Other residents complained about it too. Nutrition - seafood once a week, but in abundance. There's imported alcohol at the bar, but they'll only pour it into a cocktail if you ask, so they'll pour it locally. Among the advantages, the animation is the coolest for children and adults, very beautiful locations, lots of Russian-speaking staff, delicious food. The rest was great. But our meeting started with the reception desk, where the staff offered to wait in the lobby until check-in, although there is a relaxation room, less crowded, most likely expecting us to offer money for early check-in. This is immediately a minus. We found this room on our own. During the week there were no shrimps, crayfish and mussels, mussels were only in salads. The old rooms are generally not bad, given that you spend a minimum of time in the room, there is a warm pool, which is also a plus. Especially if the weather is not very good, a hammam, steam, salt (to be honest, we didn't even go into it), a sauna. I do not recommend getting a massage and spa at the hotel, we were in other hotels and gave a little less than in this hotel, but spa treatments and massages were a bomb, everything was sluggish here. My husband liked the water park. Everything else was great, but the most important thing was the reception desk. I also didn't like that pegasus, namely the guide at our hotel, talked about the guided tours for an hour, although in general I didn't want to waste time on this and it has long been clear that it is cheaper to take on the street and in general everything is the same and I wanted to quickly fill out the documents and go swimming, but I had to spend 1.5 hours just for the hearing, I advise you to immediately tell them to fill out the documents and if you are not particularly interested in excursions, go to the beach. She was also unhappy that our friends didn't take the tour from her and spoke out harshly, I understand that they are getting money, but it's everyone's choice... Rudeness is not appropriate here, you need to control yourself a little. In general, I enjoyed the rest, the rooms were cleaned every day, I'm not unhappy about that.I forgot to write about animation, the first time I saw cool animation here. Dancing is great. And in general, dancing, shows, then live music, disco. But there were days without a show...

The Swandor Hotel is a good holiday, spoiled by the attitude of the administration. From May 10 to May 18, 2025, we stayed at this hotel. The infrastructure, food, animation and the beach are really excellent – there are no complaints here. However, two unpleasant incidents that the administration ignored left a very unpleasant impression. 1. The loss of things by the pool when we left two T-shirts, a circle and towels on the sun beds. In the evening, the area was cleaned, and our belongings were gone. At first, the reception promised to help, but two days later they simply said, "We haven't found anything." There are no surveillance cameras – it is impossible to check. 2. Theft of lens containers from the room when there was a sign saying "do not clean the room" . A few days later, two lens containers disappeared from our room (one contained my lenses, which I could not wear due to eye inflammation after swimming). At the same time, other things were not touched. We contacted the reception three times, but only after the ** scandal** two hours later brought **one** container (although two were missing). No apologies, no explanations. Bottom line: Pros: Clean beach, delicious food, excellent animation, well-groomed territory. Minuses: - The safety of things is not guaranteed either by the pool or in the room. - The staff is indifferent to the guests' problems – they react only after a conflict, but reluctantly. - There are no cameras, there are no clear procedures in such situations. Conclusion: The hotel is good for relaxation, but if you lose something, there is nowhere to wait for help. Be careful with your personal belongings.

