We had a rest in April 2024. The room has everything you need: iron, kettle, hair dryer, slippers, soap, gel, shampoo, toothbrushes were not there. Cleaning every day, bed linen was not changed.
We took half board (breakfast + dinner), a lot of food, but without frills.
There is a shuttle service to the beach once an hour (5 minutes and on the beach), 15 minutes on foot to the beach, beach towels are provided at the hotel on deposit.
It is a 10-minute walk to the metro and a 15-minute walk to the Dubai Marina Mall. The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff
Overall, I liked the hotel! I recommend it!

Your expectations are your problems.
First of all, my review is worth reading to those who are traveling to Dubai for the first time, especially to the area of Palma, JBR and Marina as a whole. I heard a lot of negativity from the hotel guests, let's figure it out, because the hotel is really not bad, but there are nuances.
What was I doing in this hotel? I had 3 final days of my long trip to different countries of the Middle East, the very rest after the rest, in the UAE I have already managed to visit different hotels, almost in all emirates, so there is a lot of watching.
When evaluating a hotel, I think it is always necessary to understand where it is located and how much it costs. Here you can conditionally find 4-5 stars on the first line all inclusive, but somewhere on the corner of Ajman almost in the desert, and it takes time and money to get to Dubai, although they often carry transfers for free. And you can see beautiful pictures of the Marina and come to 5 stars for breakfast for the same money to this hotel, and be surprised at the quality of service, prices around, crowds of locals on the common beach, and finally conclude about Dubai that it is so incomprehensible.
My dialogue with one of the guests is rather an insult on his part: I arrived at 5 stars in Dubai and stand in line for breakfast, it's a long walk to the sea, around the city, I expected that 5 stars in Dubai is a completely different level! I say, but you chose the cheapest five in the Marina, you either need to multiply the price tag by 2, or go to Sharjah or Ajman, where you will be happy for the same money. What do you think was the answer? Well, I want to go to the Marina, it's here to look at skyscrapers and all that.
And the flow of guests who came on tours with a flight was large, many are going for the first time, and expect something beyond. My opinion is simple, you can combine a beach holiday and a tour of Dubai while living in the Marina only in a hotel on the 1st line, or with walking around beach clubs, despite their cost, but in any case it will not be 180-200 tr with a flight for 2 people.
If you decide to go to Dubai for the first time, just decide clearly why you are here, a beach holiday for reasonable money is Ajman and Sharjah. Marina and Palma are a completely different price level. Here is my example a few years ago, 4 stars in Sharjah for all inclusive for 4 days 35 tr, and 5 stars on 1 JBR line 68 tr for breakfast/dinner.
And now briefly about the hotel itself, after a long introduction.
Rooms and views:
The hotel is a high-rise of about 40 floors, we had a room with a view of the Marina, and the room and the view and the cleaning were excellent. There are rooms with a worse view, but I kind of paid a little more for the view.
Breakfast dinner: Yes, sometimes there were queues at breakfast to enter during peak hours, but this is normal, not very critical. The food itself is kind of normal, well, that is, it's still a top five in Dubai in the Marina, but there are enough gaps, it's just good. But their most important gap is dinner without tea and coffee, that is, for a fee, well, seriously, for them it's a penny, and in my opinion there is much more negativity, provided that there are significantly fewer people at dinner, and everything is fine with drinks at breakfast.
The pool and sun beds: a small area, but still there were always places, they will fall down after breakfast, it is unclear how to spend the whole day there.
Location: Convenient for a mixed format, the metro is close, the supermarket is close, the beach is well more or less close. Such a half-hearted solution in general.
The verdict. If you go understanding the format of the hotel, with some clear goals, then the hotel is generally not bad, it is for this place for this money. If there is an opportunity to buy something better, but more expensive, I would choose something else, if you are looking for a beach holiday - forget about the Marina for a reasonable price, and most importantly, I am deeply convinced that if you do not need parties in beach clubs, then just 1 day in the Marina with boat rides with dinner in the evening you will more than enough for the impressions of the first trip.
And if you are not afraid of 400-500 rubles per week for two, then I am sure you can find many options in these surroundings. The main question of the format is what you want to get from a vacation in Dubai, so that there would not be a strong gap between expectation and reality.

We stayed at the hotel in June 2024. The hotel does not meet the stated 5 stars. Tired rooms in need of renovation (smudges on the walls, stains on the carpets, running faucet, furniture and curtains need dry cleaning). The photos of the rooms on the website and in the travel agency do not correspond to reality. They were moved into smoking rooms without warning, with a terrible hood. The number was changed 3 times. 10 meters in front of the main entrance there is a large construction site, the courtyard of the hotel (where the pool is) overlooks the neighboring house where visitors live, dry their clothes and look at tourists. The contingent of vacationers at the hotel is simple, there are many representatives from the CIS countries. If in doubt, then you should not choose this hotel, even despite the good recommendation of the travel agency manager. Among the advantages of the hotel, I would like to note the excellent work of the chief manager, who really helped in solving the problem, good hearty delicious breakfasts, thank you for the excellent work of the cook and staff at the breakfast restaurant (including Russian speakers).

