I stayed at Uzbekistan Hotel and it was a nice place. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helped with everything. The location is good and close to many places. The price was okay for the service. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

Although the hotel building itself seems to be a bit old, the interior was very clean. The food was also great. The staff were very friendly and kind. The shower, being mostly cold and low pressure was the only drawback.

<Good points> 1. Kind service(good) 2.cheap place to stay 3.good place to go everywhere easy <bad points> 1.central control heating and cooling(cold night) 2.no hot water 3.noise(event, car noise etc) 4.terrible wi-fi(open diconnected) It would have been a better place to stay if there had been hot water in the bathroom.

Average only. Nice location. Rest everything needs improvement. No wifi in the room which I have taken. Very old hotel so if you are history oriented person and experience the legacy you can go ahead. Otherwise not recommended. Breakfast was good.

Best hotel in Uzbekistan. Clean and spacious rooms. The staff is very helpful and professional. The food is great great in the breakfast buffet. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious food.

The hotel is massive and grand but that is just good for photos.. the bed is cheap quality spring bed, no hot water in the morning and breakfast can be skipped totally as you might not get to eat anything as it is so crowded and not managed.. dont waste money

Take lift to top floor, walk one more up - best view in town! Sadly, the bar (at top) no longer serves beer for a great sun downer.

The room furniture is very old. The cooling system is not working properly. The room windows are very inconvenient to open and close. it's dark. Bath towels are old. But one good thing is that the service system is good.

Its as old as me. Rooms can be allocated in the museum. Had some problems internally among them. Food is good.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, it is very popular, as usually full of tourists. I do not know about the hotel facilities and service, but around it, the street is often full of street beggars. They usually reside on the lawn just next to the metro station Amir Temur. The station is also next to the hotel. I am local and I experienced and witnessed several times how beggars stole pedestrians' food. One day they stole my bottle of water, another day my ice cream. I think the hotel staff needs to take action against this and report the police because the place is full of tourists. Just be careful.

Soviet 'chick' - you better avoid it in most of the circumstances. Tiles in the bathroom are falling off, the shower is falling out, no soap in the bathroom. Very cheap, though
