Great location for a city hotel, access to a beach club at Palm Jumeira via multiple daily bus transfers (10min ride). Ok food with little to no choices for kids. Right by the mall for all your shopping and fast food needs. Right by the metro which is convenient. A solid 4 star city hotel. The staff tries hard but the cleaning staff doesn't understand much English most of the time.

There is an alcohol market in the store's parking lot :) There is a free shuttle service to Kite Beach 2 times a day, which is very convenient. You can also go to Abu Dhabi from here :) There are minor flaws - they won't put towels on, they'll forget something else, but these are small things and everything is solved. We had an incredible rest here, we were just delighted with the hotel, starting from the quality of cleaning, to the location and inclusiveness with the kindness of the staff, for the first time such that we would like to return again. The location is quite convenient, the metro station is two minutes away, a large Mall nearby dedicated to the travels of the Islamic traveler ibn Battuta, it's just interesting to walk around it, it's quiet and sparsely populated inside. The main tourist locations can be reached in 30-40 minutes by metro. The transfer to the beach also worked fine, about half an hour on the way, the public beach is very good, they brought a kite, there are quite a lot of people there, but I advise you to explore the nearby beaches:) We also saw a bus stop near the ibn Battuta metro station, from where buses go to Abu Dhabi, we did not use it, we went ourselves, but it also seemed like a convenient option) Halsey's food is delicious and quite diverse, European with touches of Indian cuisine. I thought that it was possible to take only breakfast, we rarely had time for dinner ;) the pool is small, but pleasant, clean, and the temperature is regularly measured. Location: A city hotel, there is only a beautiful huge Mall to walk around, there is nowhere on the street. The metro is nearby, the Marina is just around the corner, you can get off through one at the DMCC and spend at least every evening there. There are also buses to Abu Dhabi and Dreamworks Park. The shuttle is really free, every day 9:30, 12:30. But he's taking a Kite, which is 30 minutes away, it's not convenient, even one day we went to the Marina ourselves. A lovely hotel located right next to the subway, there is a shuttle service to Kite Beach, one of the coolest beaches in Dubai. It's clean and peaceful. We arrived from 04.12.2025 to 08.12.2025. We went by car to Abu Dhabi, so we chose an inexpensive hotel closer to Abu Dhabi. The hotel was pleasantly surprised. The location is good even if you want to walk around Dubai as it is located right next to the metro station. There are 2 stations to Dubai Marina and 10-11 stations to Burj Khalifa. We stayed at the hotel from January 1 to January 8, 2025. A TOP hotel for your money! We've already talked about transport accessibility here - it's SUPER CONVENIENT! Yes, the hotel is not in the center, but the metro station right next to the hotel solves all transport issues! There are 2 stations to the Marina, 3 stations to the JBR beach + tram. It's a little longer to get to the center, but it's still very convenient. There is also a bus station and buses to Abu Dhabi, you don't have to buy a useless tour and go on your own. Taxis are also constantly hanging out here. The hotel also has a large and beautiful mall, decorated in the style of different countries. It has a Carrefour hypermarket, cafes, clothes, appliances and all that. The room cleaning is excellent. New towels are brought every day, even if yesterday's ones have not been used yet, the water is also regularly replenished, linen is changed, tea/ coffee is replenished. One day I forgot to close the safe, the door was just open - nothing was missing. The breakfast is excellent, the dinner is a little more modest, but still there is always something to choose from. The most important thing is to have dinner before 22:30, that is, you can walk all day and make it to dinner. The hotel also has a fitness room, sauna, swimming pool, of course. There is a transfer to Kite Beach, several times a day. The beach is nice, with a gentle entrance, clear water and a view of the Burj Al Arab. A small disadvantage is that there is nowhere to walk directly outside the hotel, unless in the mall, but that's the end of the cons. We didn't regret choosing this particular hotel for our New Year's holiday. I recommend it!

