Not a bad hotel, but the whole impression is spoiled by the construction site on both sides of the hotel. Accordingly, the noise from the construction site is clearly audible on the beach, especially in the morning. Near the hotel there is a parking lot for jet skis, boats, etc. and skiing on all types of water activities. A runway for light-engine aircraft has been built in front of the hotel in the sea. The sun beds by the pool are all occupied starting at 8 am, umbrellas and sun loungers are very inconveniently located on the beach. The hotel has no territory. The beach is quite small. WiFi on the beach catches poorly. The hotel itself is one of the towers, and the other is an apartment. The view from the windows on the bay is very beautiful, especially from high floors. The number fully corresponds to the photo. There is no noise in the room (31st floor with a view of the bay). The most important thing is not to live in rooms with a view of the construction site. Water, tea, coffee, and everything else are put in the room for free for money. The rooms are cleaned well, 2 times a day. The breakfasts are also quite good and quite varied. The staff is polite, a lot of Russian speakers. It is not very suitable for business trips, there is no convenient desk for work in the room. A party, youth hotel with loud music by the pool and a large selection of restaurants. The restaurants are very average. Of the closely located (500 m), I liked Mama Zonia the most. To the big malls (Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates) about 15-20 minutes by taxi. When the hotel is fully loaded, there will clearly not be enough places for a full-fledged beach holiday.

The hotel is not designed for families with children. On the one hand, there is a construction site, because of this, music is playing loudly on the pool. There are not enough sunbeds because the beach is not the property of Rixos, but belongs to the Azure Beach beach club, because of this, the number of sunbeds does not correspond to the number of people living in the hotel. Children's small playground with one slide. The rooms have dust, dirt (photo attached), black mold in the sink. There is no airing of the rooms, because the building is high, air conditioners work from which it constantly tickled in the throat (when they were cleaned, a big question, taking into account the "cleanliness of the rooms"). The food is average, without enthusiasm. I do not recommend it, for this price you can choose the best option.

The second time in this hotel in 2021.. There is no life without flaws, it is important what is more... in my opinion, there are more advantages in RiXos: location, staff, restaurant, room cleaning, guys on the beach,... - all these are pluses... Of the minuses (all in our opinion are uncritical) - the rooms are certainly a little unusual for us (I attribute this to the costs of modernity), the sink in the bathroom is unusual to the point of inconvenience - when the tap is opened, water pours on the floor; the hotel is always full and there are not enough sunbeds (a big minus) - last time in April, all the free space of the territory was filled with sunbeds, but this was not enough... not this time... In my opinion, they are allowed to go to the beach from neighboring hotels and apartments.. And last time and now I asked the beach team to take into account the peculiarities of my vacation... they have never failed, for which I thank them very much! Special thanks to the team at the restaurant - hostesses, waiters, cooks, managers, without their quickness and goodwill it is problematic to feed such a crowd of people ... I'm going to this hotel in April next year.. and where else to go then..😏☺😊

There are not enough places for breakfast and dinner catastrophically . No one approaches, tea or coffee is not offered, there is no drinking water on the tables.
