Great hotel! We had a family vacation in June 2024. Rooms in the economy building, but without chic, but you don't need more for an overnight stay. The room is clean - cleaning every day, condey, etc. everything works. The food is very good. There is all kinds of meat and in all types and cooking options. The fish is different every day. The greens are so good. Fruit wagon! Drinks for any choice. The service in restaurants and bars (which, by the way, are about 10 pcs. on the territory) is super great! The sea is clear, turquoise, refreshing and caressing. The beach is big, there are a lot of sunbeds. The pools are good (new) Emerald tiles give them an unusual and smoky glow. The water park is good (not risky). There are a lot of people. For girls, they didn't like the activity during the day. There was a lack of zumba, and belly dancing... But the aqua bike came in. The main disadvantage and the only one is that there are few places for beautiful memorable photos on the territory of the hotel. (There is a lot of greenery, but no colors) The hotel is for 5 c +! The beach is pebbly with sand, we still swam in slippers, there were waves, November after all, but we swam on an excursion to the Turkish maldives, sailed from the village of Adrasan. A wonderful hotel after renovation. The old building is being slowly renovated, the rooms there are very tired, but they are also cheaper. The new rooms are more expensive, but they are designed for 3 + folding chairs. I liked the food, the animation was unobtrusive, and there were interesting shows in the evening. There is only one drawback: the lack of sound insulation of the door to the room from the corridor. If the number is on the aisle, you will hear everyone who is walking by. In early May, the sea is pleasant, there are plenty of sun beds, a children's pool and another one nearby are heated. A 15-minute walk takes you up a small mountain with the Turkish flag on top. It will take 1.5 hours to walk to the top, but it is not easy for the unprepared.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel from September 15th to 22nd and were initially very satisfied. The rooms are spacious and cozy, cleaning was carried out regularly, the kitchen is excellent — there is always a large selection of fresh and delicious dishes, the reception staff is responsive and courteous. The territory was well maintained, the sea was nearby, and the atmosphere was generally relaxing. But, unfortunately, the experience of the trip was spoiled by an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable situation with the photographer (Hakan), who works at the hotel. During the photo shoot, he behaved unacceptably: he allowed himself intrusive comments, molested, touched in indecent places, despite the fact that we directly told him to stop. His behavior was offensive and humiliating. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. To our horror, the troubles didn't end there. When we came to choose the photos, the photographer again made inappropriate jokes, touched us without permission, and continued to act as if he didn't care at all about our requests. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that claims a high level of service and care for its guests. The rest was ruined, and instead of pleasant memories, there was a feeling that the safety of the guests was not put first here. Such behavior is not just a violation of professional ethics, it is a direct encroachment on the personal boundaries of the guests.

In July, we spent an unforgettable vacation at the Swandor Hotels & Resorts - Kemer hotel.We rested here for the 8th time. We really like the nature here, the gentle sea, the mountains, and, of course, the hotel itself. After the renovation, the hotel has become even more beautiful, comfortable and modern. Delicious and varied food, clean and cozy rooms, entertainment for children and adults, a luxurious pier with a bar, interesting daily shows, live music and discos. We were lucky, during our vacation, the famous Romanian singer INNA came with a concert, leaving vivid impressions. We are very grateful to our wonderful guide Raim for his attentive and sensitive attitude towards us, he organized 3 interesting excursions for us, and we also really enjoyed the excursion to the city of Kash under the guidance of the excellent guide Mohammed. I would like to mention our wonderful guide Olga on a sea trip. Thank you very much to the management and all the staff of the hotel for a great stay!

