The lobby is beautiful.
That's all.
I'm willing to put up with peeling wallpaper, with no toothbrushes, with one tube of shampoo for 3 (along with the baby), with the air conditioning automatically turning on when you leave and making the bed linen wet, with the fact that the cot came with torn side..... BUT when the reception told me twice that the dinner that I paid for is available until 9pm and I came with the baby at 8.02pm and was met by the restaurant administrator and told that the service is until 8 and the restaurant is closed (although there are people sitting there).
At the same time they say that there was some kind of mistake and that I misunderstood them.
I don't think this is 5 star service.

Beautiful hotel with high lever service provided. Food is delicious, room is big and functional with nice design. Hotel is very clean. My stay in Hyatt Grand Dubai is very comfortable, many thanks for that.

Not a new, but still a luxurious hotel with a large territory, a water park, and, of course, a grandiose hall, where there is a real park with a stream and even a place for walking. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well and tastefully furnished. There are signs of fatigue, but nothing critical. The main advantage of the hotel, in my opinion, is its Market restaurant. There is a wide selection of high-quality dishes even for breakfast, not to mention dinner.
From the minis, it would be a stretch to specify the location of the hotel, but this is not a significant minus at all, given that the hotel is located in Garhuda, which is not so far from Downtown, and the Hyatt guests probably have the opportunity to travel by taxi

I liked everything. The room is large and cozy at the same time. Very clean. The split system worked flawlessly. A very beautiful hall on the ground floor: lots of greenery, ponds with fountains. There is a lot of food, a huge variety. Everything we ate was delicious. There was no sour cream. And they don't know what it is. Instead of sour cream, they brought about ten different yogurts and cream, it was funny. I definitely recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel with decent service. There are several restaurants with different cuisines on site. Not bad, but of course very expensive.
On the downside, the breakfast did not seem to me quite varied. Perhaps because most of the dishes were Arabic, and I didn't like them at all.
Do not forget to visit the sauna. There is a classic sauna, hammam, places with ice and hot water. I liked it very much.

I liked the hotel as a whole, beautiful interiors in the lobby, good breakfasts, courteous staff, large rooms, no problems with parking, a large swimming pool and a green area. A lot of good impressions were left from the stay. There are, of course, some disadvantages: dinners are quite monotonous, there are no thematic ones, while they are very short from 18-20 and often there are no seats, you need to wait for the table. For 2 years now, repairs have been underway on the territory, spoiling the view, although not noisy, very slowly. Part of the green zone is the closed territory of the residences.

We were at this hotel for the New Year. Why you chose it is because the price and quality are excellent. The New Year's program was unusual for us, but overall we liked it.
The hotel is very green and there are many large pools.
The Grand Hyatt is located near the airport and Festival City. Surrounded by parks.
Good food - excellent buffets! There is a small sports bar.
The rooms are large. I recommend it for a family vacation.

I highly recommend this luxury hotel! There are two buildings - in one there is a hotel, and in the other you can rent an apartment with a kitchen. We lived in both buildings and for a large family (2 adults + 2 children) the apartments are just perfect!
The breakfasts are great in three restaurants, a very spacious and large swimming pool, a delicious cafe near the pool.

Disgusting food. We are shocked. Both in the main restaurant and in the Italian one, the products are professionally spoiled. The rooms are renovated - they are excellent. But there are not repaired ones. The windows are on the floor and do not open. You breathe only with an air conditioner, without normal ventilation of the room. Access to the floor using a key card, strangers will not get on the floor. The construction of the water park and this is a huge construction site with working heavy machinery, mountains of sand, etc. it's not worth going now. I recommend waiting for the completion of construction. Well, who is not picky about food and who does not need alcohol.

We rested here with a family of 4 people in June 2023. One of the best offers for a family holiday in Dubai. The hotel has its own territory and a complex of swimming pools, including an indoor one. You can buy inflatable toys, or you can with your own) they will still inflate them and bring them to the pool. The staff is very friendly and customer-oriented. Room cleaning is excellent. Half-board meals are varied, including all drinks and alcohol. The location is 15 minutes from the airport, which in our case was convenient. Dubai Mall is about 15 minutes away by taxi (about 30 dirhams). In general, everything was good and I liked it.

One of my favorite hotels in Dubai! The sight of the building is fascinating. There are many different restaurants, as well as a nightclub on the 1st floor and a bar on the top floor of the hotel. The garden with a pond and fish in the lobby will definitely not leave you indifferent. The rooms are spacious, the plumbing is in good condition, the service is excellent!

I came in July, it seems out of season. We checked in for an hour, although we arrived at night. At first, they allocated a room in which someone lived, hardly understood what I needed until I led them there by the hand from the reception.
Positive:
1. Close to the airport, the hotel is suitable for one night
2. Early breakfast from 6 am.
3. Normal food for this money. We took half board. Quite diverse. Drinks (alcoholic beverages are included in pm).
4. Large rooms, comfortable bed
5. I cut my leg, took a bottle of vodka from the mini-bar to treat the wound. they didn't count it for me when I left. I drew attention to her absence in the bill, explaining the situation. They immediately said that they were very sorry that there was no first aid kit in the room and this, of course, was their "gift" to me and in general they should definitely call and bring it right away. That is, in principle, very customer-oriented
Minuses:
1. The hotel really "lived"
2. Sooo many people come to it for the weekend to "hang out" with the whole family, noisy and active.
3. The indoor pool is half filled with bleach. But you won't catch rotavirus
4. The outdoor pool is normal, but for a 3-star level. A roller coaster is being built next to it.
5. The hotel is definitely not suitable for recreation. Only as a transshipment point.
The price corresponds to the quality.

Very nice hotel! We stayed there for the second time in November of the 21st year. Clean, very attentive and polite staff, good bed and sound insulation of the rooms, delicious food :). I was especially pleased with the weekend brunch (it's Friday for them), it was revived for the first time after the start of the pandemic. I have rarely seen such a variety and beauty of the design of dishes. Although the hotel is not on the sea, but they provide a free transfer to La Mer beach and back. In addition to all the other advantages of Hyatt, they have a great green and large enough territory, there is always a place by the pool. In a word, a wonderful green island in the city, if desired, you can not leave it at all. I hope to come again:)

Unfortunately, breakfast and dinner are short, there is not enough space. The reception staff leaves much to be desired. A water park is being built on the territory of the hotel, this can revive it. Near the hotel there is a metro station, to Burj Khalifa 35 dirhams by taxi.

Lovely hotel, convenient location. Part of the territory is currently closed to create an artificial beach. We checked in in advance and added 2 hours as a compliment on the last day so that we didn't have to go to the airport early. The rooms are clean and modern. On the internal phone, when dialing "0", they respond very quickly to any requests. You can always catch a taxi at the exit of the hotel. The food is monotonous, but delicious.

This hotel occupies a huge territory + nearby service apartments. It's like an oasis, all buried in greenery. If you are passing through, then you can not go beyond it. There are restaurants from different countries of the world (very tasty!), shops with souvenirs, clothes (local color), a jewelry magician, there is also a club. We slept just perfectly, the beds are very comfortable. They brought us their own coffee machine with coffee capsules, free of charge. Room cleaning every day. Spa salon is a separate song. Thank you very much for the service and high attention to the guests. There is also a fenced area with peacocks.

The Internet is very fast throughout the territory. We took breakfast and dinner: the sea of food, for every taste, has never remained annual! Alcohol is offered for dinner. There are also small restaurants on the territory, but I do not recommend Japanese (sushi was poisoned). The pool is also good, there are enough places.
