You won't find any free sun beds on the beach after 11 a.m. The safe in the room broke down, a trip was planned, the staff waited for almost an hour, as a result they were late. Such is the attitude towards the guests. Definitely not here anymore, there are more decent options for this money.

The beach and the pool are well maintained, but all the sun beds were often occupied by the pool. The staff is polite and friendly. The hotel looks very good. Maybe in the old days she was like that. Now it requires a significant update. We took a nice two-room room with a sea view. In fact, we got a good view of the construction site, and of the sea, too. The room is in a modern style, but in a battered condition. Dust, garbage, streaks on the windows. Panels and corners with traces of scuffs and chips. In the huge lobby of the reception area, where there is a futuristic Ferrari, the glass ceiling constantly leaks during the rain. Therefore, "diapers" are regularly laid out on the floor where water drips. And this is the very center of the hall. There is a similar situation in the room. The panoramic window was leaking. I made a remark at the reception, they reacted the next day. The rug from the bathroom was placed on the floor in front of the window. It absorbs water well. And the falling drops were not so audible). I thought that only we got such a number, but no. We have one of the best. It's a pity I've already deleted the photo ... the kitchen as a whole is very decent. Nice beach in front of the hotel and swimming pool. In general, the hotel is not bad, but it requires serious renovation and work with the staff. Of course, he is not worth his money.

Now we are in Rixos jbr Dubai, the last time we rested here in November 2022, we liked everything, this year we are disappointed! There is no show near the pool, we went on purpose that it was fun by the pool, now there is nothing. They take the drinks they brought with them from the adult pool, you can't carry one bottle of water, although so we buy everything from them all day! The breakfasts have become much worse, the cheese is cut transparent, the pastries are not fresh, you wait for coffee for 20 minutes! I'm just unpleasantly surprised, I'm not going here anymore!

Incredibly friendly staff in the restaurant, especially the manager Baijnath: pays a lot of attention to the guests, makes pleasant compliments. I congratulated my daughter very nicely on her mini birthday (2 months): I brought a cake, a postcard and sang congratulations in a whisper)) Clean sandy beach overlooking the Eye of Dubai. Comfortable sun beds with large towels. Of the minuses - sun beds on the beach need to be occupied in the morning. There is a construction site nearby, but it did not interfere much. There is no balcony in the rooms.
