A good hotel, but it doesn't pull 5 stars. The service is very pleasant, the Russian-speaking staff, everything is very attentive! The rooms are good, everything is there. The bed and pillows are just a cannon, it's impossible to wake up))) the linen is very pleasant to change every day. Breakfast for 2 weeks nothing has changed, monotonously.

We were a couple for a week at the end of December with the capture of the new year.
For the holiday, the hotel was decorated and the restaurant was decorated.

We had an early check-in, the girl at the reception checked in within half an hour, did not have to wait until lunch! Next, we took into account the reviews by number and asked to settle us no higher than the 28th floor, since the 31st club and the lower floors listen to music until 3 am. We had the 11th floor, a view of the Marina (a room with a view was chosen in a travel agency, it was fixed) otherwise you will look at the overpass.
A big plus is the location. On foot 10-12 minutes to the beach, 7-10 minutes from the metro, 5 minutes to the Marina, it is very nice and beautiful to walk in the evening. On the neighboring streets there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, an exchange office. We took full board, we were sooo satisfied. The breakfast is varied, but simple, breakfast and dinner are buffet style, lunch on the menu you choose from several dishes. Serving as in a restaurant is beautiful and delicious! But at lunch, you should lay 40 minutes -1 hour, slow feed.
The room window does not open much, the mattresses are comfortable- they fell out. The hotel staff is very helpful, trying to solve all questions and requests promptly. There are Russian-speaking employees.
If you are considering urban tourism with the opportunity to spend time on the beach in the morning, then this hotel is suitable.
In December- January, it is worth considering the sun on the beach from 8-15 at 16 it is already cool, at 17 it is dark. Sun beds on the nearest beach 4500rub / 2 people, with a visit to the shower. But there is an option on towels, if it does not bother that everyone will walk through you. According to alco there is a bar on the 31st floor, the audience and the atmosphere are India. But there was enough rum in my Negroni! Did not regret it))
By metro 30 minutes to Burj Khalifa, right on the fountains of Time out market is a food court with a view of the fountains and a good alco for money adequate by Dubai standards.

Everything is fine. Food for all tastes. The staff speaks 50% Russian.
The rooms are a little tired, but nothing falls off, well maintained.
You definitely need to bring an adapter to the UAE sockets. There is only one phone in the room that you can charge, there is a USB.
The location is great. The beach is 10 minutes away. The metro is 10 minutes away.

Nice hotel, but there are queues for breakfast (which is not very convenient. It is dark in the pool after two o'clock in the afternoon, as it is located on the 5th floor and is shaded by neighboring tall buildings.
