes and preferences have been heard and implemented. If you suddenly forgot or do not have an adapter for the European connector, ask for it at the reception, they will give it out without any problems.
We only had breakfast, everyone was satisfied, a buffet.
I definitely recommend this hotel for all inexperienced people!

Liquor store- from the hotel to the right along the construction site, straight ahead and a shop with a red door, you need to have a passport with you.
The room was the 11th, the view was not of the construction site, not of the shabby neighboring hotel. I assume that the view is definitely the most normal until the 13th.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff, there are Russian speakers. The room was decent, nothing was broken and functioning. The only drawback is the view of the construction site and night work, but these are temporary difficulties. The location of the hotel is good.

Nice hotel and very nice friendly staff. The lobby and rooms are beautiful, always clean, and the view from the window is of the bustling Dubai life. The hotel cares about the environment, so there are cards in the room with an unobtrusive offer to take care of nature (for example, if you have to change your bed linen according to the schedule today, and tomorrow you plan to check out, you can leave a note saying that you can not change the bed linen today).
