A wonderful hotel, I can safely recommend it to everyone, convenient location, near the promenade, metro station, Marina Mall, supermarkets, beach, everything is within walking distance, from the room (16th floor) there was a magnificent view of the Promenade, a small pool, the room is clean, there is a kitchen with everything necessary for cooking, an ironing board, there was a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, very pleasant service everywhere, the breakfasts are very tasty and varied, we will be happy to come back here👍

The pool is heated, the water is clean, the sun beds are washed every day in the evening. The breakfasts are fresh and quite varied, porridge, eggs in different variations, vegetables, potatoes, sausages. There is a chocolate fountain))) One side of the hotel overlooks the Dubai Marina, a beautiful view.

The hotel is great. The room is a two-room apartment with a beautiful view from the 18th floor of the city and the Marina. The location is convenient, right in the center of Dubai Marina. The location in the center of Dubai Marina, you can walk in the evening and go sailing. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops, pharmacies nearby. 15-20 minutes walk to the central beach and to the metro station. Marina Mall shopping center is a 5-minute maximum walk away. One of the disadvantages is a very small pool area, and the breakfasts are monotonous. The only fruits are watermelon, melon, and orange. Overall, the place is good. But, the impression was also marred by the fact that a hotel is being built opposite and there is noise and dust for almost the whole day. We had a vacation with my husband from September 30 to October 10, 2025. The experience of the hotel is mixed, so everything is in order. 1. Check-in was at 8.30 am and if someone wrote here that they checked in without extra charge in the morning and improved the room, then we are not here. They asked to pay for half a day, the room was given to the Marina, but the windows were so dirty that there was no sense from this view, and even the room had no balcony, and (-) things did not dry well in the room (a balcony is a necessary option). 2. We took half board (HB) and wanted to change dinner for lunch, as the coral tour operator said, in principle, this option is available everywhere in UAE hotels - I changed it in Sharjah without any problems (the hotel was a 4-star Holiday International), there were no dinners at all in the Regency Luxury Suites, but we talked about we only found out about this from the hotel administrators - it is very inconvenient (I would not have gone to it initially if I had known). 3. The hotel is listed as 3 stars on coral, but the room deposit was charged as 4 🤣. In fact, he's a solid three. 4. The elevators worked intermittently, despite the automation, they went up and down with the cards several times, this is the first time I've seen this. 5. Food: a separate topic - the choice is small, the food is very monotonous - it was either excellent or terrible. It's great - fish, beef, omelet, oatmeal, pancakes. It's terrible - there are a lot of dishes in batter (a suspicious topic), pancakes are dry and sour, fruits are the most primitive (melon is not sweet, fruit salad is fragrant), desserts - there were practically none - again, I compared them with Sharjah, it was great to eat there (but I don't recommend the emirate of Sharjah - just in case to clarify, it's boring!). 6. The pool is a nightmare (the water is 35-37 degrees), well, can't you dilute it with cold water - it was impossible to swim, it's also shallow. 7. Room - the bed is comfortable, the room was very well cleaned, all the dishes are there, stove, kettle, microwave, washing machine - no complaints..... but the air conditioner works so mysteriously (you put 24 - stuffy, 23 - cold), the air flow is directed straight to the bed, as a result, the husband caught a cold.... 8. The location is excellent, around the corner is Dubai Marina Mall with shops and cafes, embankment, bridge, metro in 12 min. So, the opinion of an unspoiled traveler: I did not like the hotel, we will not return, but we must take into account the nuances: price - quality, namely, Regency Luxury Suites is 25% cheaper than hotels with the same rating, but on the other hand, there is no further from the sea and there is no transfer- go to the beach at a brisk pace 18 min (and I definitely do not recommend taking a hotel in the hot months: from May to October, you will die from the heat walking to the sea). I didn't like the food, and I don't see any point in taking dinners at this hotel (everything in supermarkets is very tasty and at reasonable prices - both ready-made food and cooking ingredients).

The hotel is great. We visited in November 2025. Very nice staff. Special thanks to the receptionist who spoke Russian and was interested in our comfort. The staff is polite and tidy. One of the staff offered to take a picture of me on a beautiful New Year's Eve background in the lobby, it was very pleasant. The breakfasts are delicious and there is a good selection of dishes. We stayed in this apartment in November 2024. Since this is not the first time in Dubai, I perfectly understood the location and features of this hotel. Check-in is strictly from 15-00, but we met the request and gave a room on the 21st floor, a 1-bedroom apartment, deluxe, as booked. All dishes are clean, it's nice to pick up, there are enough plates, but no knife) Water was provided free of charge only 1 time, on the day of arrival. The bathroom is comfortable, there is a shower, the water pressure is good. The cleaning was rather "on request", but we were quite satisfied with it. The accommodation was with breakfast, we really liked the breakfasts! I especially note the presence of coffee machines, not coffee in a pot of unknown origin) A large selection of dishes, salads, snacks, there is a corner with a chocolate fountain) Melons, watermelons, oranges, yoghurts and all sorts of mousses were in abundance. The hall is spacious, the service is excellent! I liked the lobby of the hotel very much, in a modern style - pleasant floral tones, comfortable sofas and waiting areas. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach, and just turn around the corner of the hotel before going down to the promenade... metro/tram - everything is nearby. The construction site next to the hotel is frozen, there is no noise, by the way, the hotel has good sound insulation - no one bothered us. The pool (probably 15 meters) is long on the 3rd floor, not bad, but shallow, towels are provided. In general, a great place to spend your vacation, I highly recommend it.

