On the street at the entrance, escorts approach and offer services. The hotel is not for family holidays.
In short, the hotel did not come to me at all, pathos, but in fact a garbage dump.

The rooms are good ! But if you are vacationing with your family, then the room is small. The locker is very tiny. There 's nowhere to put things . This is the Premium category of daily cleaning. There are not enough places for breakfast and dinner catastrophically . No one approaches, tea or coffee is not offered, there is no drinking water on the tables. There's always a queue for scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs. The greens are half - washed and withered . All the sun beds on the pool are occupied , besides half of them are paid . Closer to the sea , the same problem with sun beds . You feel like in Anapa!

We rested for 6 days - celebrated the DR and the honeymoon.
Positive:
1. Infrastructure - very convenient location of the hotel, close to many shops, walking places, 15 minutes walk to the metro, near the Eye of Dubai.
2. The hotel has a good design, a private beach, a beautiful view from the room (if you pay for a premium room (high floors), good food for every taste (meat, seafood, sushi, desserts, salads, grilled, but few fish), Russian-speaking staff. There is also a nice perfect gym.
3. Room - spacious room, beautiful view (again if you pay extra for a premium room)
Minuses:
1. Hotel - when checking in, the Russian-speaking employee at the reception did not orient himself at all around the hotel, he had to go and find out for himself. The husband asked in advance to decorate the room for the honeymoon, etc., but nothing was done. We did it after a spoiled mood and evening, closer to night. There is no entertainment, we saw yoga once, that's all. The spa area is simply no - the sauna is small and has an unpleasant smell, the steam room did not work at all, the recreation area (men's) was without water, near the Jacuzzi (Jacuzzi only in the women's area) is very slippery. Water on the beach can be made free of charge for such a cost of accommodation per night! the hotel positions itself as a premium, and the water is paid and costs a large bottle in the translation of 600 rubles… Well, this is ridiculous for such a hotel! All right, all the other drinks, for an extra.payment, but drinking water.... It should be free and freely available! There is very little greenery, there is a green lawn with sun beds to the beach area, for some reason without umbrellas, for some reason this area was deprived of umbrellas. This place looks somehow empty, it was possible to somehow refine, add greenery. By 10 am, all the sun beds are already occupied everywhere, there are too many people and not enough sun beds. If you have left for more than 2 hours, the hotel staff can take off towels and things and take them somewhere. The neighboring guys who are engaged in water transport, calmly drive behind their zone into the zone where people from the hotel swim, and this is not controlled in any way, although it is very dangerous.
2. Rooms - very few charges, the bar is paid (cola, schweppes, sprite too), thanks for the free water 😂 Cleaning is always at different times and sometimes not at all on time (for example, at 8 am or at 16 pm). Cleaned well, but constantly!! rearranged things in the bathroom as they want (this is a huge, huge minus of training hotel staff, they should not touch guests' things in any hotels and rearrange them as they like!!!). The most fun is the dryer of things like in the Soviet Union in the yard (rope over the bathroom!!! Premium hotel)))))
3. Food - very little fish, green tea is paid, only black tea is free, again, as with water for 600 rubles - a premium hotel)))))
There are a lot of women standing near the hotel ...) for dating, literally at the entrance to the hotel, this is also not regulated in any way.
The result is this - a disregard for the guests, the hotel is clearly not premium (as it claims to be) and is not worth so much! Even in an ordinary hotel in Cyprus, water and green tea are freely available and free! And here they are rowing extra money for everything, thanks for not having to pay for sun beds on the beach) A lot of pathos, 0 sense. There's nothing much to do with children here, especially

The second time in this hotel in 2021..
There is no life without flaws, it is important what is more... in my opinion, there are more advantages in RiXos: location, staff, restaurant, room cleaning, guys on the beach,... - all these are pluses...
Of the minuses (all in our opinion are uncritical) - the rooms are certainly a little unusual for us (I attribute this to the costs of modernity), the sink in the bathroom is unusual to the point of inconvenience - when the tap is opened, water pours on the floor; the hotel is always full and there are not enough sunbeds (a big minus) - last time in April, all the free space of the territory was filled with sunbeds, but this was not enough... not this time... In my opinion, they are allowed to go to the beach from neighboring hotels and apartments.. And last time and now I asked the beach team to take into account the peculiarities of my vacation... they have never failed, for which I thank them very much!
Special thanks to the team at the restaurant - hostesses, waiters, cooks, managers, without their quickness and goodwill it is problematic to feed such a crowd of people ...
I'm going to this hotel in April next year.. and where else to go then..😏☺😊
