Wonderful hotel !! We have been staying in this hotel for 10 years now. The breakfasts are delicious and varied (there are even dumplings), there are fruits and smoothies, everyone will find what they want. The rooms will not disappoint you either - they are spacious with a large bed and all this is in an Arabic style, as if you were walking into a fairy tale! In the room you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a kettle, a coffee machine, tea, coffee, cream, sugar are all there! The territory of the Jumeirah complex is huge, and "bugs" (small cars from the hotel) will help you move around the territory. With them, you can easily get where you need to go or by boat along the canal, which is also very fascinating. The most impressive thing is that a family of peacocks is walking around the territory! In fact, this hotel has one advantage, I strongly advise you to stay in it at least once to see everything with your own eyes!

Madinat Jumeirah has been a favorite hotel complex in Dubai for many years (specifically, I stayed at Al Qasr in 2010 as a child and in 2025, such is the contrast; I also visited Dar Al Masyaf villas) It is worth noting that the hotel has been renovated for 15 years, it is quite fresh despite its opening in 2004. Rooms: spacious, clean, comfortable with good air conditioning system. Room Service is also excellent. Main restaurant: spacious, the breakfasts and dinners are excellent (but we also enjoyed breakfast in Minsk and dinner in other hotels) Beach: in our opinion, the sun beds and towels are outdated compared to other hotels in the complex, our favorite beach was in Al Naseem. The territory is spacious, you can travel by buggy and boats, there were also repairs in the direction of Al Qasr, but they did not cause discomfort.

We were at this hotel for the second time, so we really enjoyed our stay the first time.Everything remained at the same high level.The rooms are decorated in Arabic style, coffee, tea,water is replenished 2 times a day.There are sunscreens on the beach, the water is cooled, 2 restaurants are available for breakfast, one in the hotel, the other by the pool with amazing views.The concierge service is above all praise!One room at the hotel was being renovated during the day, and it was noisy.After we contacted them, they immediately offered to change the room or stop the repair at the right time for us, and brought a lot of oriental sweets and fruits as an apology.Great hotel and service,food in the restaurant

A trip to Dubai at the end of June 2025. The expectations were not optimistic. Judge for yourself : the heat , I have vision problems , a stent is installed , I am 75 years old… However, I'm going with my Family to Dubai with its luxury and high service! In addition, I had the experience of visiting the Czech Republic with a knee problem and a heart condition, but both times I returned almost recovered due to the change of scenery, the beauty of the Czech Republic, the relatives who accompanied me and the realization that all this can have a positive effect! For the first three days we stayed in the Jumeirah Hotel complex, which means "Beautiful" in Arabic. Everything is fine , I will list only some advantages: architecture , like the Sultan's Palace ; a water channel encircling the cottages and main buildings and floating antique boats transporting guests, as in Venice ; beautiful palm gardens ; There are many pools near the sea, and each pool has its own rescue team. ; an incomparable buffet with hundreds of dishes ; high service ; electric vehicles and boats with an electric motor can be driven around the vast territory. It is quite possible to adapt to the 40 degree heat by accepting it and properly planning the cooling in rooms, pools, cold showers, taxis and using daytime sleep! The next two days were at Atlantis Palma. Everything is just as beautiful, but the architecture is different and the palm groves are different! You can feel oriental luxury in Dubai! Well done Emirs of the UAE, they have created a divine oasis in the middle of the desert! P.S. As for vision, surprisingly, it has improved somewhat, apparently due to the observed beauties, thermoregulation training and some other factors unknown to me related to the change of environment!..

Unsurpassed service, excellent attentive service, friendly staff, open and interested. If you are with children, then your children come to stay here. They are as friendly and good-natured as possible. In each restaurant, they made small gifts for their daughter, either puzzles or pencils. Very thorough room cleaning, attentive. The pool is not deep, ideal with children. The beach is clean and well maintained, everything is at a high level of service. The service is excellent. It's a lovely hotel. Good cuisine and service. We live in a villa. From 5 to 7 happy hour in the lobby of the villa with any cocktails and drinks. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It's been very comfortable since mid-October. There is no heat. About 32*. The territory is large and all movements are buggy. Free water park for all ages. A comfortable beach with good service and a view of the "Sail". Not a bad kidsclub. Saturday is a fish day with a variety of crustaceans and cooked in different ways. Very tasty. On the downside, the food is delicious, but monotonous during the week, with no visible changes.

That's what a fairy tale looks like to me. Al Qasr means palace in Arabic and fully corresponds to its name. I don't like super modern hotels, I appreciate the comfort and atmosphere. I really like the rooms in Al Qasr. Luxurious fabrics, unique design details: decorated carved cabinets, exquisite lamps. I really like it. The bathroom is spacious, and there is a balcony. I had a view of the resort area - it was beautiful, not noisy. For breakfast, there is a choice of two restaurants: the main one with a large buffet line and the quieter one by the beach. I love quiet breakfasts on the terrace. The hotel has a very large swimming pool. It's not very deep, but it's very pleasant to swim. Moreover, there are a lot of flowering trees by the pool, creating a pleasant shade. The beach is big, there are a lot of sun beds - there is enough space for everyone. An interesting addition to the hotel is the local Souk market. The quality of the goods is excellent, you can bargain. There are many restaurants near the market. Only Al Qasr guests can re-enter the hotel! Therefore, outsiders will not enter your palace. The service is excellent, everything is fast and clear.

While staying at this hotel, you can enjoy lunch/dinner at any other on-site restaurant. The rooms are gorgeous, the cosmetics are beautifully scented. The territory is huge, there are several hotels and a water park on it. The water park is available for free (included in the room rate). You can travel around the territory by buggy or by boat, it's very romantic on a boat. 💕 I forgot my earrings in the bathroom once, and I only discovered it when I got home. And the next year, when we came here again, they returned my earrings to me.🤩👍 It turned out that there is a service/storage of lost items here

There are several hotels on the territory/ Alqasr; Mina Salam; Jumeirah, Al Nazim ! And, of course, the famous Parus Hotel! It is located on a bulk island very close by!