There are two saunas of 6 and 90 degrees, as well as steam and salt rooms. The staff is responsive and smiling, they respond promptly to requests. Of the cons: The sound insulation in the room tends to zero. You can hear the neighbors arguing, the sounds from the street and the speakers by the pool also penetrate into the room. Earplugs were saved. I was also disappointed by the lack of bathrobes. We asked at the reception, they told us that they did not fit into the concept of the hotel. It is strange that in a hotel with a SPA, the concept does not involve bathrobes. There is little vegetation in the hotel, you feel like you are in a concrete jungle, but this is a common feature of hotels in this region of Antalya. The exceptions may be Rixos Tekirova and Max Royal. If you don't like the music from the speakers by the pool too loud, you can turn it down.

April 21st, 2025 Nice hotel in Kemer on the first line. 1. The beach is private, there are always enough sun beds, the garbage is probably cleaned, but not always. Cigarette butts often stick out from under the pebbles. 2. The food is varied. Breakfast is without question, lunch is too, you have to come to dinner first. The meal options are different in time. What is available at 19.00 is already missing at 20.00. The restaurant is very large, with several halls facing in different directions. If you choose a quiet room with fewer people, then the waiters don't serve you. Dishes are not cleaned, drinks are not brought. The waiters are clearly working in the hall overlooking the sea. There is a snack bar by the sea. We dined there most of the time. 3. The water park consists of 5-6 slides. The entertainment is good. However, I do not envy those who have a room at the water park. 4. The buildings are different - there are comfort buildings and there is one large building with eco rooms. Room cleaning is good, the mini bar is replenished, but the audibility and noise are constant. Loud conversations, crying children, cheerful neighbors are always around. 5. The gym is new. 6. Cocktails are made quickly in the bar- any whim of their good alcohol. Until 04/28. Then it ended abruptly. 7. Heated swimming pool. There are a lot of people, there is water aerobics in an unusual design. 8. Our entire visit was to assemble a pontoon bar on the water. The noise from these jobs is just constant. It was a shame when I came to relax by the sea, and there was a construction site nearby. The department's management should take into account that people rest not only during the season. The hotel is amazing, there are many different bars and beautiful instagram spots. There is always variety during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar is also wonderful, the bartenders prepare delicious and beautiful cocktails with imported alcohol. The only negative is that there is no beer in the glass. In the evening there is a great show, followed by live music and after that a nightclub opens, and there are 2 clubs on the territory. For those who travel with children, there is also a great option, a kids' club, where you can leave your child from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m., they are watched, played and fed. The beach is clean and large, there are green areas with sun beds. The entrance to the sea is not the most convenient, but there is a large pier with a bar on it. In its price category, I consider it one of the best hotels. Now the problem with choosing a hotel has disappeared, I think.

