I'll start with the location of the hotel.It is located in the Palm Tree itself.Beautiful clean beach,lots of sun beds,lots of free places.In summer, it is very comfortable to swim after 15:00.Or from 8:00 to 10:00. From 10:00 to 15:00 it is very hot.A towel is provided for the beach.There is also a shower near the outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is very beautiful, but it is only allowed without children. There is a mall nearby, there are many shops there.You can also drive to Dubai Mall for 70 dirhams. We were settled right away, special thanks for that. We had a gorgeous 65sqm room. A large bedroom with very soft pillows and a mattress.Also for a 4-year-old child, there was a cot, a wardrobe, a huge LCD TV. 2 rooms-a living room, there was 1 double bed, a sofa, 2 luxurious armchairs, a coffee table, a huge LCD TV.The bar counter. We just returned from a family vacation at this hotel. We were in Dubai for the first time and the hotel was just right for our needs. Firstly, the indisputable advantage of the NC Collection is the opportunity to rent a two-room suite, where one room is like a living room combined with a kitchen, in which our two sons are perfectly accommodated (one younger on the sofa, the other on an extra bed), the second room is a bedroom with a large bed. The kitchen has everything you need, tea, coffee machine, refrigerator, where it is convenient to store yoghurts and ice cream for eternally hungry children. The second obvious advantage of this hotel is its location, within walking distance of the Mall (which we visited once, by the way), as well as the Viva store (something like our pyaterochka is very inexpensive, just water, yoghurts, ice cream, that's all there, 2GIS will lead you to it). The private beach from the hotel is also a 4-minute walk away, the only negative is the lack of showers and there is no way to even wash your feet from the sand at the exit, this moment surprised. There are showers in the beach club area, which hotel guests can also use, but it is only 21 years old, so children are not an option. The hotel also has a chic promenade along the embankment for evening walks. Since the hotel is located on a palm tree, it is convenient to get to many activities from it, it takes from 15 to 30 minutes to get to everything. The airport, Dubai Mall (with its eternal traffic jams nearby), Laperla Circus Mall, Legopark are all 30 minutes by taxi (we used Yandex taxi, but we paid a little too much, but the payment for trips is on a Russian card and in a clear application). Emirates Mall (where there is Zara and delicious Georgian cuisine restaurant Old Tbilisi - 15 minutes) The hotel staff is customer-oriented, friendly, the boy who cleaned the room was very creative, he made different figures out of towels every day for 10 days, which made the children very happy. 100% recommendation, many have already written about the pool, it is gorgeous, the food is also excellent

The hotel is amazing, I recommend it. Delicious, varied food. Beautiful territory with all amenities. Friendly staff and good service. 2 clean pools- one on the roof, the other on the beach. Both are cooled. Convenient location - near a shopping center, shops, a walking alley, close to key locations, a taxi arrives very quickly. The beach is nice, clean, the sea is amazing. On the downside, the beach opens at 9:00 (I would like to see it at 7:00, while it's not so hot, at least from June to August). The pools are open from 8.00 to 18.00, which is also very small. In the evening, for an additional fee, there is a rooftop pool (for a couple of 300 dirhams), and the beach does not work at all. These moments seemed strange to us, but they did not spoil the overall impression, we would have come here again with pleasure.

Although there are many elevators, there are not enough of them during "rush hours" when people go to breakfast/ dinner, and it is difficult to leave some floors below the fifth, the elevators are already full. There is a rooftop pool with a great view (which is certainly not uncommon in Dubai). Room service, by the way, is also excellent. Somehow they refused to clean the room, so they called us from the service department, they clarified that they didn't need to clean that day at all, or send a maid later. It's nice to see how certain quality control of the service is carried out. Russian Russian is spoken by the managers at the reception of various nationalities (but they may not show it and speak to you in English-as it was with us, I don't know why he needed it, we didn't discuss it in Russian)

We arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m. We booked a room with a 52-meter kitchen with a view of the road. At the reception, a nice girl in English immediately offered a room with early check-in for free. Going up to the 10th floor, we found a nice room with a kitchen. But my wife and I booked 52 sq. m., and the room looked like 30 meters. I immediately went down to the reception and met the Russian-speaking hotelier Albi. And then the fairy tale began... When I asked for a 52-meter room, he smiled and said, quite unselfishly, OK, let's go show you. And it was a gorgeous room, by the standards of this hotel, on the 7th floor with a kitchen, a sofa, a great bed and a bonus - a large balcony overlooking the Persian Gulf and a Ferris wheel. Of course I agreed, and we were checked in 20 minutes later. Plus 5 hours of vacation time, and a bonus was offered later eviction. Aldi, thanks again. About the room, everything worked, everything was available, even the bathrobes. Cleaning every day is very high-quality with "extra" on the bed. About the hotel - it's 4 stars, but everything is nice, clean and beautiful. Excellent breakfasts with a convenient time, not Turkish, but not much poorer, but also tastier. A gorgeous rooftop pool, panoramic and with chilled water. The pool by the beach, also cooled 21+. The administration is always smiling and ready to provide any assistance. You can order a taxi from the hotel via Yandex, but it's more expensive, or you can give up and get twice as cheap. The only negative is the bad sea on the beach of the hotel. It's like this almost everywhere on the Palm Tree. But we found a way out. 30 dirhams by taxi and in 15-20 minutes there are gorgeous beaches with all the necessary infrastructure, where the sea looks like the sea. We vibrated the Kite beach. The advice is to leave at 6 a.m., while there is no heat, and return to the hotel by 10 in order to have time for breakfast. 6 days was not enough for us about Dubai. Dubai is interesting, diverse, rich and not so rich. One evening, they didn't notice how they ended up in Mumbai from Dubai. And about the summer weather in Dubai. Yes, it's hot, but during the day, either in public transport, or in malls or by the pool. It's nice and cool everywhere. And morning and evening walks. And if you are not near water, where there is a lot of humidity, then it is quite comfortable, especially on the second or third day.

