I'll probably start with a good one. The food is really good, delicious food, they really worked on the restaurants here, especially Asil, amazing beef kebab, a variety of freshly squeezed juices, top-level service, thank you, it was really magical. The view from the room is amazing. But that's probably all. The service level of the hotel is three stars, the staff is not friendly, cleaning the room once a day, in the morning, if suddenly the cable for some reason did not get into the room for cleaning, wait until tomorrow. A Russian-speaking hostess in a Greek restaurant is a lost lady, rude and communicates as if you owe her. In Dubai, at the time when we rested, there was a rule of 70% filling of hotels, well, this rule does not apply to the Rixos premium JBR hotel, because there were no free places on the sun beds at all on the beach at 9 am, the same situation by the pool, the same thing at breakfast. If you want to come early and take the sun beds, then do not worry if the staff takes your things and towels, and gives the sun beds to other guests for $ 50, this is the norm here. Speaking of breakfast, if you like burnt omelets, two types of sausage, juices from bags and when dirty forks are left for you, and only plates are changed, then you are here, by the way, queues for food are also in Rixos, everything is slow and with the appearance that they are doing you a favor. The gym is small, half of the tracks are disabled, apparently the rule about 70% occupancy has only affected the gym. The spa salon is zero and expensive, two massages cost 1400 AED with taxes, some kind of joke, so it would be okay if they were really good, but no, I think it was done by the waiter who pours juice at breakfast. The interior deserves a separate line, the design is a bomb, but the execution is just terrible, the hotel is only 4 years old, but the rooms feel like they are already more than 20, everything is stained, the walls, the sink is crooked, the tiles are dirty, the toilet and shower do not work well, the TV turns on and off itself, bed linen and towels are changed only when you leave a tip. What else can I say, you need to replenish the deposit all the time, since you just write down all your expenses to the number, and then you will not be able to pay, there must always be a deposit. A frenzied number of birds and filthy crows that fly up to your things and steal them, I'm not shy, apparently the highlight of this hotel. What else can I say, Rixos did not just disappoint us with this hotel, he provoked me to write a huge review about it, do not visit this hotel.