At first, I didn't like the room, because there was a strange smell of dampness, and due to lack of sleep, we didn't understand how to use a hair dryer and sockets. We went to the reception to change the room - they said there were no places today, come on the trail. day. But they put a freshener in the room, it became much better, and later this smell did not bother. We didn't change the number in the end. I read in the reviews that the room does not have a door between the bathroom and the main room, we were probably lucky, we had a door between the rooms, as well as two doors inside the bathroom. The bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, conditioner. Everything is free of sulfates, parabens. There were also bathrobes, slippers, 2 large (they are really big), like 2 small towels, as well as a foot towel. The ironing board and iron are hanging in the closet. Free safe deposit box. Dryer in the bathroom, thread. Our clothes were dried there only when the air conditioner in the room was turned on, then the ventilation works in the bathroom. It's 2 a.m., and the music is blaring in the hotel like it's a nightclub, not a place to relax. It is impossible to sleep. The walls are shaking, the basses are punching through the room. If you want peace and a normal sleep, this is definitely not the place for you. Separately, about the food: tasteless, monotonous, the level is very low. It doesn't match the price and expectations at all. Music at 2 a.m. is no longer just an inconvenience, it's overkill and a blatant disregard for the guests. No one warns, no one controls the noise level. I sincerely do not recommend this hotel. The rest is ruined. ⸻ Extremely disappointing experience. It is 2:00 AM, and the music in the hotel is blasting like in a nightclub. Sleeping is absolutely impossible. The bass is so loud that the walls are literally shaking. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel, especially at night. This place claims to offer comfortable accommodation, but in reality it is chaotic and shows zero respect for guests. Buffet breakfasts. Cuisines are Indian and European. Diverse, everything is fresh. The dinner also featured dishes of Arabic cuisine and oriental sweets - baklava, lukum. Of the drinks, however, only water for dinner. The rest is for a fee. There is also a very decent gym. A small room, but the necessary equipment for various muscle groups, dumbbells, cardio zone, everything is there. A swimming pool and a beach lounge area are also available. Transfer to the public beach of Kite Beach. The only disadvantage is the remoteness of the location from the main attractions, 40-50 minutes by metro to Burj Khalifa. The metro station and a huge shopping center are 50 meters away.

But since we also had dinner, of course, everything is very meager here, vegetables and other things that we didn't eat for breakfast flow into salads for dinner, that is, the products are already tired, the choice of dishes is meager (such as rice, pasta, a couple of types of meat, one fish, something Indian), well, everything repeats itself almost day after day, again, you won't go hungry, but there's nothing memorable at all, there are 2 types of desserts (I don't eat them, but it's the same every day), fruits (watermelon, melon, pineapple, orange, apple), there are no drinks for dinner except water. Minuses 1. Service, there is no word for it at all, yes room cleaning, yes everyone is smiling, but you will not be served in the restaurant, everything is done by yourself, and there are no waiters as such! There is a greeter at the entrance to the restaurant, she also cleans the dishes from the tables, there is a bartender outside in the bar, that's it! I didn't remember anyone else, I didn't see anyone else, and the manager didn't count the scaring crows. There are few staff, I don't know, maybe they save money, but this is a huge minus! 2. The hotel is very small, there is no territory of its own except for the building itself, that is, it's clean to spend the night and that's it, there's nothing to do with children here at all! And there is nothing provided for children here, and it does not depend on age (with a teenager it is probably possible, he needs nothing but a gadget). Well, as a matter of fact, there were 2 families with children, some kind of bunch of Vietnamese (maybe Thais) and a Russian couple, that's it. The hotel is international (but I didn't see any Germans, British or Italians). In general, for couples, for people who do not expect service, without children, a pure overnight stay will do, I would certainly choose another hotel with my children (at least with the territory, service and at least something for the child). We rested with my husband from 29.02. to 07.03.We recommend this hotel to our friends and all tourists. We arrived late in the evening. We had breakfast and dinner included. Since dinner is before 22:00, we did not have time for it and upon check-in we were offered to replace it with lunch any day (we just had to give 24 hours notice). Our room was stated to have one large bed. There was such a room when checking in, but its windows faced the side where it was noisy because of the party and music, we refused. We were offered to spend one night in a room with two beds and the next day we were provided with another room. The rooms are clean, there is no dampness. There is everything you need:liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, slippers, bathrobes, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, everything for tea and coffee in the room. The breakfasts and dinners are Swedish. Lunch was taken instead of dinner to choose from, the portions are huge. The staff is friendly. The whole hotel has a pleasant smell. There is a huge mall and a metro station nearby. We got to where we needed to without any problems. Jamila will miss you❤There are 2 Russian-speaking administrators. Jamila and a man (I don't remember the name). We had an early departure to the airport, at 4 a.m. 2 breakfast packages were prepared for us. We warned you in advance in the evening. We liked everything!
