We went on 08.03 to buy currency. We were given a $100 bill folded 4 times and a $50 bill very crumpled (as if it had been taken out of one place). We asked to change the pieces of paper, because now there is a problem with reverse currency exchange (I do not accept crumpled bills, stained bills, etc.). They asked politely. The girl was, to put it mildly, surprised by our request and immediately started asking questions. She was very reluctant to change the bills for us and seemed to want to convince us that this was normal, although just a couple of months ago, crumpled bills were not accepted at the same branch. We talked about it, and the girl started freaking out about it very much. It was written all over her face, she turned off the microphone and started talking to herself, mumbling, getting angry, holding her fingers to her temples and behaving like a mentally unstable person (everything can be tracked on cameras). After she changed the bills for us, she immediately frantically closed the window blinds, apparently we really pissed her off with our little request.…

The quality of service is terrible
Waiting in line with free operators is about 30 minutes. Employees walk around chatting without work. There is no consultant at the reception.
The employee gives false information about the % when paying to the bank account.