After the remark, they came to clean the room again, as a result, they washed it superficially, leaving dirty floors under the straightened chair. We have not received any apologies or compliments from the hotel. Upon arrival, they paid an additional 10 euros per day for a cool view. We booked a standard room, upon arrival they offered to pay 180 euros extra and change it from a master's hand to a duplex, which we agreed to, after all, it is not very convenient to live with children in a one-room studio and the surcharge for 10 nights is quite reasonable, as for me. We have been to Turkey 15+ times- I always choose the same level of hotels, namely good 5* but not max Royal) last year there was Rai Premium Tekirova 5*, which is just nearby. For a very long time I doubted, thought, decided, but still settled on Svandor.. There were doubts and not unfounded, as it turned out. There are pros and cons, I will try to list an unbiased opinion and sort it out according to the main points. : 1) A gorgeous pier, with a bar where there are no special queues. There is also a small disadvantage: the descents into the sea are tired, one of the stairs is simply missing one step, and they are also very slippery ... 2) A huge number of bars throughout the territory, I have not seen this anywhere... There are no queues, and this is very encouraging. 3) Well-maintained territory, albeit small. 4) It was always possible to find free sun beds at any time, especially at the pool. It's more difficult by the sea, but in general, too, if you try) 5) Animation, or rather the stage itself and acoustics and light music - wow! But the performances end on the second day. 6) Pastry shop for 4 is a stretch, it was better in other hotels. 7) High-quality alcohol, cocktails were mostly made beautifully, tasty and with a soul. But there is no Chivas 12, more precisely, it is paid, there is no bottled beer, which was one of the listed hotels at about the same level. But I'm not picky, and my wife is even more so, for us it didn't affect the final grade. 8) Restaurant/kitchen : The food is not bad, but to be honest, "not wow," again, it was enough, they did not complain, but as if everything was monotonous, without frills at all. I don't understand why there's only local alcohol in the restaurant and I have to run around and steal imported alcohol from the bar.?? It doesn't make sense.. The waiters for 10 days at breakfasts/lunches and dinners came up and asked if we wanted tea/coffee/beer.. a maximum of 3 times and then with a disgruntled face, but we must pay tribute to the fact that the tables are cleaned quickly and there have never been any problems finding a free one all the time. 9) A huge problem with smoking.. It seems that everyone is smoking all around and at the same time and three cigarettes at a time. It stinks everywhere and strongly. There are several smoking areas, but in general, smoke wherever you want and as much as you want, absolutely no one cares. 10) We had room 3222 - spacious, the bar was replenished on time, cleaning was also good, but the bathroom stank of sewage and periodically very strongly.. + of course, the furniture itself is already "damaged", not the first freshness, but it didn't bother us much, we rarely went there) 11) Children : a very important point.. -Children's room 4+ there weren't enough children for a long time, but in general, the animators did well. -The pools are large and comfortable, and there is not much entertainment for very small ones..there were several slides, but my youngest looked in that direction and didn't even want to go, we had enough of the sea and large pools. 12) Aquapark : we rode with the children several times a day, I was not enough for more, and the children didn't really want to, although it was normal for a hotel water park, but for example, in paradise premium Tekirova, the water park is many times better and there are much more fun water parks for children. Conclusion: I didn't regret it much, no one was poisoned, everyone is alive, healthy, had a great rest, the children are delighted, but I definitely won't go here anymore, if only for half the price and in an eco room)

The first time they tried to get a room without a balcony, but on the 6th floor, they said that there were only 2 balconies (it also turned out to have a view of the reception, where they smoke and rattle suitcases). They wanted to pay 10 bucks a day for a sea view, so I had to agree to it, but in that room the whole laminate was beaten up for a tenner, and the piece of the sea was on the right. However, the third time I found a room on the 7th floor and with a view of the sea and mountains at no extra charge. What was it, they take a sucker, no other way. Do they show you the worst number to get you 10 bucks extra? But in fact, there are a lot of rooms available for 7. Get your numbers, don't be shy. Crayfish only on Saturdays Do not take excursions from Pegasus, order from the website or from the locals across the street (it will be cheaper, although it would be better to check the quality, of course). There is a bus to Kemer, number 1, every 20 minutes - you don't have to take these buses to the fur coats either, you'll lose more time there.