We lived in the 4th building on the 3rd floor in a 2-storey room - we are satisfied, the cleaning is the same! in this building, the rooms on the 1st floor have access to the pool, our friends lived there and we used the same bass. There was a lot of food, I don't eat that much and I don't care))) There were no big queues, everything was fast… Alcohol is imported and theirs, I only drank imported baileys and martinis and some beer in the afternoon. There is a bottled cola and some types of beer, which were at a separate cost. Ice cream from 10 to 18 on the beach and in the cafeteria on the 2nd floor above the bar where they play darts. The food is good, but without frills (the miracle of Thai seafood is not worth waiting for, a good Russian buffet). That's it, the advantages are over, for this it is 2 stars, not one. Let's move on to the cons. You can't find sun beds at the sea or on the pier at 8 a.m.-they come in the middle of the night, throw towels and leave. No one is watching this. You won't get ice cream by the pool, only by the sea, and you won't get it until you get to the pool. At night, the bar is open only in the club, you will not be able to sit quietly over a glass of wine. It is forbidden to take food with you. Fruits are also only in snack bars, there are no ready-made boxes for sun beds and pools (I've seen this in other hotels). But the most terrifying thing is the numbers. In 2020, I was in a hostel at VDNKH in a windowless basement, so there are 15 stars there, if Svandor has 5. Russian hotels in Moscow-St. Petersburg with 4 stars and a price of 3,000rubles per day are 15 times better than this horror. I have a great photo report to upload. Mosquitoes smeared on the wall. Mold in the shower, furniture from the time of Stalin's comrades. After swearing at the reception, we were moved to another one. I stayed at this hotel from September 16 to September 26, 2023 We flew directly from Nizhny Novgorod by the Azur Air airline. Friends were in a renovated room, of course not to compare, it was a shame for us, since we ordered the tour in February, but our reservation was canceled and we had to buy the tour again, which cost more! There were no bathrobes in the room! Among the advantages: fruits (cherries, watermelons, strawberries, peaches, apricots, grapefruit), seafood once in 10 days (crustaceans and mussels in the flaps), dorado fish, bream, perch every day, not bad alcohol, natural orange juice, delicious ice cream, food 24 hours, one of the restaurants is always it is open, breakfasts are not varied (boiled eggs, fried, yoghurts, cereals, pancakes, pastries, cheese, sausage, fruits), a swimming pool with a temperature of 31 degrees. There was a table for children with a blender (boiled chicken, broccoli, carrots, zucchini, milk).Of the cons: weak animation, people were not entertained during the day (once a day there was activity in the pool, yoga in the afternoon). A child of 8 years old was not interested in animation either! We haven't seen any themed children's parties! Once there was a foam party! Evening concert until 10.30- 11.00, then a disco in a separate room until 2 am! Once there was an open-air disco until 12.30! Going to the disco was not offered! We took the car ourselves for 2 days, outside the hotel!

For adults, there are a lot of bars on site (we counted only 8 pieces), excellent, cheerful bartenders and bargers, good alcohol, any cocktails besides the bar card (there was only sambuca and absinthe, but it's a pity), a nightclub, an arena, a restaurant with Turkish dishes (paid) and a free 24-hour restaurant (at night, there is only beer and wine from alcohol (but there is enough to catch up if there was little in the evening), two large swimming pools, a spa complex, etc.. Room cleaning every day, the bar in the room was replenished as well during cleaning, there is a bar on the beach and a bar on the pier from which you can dive well! Very responsive staff - after calling the call center, towels or sheets were brought to the room in a few minutes, all wishes were taken into account (even cleaning the room out of turn, because the child was asleep). In general, both adults and children were satisfied! The only drawback, in my opinion, they do not know how to cook soups - in 10 days they have never eaten because they are sooo specific... Fix this point and the hotel can be considered ideal.

A rich evening show program. Cons: just poor rooms in the old building (hello, Abkhazia in 2010). I think that staying in such a room (it belongs to the economy class) It doesn't cost a penny — we just paid 200,000 rubles for a week's vacation for two. Rooms are poorly cleaned: sometimes they even forget to remove dirty glasses or trash left on the table. In short, being in such conditions is at least unpleasant! However, since we spent most of our time outside the room, this did not spoil our overall vacation experience. At the same time, I was absolutely calmly trying to defend my case and prove that when buying the tour, accommodation in a room with one double bed was requested. And special attention should be paid to the Pegas Touristik guide working at the hotel, Evgenia Makushkina, who joined our dialogue with the administrator and completely sided with him. She did not believe my words that her tour operator's website stated accommodation with one double bed for our room category. She didn't want to answer my questions about the current situation, even though I was trying to figure out why it happened. Her tone during the conversation was arrogant and boorish. The whole mood and impression of the hotel was ruined on the very first day of the vacation because of these two people. I have never seen such a boorish attitude towards my clients, and even for such a lot of money! I want these heroes to be known by sight.