The children lived in the second bedroom, with separate beds. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room. Another bathroom with a shower. Kitchen: full electric stove, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dishes, sink, large refrigerator. The knife is the only one and blunt. We cooked, everything worked, everything is very convenient. There is a TV in every room, there are a few Russian channels, HD quality. 3 balconies. One of them is the most prominent, partially equipped with a table and chairs for the Marina. A clothes dryer will be brought on request. Cleaning every day, high-quality, no complaints. The bathroom has everything you need in abundance. They also found a shoe sponge, a comb, and a sewing kit in the cupboards. Ironer, iron, hair dryer - everything worked. Upon arrival, the tax for 7 nights was expected to be 140 dirhams and a deposit of 500 dirhams. Like something for damaging property. They gave it back in dollars and returned it in dirhams. Then I had to sell everything in duty free. There is a pool on the 3rd floor, small and shallow 1.2 m, few umbrellas, many had to roast in the sun. After lunch, people don't go because the pool is in the shadow of the building, but in the evening it's fun to swim there, the water is warm, there are no people, but the city is on fire. It's quite diverse, there are many positions, although most of them are fried. They ate too much. Delicious cappuccino. Eggs are fried, there is always one porridge. Delicious croissants. Water is given as a compliment once in the room upon check-in, no more replenished. There is a parking lot. A small gym. Most of the guests are Russian speakers. Just like everywhere else in the Marina. To the embankment 5 min. Nearby is a shopping center with a small food court and an exchange office. The supermarket is rich and expensive. If you go a little further, there is a more democratic Carrifour. Maybe the fresh market is even closer, but we need to cross the road. Sobha metro station is 10-15 minutes away on foot. It's a little hard in the heat, but it's possible. It's also a long walk to the beach across the bridge, especially if you're with kids, towels, and laps)) about 15 minutes. The beach is free, but there are areas near the hotels, fenced, for a lot of money with all the amenities. The sea is warm in April, and the people are decent. There are fewer people near the luxury fives, and closer to the bridge on the wheel on weekends they simply won't crowd, the entire working Indie Filipino population of Dubai is on this beach! There are many cafes and souvenir shops. It takes 7 minutes from the beach to the Ferris wheel along the beautiful promenade. Be sure to take a ride on the wheel. It's not scary from the word at all! The views from 250 meters high are fantastic! There is a huge mall next to the hotel. On the ground floor there is an exchange office (favorable rate) and a grocery store. Dubai metro is nearby. Getting to the center is very easy and convenient. There is a tour point in the lobby. You can buy excursions even from your tour operator, even at a tour point. The prices are the same. Daily cleaning, change of towels. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion were put in the bathroom every day. Toothbrushes with paste and disposable looms with lotion. It's just great!!! A big plus of the hotel administration. Tea, coffee and cream were also replenished every day. The bedroom has a huge bed and a large TV with 4 Russian channels, a safe. The balcony is just a bomb, the pictures are gorgeous. You look down at the butterflies in your stomach. There is a large corner sofa in the living room. We had breakfast and dinner. A great hotel with a great location. Very polite staff at the reception. The room category was raised for free. They gave us a 2-room Deluxe suite on the 19th floor with two bathrooms. There were 4 of us. We booked 2 rooms. For 2 rooms, a deposit of 20,000 was taken if translated into rubles. Gazprom Union Pay was debited from the card. 5 days after the refund, the money was returned back to the card. By the way, the Gazprom card was accepted everywhere. The beach is 10-15 minutes away. The advice is not to go through the big intersection, but after the bridge go to the left, through the tram stop. The traffic light switches faster there. The food is decent, the views from the window are gorgeous. The pool is shaded after lunch, but in the August heat this is more of a plus than a minus. The reception is being renovated on the 1st floor, but this did not interfere in any way. In general, I recommend the hotel.

