We bought a 4-day tour through fun & sun, from 31.07-04.08.25 to celebrate a birthday, we specifically warned the travel agent several times to arrange a room from the hotel, we arrived on 01.08 at 06:00 (on 31.07 our days were fully paid for with breakfast and dinner) upon arrival we were escorted to a dirty room with two single beds they just connected, booked one double bed, and then offered another room with a double bed, which was also not ready and dirty, plus there were traces of unfinished repairs, there was no decoration, of course, after which we asked a Russian-speaking employee, to which we were told to wait until 08:00, we waited for him at the reception, she I couldn't do anything, Milana's name was, after I asked the general manager, to which they replied that he would be at 09:00, we waited for him, specially talked through Milan's translator with the general manager to listen to how he spoke and what he said in English, it was beyond our understanding, he didn't give any solution except ridicule in conversation with the manager After that, we realized that we needed to leave for another hotel, they refused to refund us, they refused to give us paper on the basis of which there would be no refund, they just said if you don't like it, you can leave, we won't refund the money, after which we waited for the representative of the FUN & SUN tour operator, who was able to arrive at 13:30 from With a WhatsApp message that she was leaving at 2 p.m. if you want to come talk, okay, she was told everything in detail with photos, after which she called her supervisor to confirm that the hotel was not fulfilling its obligations, to which the supervisor did not respond in any way, they also refused to provide any papers about non-refund and they refused to move to another hotel, after which they promised to contact us during the day, and THEY COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED, THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO MESSAGES ANYMORE! After that, we decided to sleep somehow and asked for any room, because we didn't sleep for more than a day, although we paid for an additional day before our arrival with breakfast and dinner After that, we just drove around the city from this hotel to celebrate a birthday somehow We had to live for 3 days in this hotel because we were completely ignored by both the hotel administration and the tour operator, more than one employee did not talk to us about the hotel, simply not telling us what to eat, although there were 3 Russian-speaking Representatives of the hotel at the reception all the days and everyone who checked in was shown and told everything, we learned about the spa at the check-out only from the hotel, you can write a lot, but it's better to do all this through a lawyer for spoiling your vacation and not fulfilling your obligations as a hotel and tour operator I will attach a photo of the dirty room in which we were settled and a photo of unfinished repairs in the room where we lived, and this is a 5-star Rixos! I will never check into a hotel of this chain again and not buy a tour through Fun & Sun. I hope my review will be useful.

Only the hotel does not value regular guests, we come to Dubai 2 times a year, for birthdays, the hotel forgot to congratulate my husband that year, and this time we moved in and mentioned their joint that year, saying that they definitely would not forget to congratulate me! So the hotel ignored my birthday too! Frequent guests are always offered, if there is a room available at the time of entry, an improved room! We don't! The restaurants in the hotel, however, are not worth attention at all. The breakfast is excellent, there is everything you need and much more,’there are Turkish dishes and Turkish tea. Although if you tell some Turk how much tea costs here, I think they will kick you in the head :) :) :) The bed is gorgeous, the choice of pillows. And then a beautiful view of the Palm Jumeirah (bulk island) and the Dubai Eye wheel, which at night glows beautifully with all the colors of the rainbow, is provided to you. The room has a coffee machine, a hairdryer, an iron with a board, all bath accessories, bathrobes, etc., as befits a hotel of this level. Guys, I want to write separately about the food in this hotel - high-quality, fresh, delicious! A great abundance of seafood, meat, fish, fruits! And what desserts are just magic! Separately, I want to highlight the sushi table (the freshest fish, a wide variety: rolls, sushi, sashimi ...). Sweet tooth will definitely like desserts - a huge variety! Very tasty cooked, and most importantly - high quality! Help yourself as much as you want (if possible, take a "second stomach" with you). Seafood for every taste.