I first came to this hotel in May 2025. One of the disadvantages is the old building with an economy room option- but the view from the 6th floor window was amazing! The room, in principle, has everything you need, but it was undergoing routine repairs. I'm not offended, because the ticket was at a very reasonable price. We lived in the old ECO building, 7 floors, paid extra at the reception for the 6th floor with sea-mountain views, room 2639. The room was surprised by the worn laminate, at the entrance to the bathroom it smelled of sewage (apparently there had been an accident earlier and the laminate was soaked). The tank is very narrow, only a chair fits in width, a high stone barrier (opaque), so that sitting you can not see the surroundings (I am tall, I put a pillow on the chair). The room is large, the furniture is in good shape. The bar in the room surprised with its scarcity, a can of cola (200ml), sprite (200 ml), fanta (200ml), two bottles of mineral water, two waters and a pack of juice (200 ml). There was clearly not enough soda for two, besides there was Cola zero all the time. The territory of the hotel is densely built up with new 3-storey buildings, the 4th floor is an attic. There are many rooms with balconies facing the balconies of the building opposite (15 meters between the buildings). The food is not bad, but monotonous, there were no shrimp, squid, once there were mussels in large shells. I had a beef steak a couple of times, it's wonderful. The heating of the second hot dishes is very bad, we ate lukewarm all the time. We had lunch at the snack bar, it's not so crowded, very good mutton cutlets. I had to go to the main restaurant for dinner, there were problems finding an empty table with appliances. There are many halls for boarding, but the waitresses just cleaned up after the previous eaters, and did not lay out the dishes and tablecloths again (this will have to be cleaned again, not me, let them go to another hall). The halls are numbered, but navigation is not done normally, we were guided by the WC signs, there are 3 of them (the toilet is located at the entrance). In the main restaurant there are several racks with bars, from each room it is close, you can go for wine, beer, etc., once the waitress offered to bring drinks (lucky). There are a lot of sun beds, there are always free ones, we were lying in the shade of pine trees, this is our approach. The pier is a good big one, there are a few descents into the water, douches for rinsing. There were many tightly placed sun beds with umbrellas on the pier, they were popular, in addition there was a full-fledged bar. The alcohol in the hotel is original (not Turkish), the largest selection is of course in the lobby bar. I liked Jamerson, sometimes we took Jager, at the end the kind waiter from the lobby recommended Safari liqueur (not bad, there is no bitterness of jager, the taste of tropical fruits). The staff of the nm hotel speaks 80% Russian, it is convenient. I really liked the water slides, they seem extreme, but they are absolutely safe. Funny, positive Turkish rescue guys are working on the slides. There are a lot of patched cheesecakes for two, some of them are poorly inflated, you have to look for an inflated one. Apparently, at the end of the season, the hotel decided not to update the cheesecakes. Once, after returning to the room after lunch, we decided to sit on the balcony, after a while I felt that something was stabbing my leg, it turned out that a small piece of glass was embedded in my leg. Then we realized that there was not enough glass ashtray on the table. Because we do not smoke, we did not immediately notice its absence. Ie, during the cleaning of the room, the maid broke the ashtray, swept away most of the fragments, but I still found 4 fragments, one of them in the foot. The cut was small, there was little blood, and it healed quickly. My wife called gwestrelation, so that the maid's joint would not be included in our bill, they offered to bring a new ashtray, but we refused. The photo shows fragments left on the balcony. From that moment on, they tried not to walk around the room barefoot, you never know where else the fragment would meet. Also by the room, I was surprised by the daily change of bed linen, the linen is clean, but it was changed anyway. The floor was not cleaned very well, at first I walked around the room barefoot, I feel something wrong, I looked at the soles, clinging to debris and dust, then I wore sneakers. The show programs are mainly dance, the stage has good lighting equipment, a large area in front of it is lined with tables with chairs, 3 rows of tables per terrace. Unfortunately, it occurred to someone to plant trees with spherical crowns on these terraces, so the scene is not visible from all places. Again, during the show, people and waiters go back and forth, stop, so the view is decent only if it sits on the edge of the terrace, we never succeeded, and we stopped going to the show.

I don't know, everything seems to be fine, but something was missing. I won't go to this hotel a second time because I prefer quieter and more comfortable hotels.
