Great hotel. We rested from 05/24/2024 to 06/3/2024. There was no direct flight from Kaliningrad, so via Moscow. Animation for children on 4. The sea is warm, imported alcohol (Ballantais,J&B, Smirnoff, Olmeca tequila, champagne, Sapfir gin, Gordons, Baileys, and more). The food is varied (meat, steaks, lula, turkey, chicken, seafood, dorado, trout, mussels, crayfish, shrimp, various vegetables, fruits, watermelons, plums, apples, persimmons, strawberries, cakes and cakes of various kinds, honey in honeycombs and with whipped cream, smoked and creamy cheeses, etc.) The bartender in the lobby bar makes delicious sour or sweet cocktails upon request. We were in early May. I really liked it. The restaurants are great, the food selection is huge, there is enough space for everyone at any time. The snow bar is decent. We checked in late at night, had dinner at a night restaurant. Alcohol for every taste. Whiskey, tequila, wine, rum, champagne and a variety of cocktails from friendly and cheerful bartenders. Room service every day. The restaurant has waiters. Animation and gym, tennis and yoga. And of course the evening program is just a show, during our visit there were "BandEros" and some other rapper, they say famous) The beach pier and sun beds on the shore, at any time we found a couple of free ones without any problems. Of the minor disadvantages, only small towels, which by the way can be changed a limited number of times during the day. The territory is well maintained, a beautiful water park is open until 18 hours. The staff is like family, it rarely happens. I recommend.

We had a vacation with my husband from September 21 to October 1, 2025. I really liked the hotel. A variety of food for every taste. The staff is excellent, they work like bees). We lived in an eco-friendly room, the rooms are clean, without much luxury, everything works, cleaning is regular. The beach is huge, there are a lot of vacationers, but we always found places. There is a pier and two bars on the beach. The territory of the hotel is large, well-maintained, there are many shops, the prices are of course very high, they mostly went to the market across the street for shopping. Very nice evening shows, this is the first time I've seen them in Turkey. There is also a night disco until 2 a.m. The rest was a 100% success. I recommend the hotel. We'll look at it again next year.

Food: The breakfasts are delicious, but not very varied, and the menu gets boring in 10 days. Lunches and dinners - the choice of dishes is huge, delicious, I couldn't even try everything))) The staff is friendly and, unlike the hotels in Marmaris, they understand and willingly speak Russian. We are always ready to help with any relevant question, I really liked this moment. Everything is clean and tidy, the lobby is cool and comfortable. In the general restaurant, not all rooms have an air conditioning system, but there are a lot of them, really a lot, and you can find a room where it's cool. Beach: there are not always enough sun beds during "rush hours", especially because of the "occupiers" who book sun beds, but they themselves are absent. There is a bar on the beach with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails for every taste. Both local and imported alcohol are free, and there is a fairly large selection of imported alcohol. Any fastidious vacationer who has become an alcoholic gourmet during his vacation)) anyone can find a drink or cocktail to their liking. Not all bartenders really know how to make delicious right cocktails, some need to be controlled at the stage of adding ingredients))) There are also sun beds and a "soft roof" from the sun on the pier, but during our vacation there was a storm and the canopies were torn off, just in time for our departure they were restored🤷 The snack bar is great, you can sit and eat both outdoors and indoors. The choice of a "snack", as in all "ultras", grilled cutlets, frish, wings, legs, salads, fruits and vegetables, pizza, gozleme, pizza and even pasta and dumplings. Beer, vodka, white and red wines. By the way, beer is not shashlo in Svandor, they pour Ephesus, it's a little empty, Tuborg in Marmaris hotels, it tastes better. There are two large public pools, plus a "paddling pool", there is enough space for everyone. There are also "closed" pools near the VIP buildings, without public access. Music is constantly playing, you want a cake, ice cream, you want to go to a coffee shop, you want to go to a bar or lobby to freeze, there is a buzz everywhere and an excellent level of service. Every day in the evening there are entertainment programs on the big stage, acrobats, singers, shows, live diverse music. The concert area is huge, there are many places, but if you come last, you will be sitting at a table in the "gallery")) Similarly, there is a bar with a rich selection of alcohol, plus tea, coffee, nuts, as in other bars, except for the snack bar, there is a minimal choice. In the lobby at the entrance, you are greeted and escorted with a chilled champagne of your choice, pink or white, plus two non-alcoholic lemonades "handmade" unlimited, at least do not leave)) There are also disadvantages, I have already written about a small choice for breakfast above. Specifically, we had to change the room to another one due to the smell from the shower drain, we changed it without any problems. At first, there was a two-storey "family" on the 3rd floor, and they gave it to us at the reception themselves, then they changed it to the 2nd floor, it was fresh, quiet and grace. On the downside, there are always noisy children on the balconies and from the family rooms, we love children, but on vacation it gets stressful at some point. And there are a lot of children in Svandory, because animation is very well developed. But this is also a plus for those with children. The disadvantages are also very soft, not orthopedic mattresses at all, and springy synthetic pillows. If your back is not completely healthy, it's really uncomfortable. Even the issued orthopedic pillows do not save the situation, and the mattresses are really fu! There is basically nowhere to walk outside the hotel, except for shops with souvenirs and clothes at cosmic prices, the same applies to pharmacies (prices are too high) for ozone or even cheaper vitamins)) Summing up, I will say that the hotel is cool, all the few disadvantages are offset by numerous advantages and service, but the most important disadvantage for These are cheap and soft mattresses for me, and I took off a star for this. As a minus, there is icy water in the shower on the beach and the buildings are close, there are a lot of window-to-window rooms. The towels in the rooms and on the beach are tired, washed, and they don't smell very good. Have I returned yet, definitely yes!))) There were 10 days from October 20, 2025, the sea was clean, very salty, transparent, there were cool small waves for a few days, once the sea was dirty because of the big waves, and so the buzz. The bottom and entrance to the sea are small and medium-sized pebbles, but we were in aquashoes)) I wish you all good health, positive emotions and a quality unforgettable vacation!!!

We had a vacation with my wife in Swandor Kirish in September 2025. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, excellent infrastructure, excellent service, delicious food and great staff.