Near the metro, there is free Parking (the car is parked by a hotel employee). The staff is excellent, any issue is resolved quickly. The rooms are good, we had a view of the highway, but the noise did not bother. There are some rooms with a view of the construction site, which is quite noisy, but when checking in, you can ask for a view not of it, we were lucky in this regard. Free small spa area - hammam, sauna and Jacuzzi, separate for men and women; pool on the 1st floor, small, there is also a children's pool. In general, I recommend the hotel, I did not find any serious disadvantages.

The hotel itself is not bad, the room is spacious, nice, but some of the rooms go to the construction site, they build both day and night!!! The bathroom is large, there is everything you need, a large closet with lighting, wallpaper is not much scuffed, but it does not matter to us, the main thing is to have a clean and comfortable bed, the sheets are not on an elastic band, so we always had to fix them, but this is not critical. There is tea, water, coffee in the room (capsule coffee machine, coffee is terrible).
The staff is very responsive, good, the cleaning is excellent, they met well, 140 dirhams were paid for early check-in, well, the tax, the payment of Union Pay does not work at the hotel, only cash, in other places everywhere payment was made using the Gazprombank Union Pay card!
The hotel has a good location, walking distance to the metro, as well as to the tram, the Marina Mall is also not far away, well, it's a pleasure to walk to the promenade and the sea! You can call a taxi via Yandex, the card linked to the application also works perfectly! A taxi arrives in one minute and only the "business" fare, prices are the same as in Moscow for this category.

In general, the whole menu is as cheap and monotonous as possible, there are no dinners at all, there is nothing to eat from the word at all, everything is greasy and with spices, more monotonous than breakfast. There will be nothing from proper nutrition, but people are happy and picking up a mountain of green fruits , praising the chefs , moreover, there are a lot of sweets for dinner, but there is no tea, it is paid, they ordered a teapot of tea for 20 dirhams, they thought they would bring good custard tea, as a result, there is one bag of Indian dust in the teapot This is a fiasco, bro!
There is no pool in the hotel, tiny and in constant shade, without sun and under the wind, so-so entertainment, but we did not count on it! Marina Dubai beach is Anapa , dirty and crowded, you need to go to others.
In general, I advise you not to take meals at the hotel, there are plenty of good cafes, especially Uzbek, where it is delicious and cheap, and the portions are huge, at the food court in the Marina Mall, you can also find delicious cafes, you will pay a lot of money for dinners and breakfasts, but you will not get satiety and pleasure Definitely! It's a long way in the heat (September 2023) to go to the marina.
The pool is on the 1st floor, in the shade, so the water is cool, refreshes well, unlike the water in the pools on the roofs. Minus, - the pool is open until 20:00, in another hotel you could soak until 22:00, I liked it more.
Breakfast in the room (the first on the menu, with fruit), - just fire! A basket of rolls, a basket of sweets, a plate of fruit, - mmmm!
There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception.

We have been staying at the hotel since February 26th. It was the second time we were there. The quality of service and food has become worse than it was 4 years ago.
Construction has begun nearby, city view = view of the crane. Somewhere up to the 12th floor for sure. So ask for a higher floor.
The breakfasts are monotonous, there is more choice at dinner. But the baby is 2 years old, there was absolutely nothing to eat at dinner.
A children's table is not provided.
The cots are in very poor condition. They brought only a bed and a mattress with a sheet - they did not give either a pillow or a blanket.
The pool is not heated, during this period it was warm only for lunch.
The way to the sea and the beach are magnificent.

Very friendly staff, speak Russian, English, Arabic. For a long time at breakfast I spoke English with the staff, at the end I realized by chance that they perfectly understand Russian. If there were any problems, we were ready to solve them as soon as possible.
The ideal location of the hotel from road junctions, metro, Dubai mall and the cleanest beach.
I liked the service in every detail. Starting from the reshepshen, ending with a beach man handing out towels. The only thing that bothered in the service is that when you forget to leave a locked room and go to breakfast, the cleaning is right there and is cleaned for a very long time, you get tired of waiting.
The food is very tasty and quite diverse, but there are incredibly many people. A lot of fruits, once for dinner we even got to shish kebabs, where they fried sharp wings, shish kebab, chops on the grill and skewers. If you take it with dinner, then only water is included from the drinks, but with an additional payment they give good sets.
Each room is clean and tidy, a gorgeous view from the window, an excellent light control system and air conditioning. The TVs have the ability to connect to your phone, profile on YouTube. Tea, coffee, cream, sugar everything in the room is updated every day.
Lots of cool shops, including supermarkets.
The disadvantages were:
— windows on the highway, smoky and noisy, where construction is constantly underway;
— the shower is leaking from the stall and the whole bathroom is flooded;
— a small and shallow pool of 1.5 m;
— breakfast gets boring after a couple of days.