A wonderful hotel! We had a rest from 2.11-8.11.2025. Polite staff (there are Russian speakers), room cleaning daily, but if you put up a sign that it would not be cleaned on that day (given upon check-in at the reception), then a free drink in the sports bar is guaranteed! The food is 10 out of 10 (we took breakfast + dinner), they don't change dinner for lunch during the season!Every day the dinners are themed (the schedule is at their hotel's TG). 2 beaches, if there are not enough sun beds on the near beach, then there have always been on the far beach. Everything is clean, even on the street. A leaf has fallen- the staff is running with mops (yes, they wash the sidewalks!!!). You can cross the road to the local mall, where there is also an alcohol market. The hotel has a free shuttle service according to schedule, we also took advantage of it, they work like clockwork! We didn't get to fitness, I can't say anything)))The pool on the top floor: the water was icy, you can't sit for long (depth 1.2 meters), the view from it is gorgeous! I managed to visit the evening "party", it was a bit boring to sit and drink, there was not enough dancing))) General impressions - I would come back again and again!!!

A beautiful hotel on a palm tree. We only took breakfast, the set of dishes on the buffet is the same every day, but everyone can find something to their liking. Fruits, vegetables, hash browns, porridges, eggs of all kinds, fish, sausages, cheeses, pastries - everything was always in large quantities. You can opt out of the bar in the room in order not to pay the deposit, although the refrigerator itself will then be closed. We lived in it for 5 days, and I think we will return to it more than once. Location: If you want a real resort atmosphere, then you are here! West Beach is a long promenade along the sea with hotels, restaurants and beautiful beach clubs (one of them is the beach of the hotel). We were with small children and we really enjoyed everything. In the evening we walked along the embankment, in the afternoon we rested on the beautiful beach (the sea is calm for children here, because it is not open), in the afternoon we went to the rooftop pool and met the sunset there (super instead of any viewing platforms). Of the cons: - There are a lot of people in the hotel, because the hotel is big - Long waiting for elevators - There are a lot of people at breakfast and a fuss, which knocks down the atmosphere of a leisurely beautiful breakfast, although everything is very tasty. Otherwise, everything is great! But you have to understand that this is an urban hotel. There is a lot of life around. I love this very much. In the morning, everyone runs on West Beach or opposite in Al Ittihad Park (there is a circular walking area and a running track in the shade among palm trees), Nakheel Mall (there is HM, Massimo, a large supermarket, etc.). And it's all in front of this hotel. Rooms: new, 35 meters, comfortable beds and magic pillows, coffee machine, we had a studio with a kitchenette. Everything is clean, comfortable, modern. Good level 4* Food: we took HB and I advise everyone to do it in Dubai, because 1 dinner in any restaurant is at least 10 thousand rubles. It is much more profitable to take dinner at a hotel, especially since in Dubai hotels they are mostly very tasty. You can dine at this hotel both in the main restaurant (there is an outdoor terrace) and in several cafes. But for the first time in my life, I can say that there were fantastically delicious dinners on the Swedish line. Every day there was something new, the freshest meat of different types, seafood, fish, grilled, tortillas - in general, everything was there and it was very tasty! As a result, we only went to dinner at the main restaurant, sat on the terrace, and took a bottle of wine. And we had a leisurely dinner, and on some days there was live music. Opposite the hotel there is a shopping center, literally 2 minutes walk of course, for me the choice of stores was modest, I didn't really want to buy anything in them (after all, there was definitely more choice for me in the Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates), but sometimes we went there just to pass the time and go to the grocery store that we came across on the first day, and we immediately bought it a couple of products. Clean furniture , perfectly white towels with bathrobes , bed linen is the same . Fairy tale … And now about the "BUT".. If you are planning to come here with children, think ... here the hotel is more planned for chill and relaxation for adults, on the 15th floor there is a balcony with a pool and a pay bar, this is the only place for children to swim, and mind you, don't get mad. You can 't jump , you can 't frolic . A frog house , but it 's there for very little ones … After the sea, there is no shower on the beach to wash off the salt. We had a rest at the end of December 2025, we really liked the studio, it was thought out to the smallest detail, a kitchenette, a capsule coffee machine, a washing machine, a refrigerator, an ironing room with an iron, it was a shame that we only had 6 days, I wanted to rest for several months. The bed linen is snow-white, the pillows and blankets are comfortable, and everything is on top! The pool on the top floor was especially admired. There was beauty all around, in the evening we walked along nearby alleys, the buildings were beautiful, the alleys were well-maintained, the beach was sandy, the sea was clean.... The food in the restaurant was varied, thanks to the chefs. Thanks to all the staff!!! The vacation took place on the highest scale, I did not want to leave....

Bonus: they found the money at the hotel (in the morning), they looked at the camera, the security came up in the evening and gave it to me (dropped it at the reception, didn't even notice) There are a lot of people in the hotel in the summer, but there were always enough sun beds for everyone, the pools were cooled, there were concidionnaires everywhere, in general, it was also very cool in the summer