Not a bad hotel for your money , sooo many people , all the cafes and bars are packed , quite young, a lot of evening shows, a nightclub, a hookah.not for relaxing holidays .The rooms in the old building are poor, definitely not 5 stars. The surcharge for new rooms is 100€ per day. If I had known, I would have chosen another hotel . Now there are no unrepaired places left in the hotel, except for an old residential block with eco-rooms. The territory looks very nice, not flashy, almost blindingly white minimalism. Compared to neighboring hotels, the territory of Swandor is hardly large, but everything was done wisely, the architects very skillfully approached the creation of comfortable themed areas. Meals are provided around the clock, even at night. In addition to the main three meals, the hotel provides a "snack bar" in which, in fact, you can have a full meal. The cuisine, although not very diverse, is quite tasty, sometimes special dishes are served for dinner (for example, crayfish). You may not like the taste of the dish based on subjective impressions, but the quality of the dishes has always been excellent. It is necessary to mention the bars - alcohol is divided into two categories, free and premium, for which you need to pay extra. There is also a pastry shop not far from the late check-out area - desserts are served there during the day (mostly the same as for dinner), tea/coffee and Turkish ice cream. Paid restaurants, by the way, disappointed my friends. According to their impressions, the dishes completely repeat the same ones that are served to all other guests at common meals. The beach is beyond praise. During the day, you could find free sun beds, despite the fact that I visited the hotel in early September (the velvet season). The beach is very clean, the pier is new, equipped with fresh water hoses so that you can wash without going ashore. By the way, there is also a bar on the pier. The spa area deserves special mention. Access to it is also included in the price. Instead of baking under the scorching dinner sun, it was very pleasant to visit the sauna, hammam and Turkish bath. Every evening, guests have the opportunity to attend the entertainment program, which consists of 7 different performances for each day of the week. After the performances, there is an hour of live music, and only then the nightclub opens. It was cozy, spacious and bright, but the room looked rather careless, everything was kind of old and sloppy, compared to the hotels where I had been before, there were no such sores with the rooms, but it's not scary in general, I think. The air conditioner worked somehow + poor sound insulation, everything was audible, for example, even a telephone conversation. The mini-bar was replenished daily with water, chips, etc. Cleaning as luck would have it: towels and bed linen were changed. Nutrition: I'm really surprised! A huge selection of dishes. Strawberries, cherries, fruits, fresh juices, omelets, pancakes, cheese and cold cuts. A large selection of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, lots of side dishes, appetizers, salads. There are additional a la carte restaurants on site, but they are paid + nothing special. There are 9 bars on the territory, not everyone knows Russian or even English, only Turkish is a problem, of course, but not a large-scale one. The cocktails are delicious, the alcohol is high-quality, imported. Beach and grounds: The hotel grounds are comfortable, beautiful, green, well-maintained, and there are plenty of places to relax. The beach is clean, there are enough sun beds. The water in the sea is clear, the entrance is pebbly, but there are special paths and a pier, so there were no inconveniences. There is a shower, changing rooms, a bar both on the beach and on the pier. Pools and entertainment: 2 large pools, clean water. There is a separate children's pool, as well as a separate water park. The slides are good, by the way, and the water park also has a bar. During the day there are activities such as water aerobics, beach volleyball, and in the evening there is a show program, live music, and dancing. Everything is unobtrusive, with a sense of humor and kindness. There is a mini club, discos, and workshops for children. SPA and fitness: The SPA area is beautiful and cozy. We went to the hammam and sauna. There is also a gym with a basic set of equipment. The overall impression: After the restoration in 23, Swandor has become much more beautiful in general, and as for recreation, it has lived up to expectations, here both young people and families will enjoy relaxing, in general, this place can be safely recommended.

We were at the end of October, the food is very monotonous and absolutely not tasty, I have never seen such a 10-time visit to Turkey. The animators are very sluggish and don't want to work at all, they throw games without explaining the rules or conducting them properly. A huge plus of the hotel is a warm pool and a huge pier with a bar. Overall, it's not a bad hotel, but it's overpriced and doesn't justify its high rating.

There are also those who can be shouted at like that. Both on buns and without. As a water park "at the hotel" is very good; 4. Buildings: there are comfort buildings (new, fully rebuilt by 2023) and there is one large building with eco rooms. Cleaning on time, the mini bar is replenished daily, linen is changed; 5. Our stay at the Swandor Hotels & Resorts - Kemer hotel left only positive emotions! The wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff and incredible animation made our vacation unforgettable. Great food, designer decor in restaurants, huge pools, but there's still not enough space. There are sooo many Turks and foreigners in general, because the hotel hosts screenings and seminars of some kind. The territory is quite large, there are many cafes, but there are queues everywhere. The animation is just fire! Especially sports! There's even a bicycle underwater. And the children's room, or rather the whole city, is a great solution! A child can't get around everything in a day! There is even a bedroom where the kids can be put to sleep. And a separate playground on the street with a very shallow pool, all kinds of slides and climbing walls. I think parents can relax all day without worrying about their children. But!!! Think very hard before agreeing to the old building! It's just a shock, like a Soviet sanatorium in the 80s. Of course, you can spend the night, but it's sooo annoying and you want to get out of the room as soon as possible.