The construction site is right next to it, it's not a quiet line "like everywhere else in Dubai." Now from neutral, there is a swimming pool, it is heated (+29) somewhere, but there are 7 sun beds. The location is excellent (near Marina Mall with food courts and shops, Marina with restaurants and cafes, grocery stores, beach 15 minutes, metro 10 minutes) The rooms are in good condition, better than in the photo from the website. We didn't go to breakfast, we cooked breakfast in the apartment (very good kitchen in the room with a toaster, oven, stove, microwave, large refrigerators and all necessary utensils) The views from the room to the Marina are attractive. Of the small nuances, they did not congratulate me on my birthday (they did not react in any way) and when the deposit (700 dirhams) was returned, they showed me a photo allegedly with a scratch on the leather of the sofa in the living room. They tried to hint that something needed to be decided, to which I said that it wasn't us and if necessary, there was a video review of the room upon arrival (it turns out to be a useful thing), after which they apologized and said that it was a mistake. I definitely recommend the hotel. Great location and great view from the window! The free beach is 20 minutes on foot, the metro station is 15 minutes on foot, there is a tram stop nearby, many shops and restaurants. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Russian-speaking staff also work at the reception, and the hotel has a guide from Coral, who can help in solving complex issues. The room has everything you need (washing machine, refrigerator, dishes, stove, hair dryer, iron, safe and shower accessories) I put 4 out of 5, since there are no bathrobes and if something is needed you always need to ask, and it's not very comfortable.

Excellent location, 5 minutes from Dubai Marina,Marina Mall,shops, restaurants within walking distance,Metro station..The hotel itself is cozy, breakfasts for every taste,cleaning, change of towels every day, friendly staff.Of the cons: you make a deposit in dollars, they return it on departure in dirhams, it is not profitable,so it is better to stock up on local currency right away, there is still such a moment-humidity in the rooms, nothing dries, it is cold with air conditioning,turned off periodically, and therefore water is everywhere on the walls, ceilings, on the floor,the staff strongly I recommended not turning off the air conditioner, they did not offer any other solutions to the problem)

Very nice hotel! I can safely recommend it. We were on vacation with a friend. We arrived in the morning, but the room was not ready, we had to wait for several hours, the reception immediately indicated that due to the wait (which was obvious, check-in at 14.00, it is written in the voucher) we will be given a good room. This information has already pleasantly surprised… The waiting time could be spent by the pool, using towels, sun beds, a locker room, and a shower room - as comfortably as possible. Instead of the classic suite, we were given a two-room suite with two bathrooms. The only thing that confused us was one large bed... the reception responds instantly to all requests, an employee came to us who was surprised that we were not very happy with one bed, and offered to lay out a sofa in the hall/kitchen and turn it into a separate sleeping place. The mood was skeptical ... but in vain! The sofa was as comfortable and comfortable as possible, the joints are not felt, it sleeps perfectly. As a result, each of us had our own room and plenty of personal space. We took breakfasts and dinners: The food is excellent, varied, and constantly changing. It's really delicious, even a fastidious person will find something to eat. The lack of hangers and the issue of extra towels were solved in 10 minutes. Moreover, the guys who do the room cleaning remembered the request for 1 extra large towel and left it on the table every day. The location is great: embankments and bridges, shops nearby, lots of restaurants, there are also "shawarma" ones for locals, but you need to look))), the embankment with a wheel and the city beach are 20 minutes away at a slow pace. There are establishments with an alcohol license on this very embankment, 500 meters from the Marina Mall hotel. All staff are English-speaking, and most of the staff speak Russian at the reception.

Nice hotel. Convenient location. Polite staff, there are Russian-speaking girls. Upon check-in, they take a deposit that cannot be refused. We were charged 500 dirhams. Upon check-in, the room category was raised for free. High-quality room cleaning. The only thing was that the water was put on only 2 times a week. It takes 15-20 minutes on foot to the sea.

Nice hotel. This is not the first time here. They always give you a good room. The breakfast is just great, I highly recommend it. The only drawback is the construction site nearby and you won't be able to lie quietly by the pool because of the noise.

We stayed at this hotel in April. Good staff. They give you a small cake on your birthday. We also changed the standard room to a deluxe room on our birthday, but this is at our request without additional payment, although upon arrival it was said that it would cost 32,000. You can always find sun beds near the pool, especially after lunch.

We stayed at the hotel from March 17 to March 23, 2025. I definitely recommend the hotel! The location is excellent! Near the Marina Mall, prices are reasonable, a 20-minute walk to the city beach, next to the hotel, along the canal, a bunch of cafes for every budget. Cleanliness in the hotel, room cleaning every day. There was no humidity in the rooms, it probably depends on the time of year, it was a little chilly with the air conditioner, so they turned off the power at night and opened the window, I slept great! Thanks to all the staff of the hotel for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay at this hotel: check-in immediately upon arrival (around 12:00). The room category has been upgraded to DeLuxe. Very friendly staff everywhere: reception, restaurant, room cleaning. The room was cleaned every day. Tea and coffee were replenished regularly. It was a pleasure to receive a birthday compliment from the hotel!!! The location is very convenient: near the metro, the beach, and a mall with a supermarket (and a liquor store)))!

The wonderful hotel is perfectly located. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room category for free. The room has two rooms, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies. The kitchen has a washing machine, kettle, refrigerator, hob and all necessary kitchen and serving utensils. The room has 2 large TVs, Russian channels, safe, iron, ironing board.
