Very bad experience, WiFi was not working. Made complaint but nothing done. Room cleaning was not proper , never clean the room carpet in 5 days. Reception always recommended u costly taxi , day tour package. There was hardly anything for Vegetarian in breakfast. Though reception always ready to take full day money on account of early check in. There was no room service for food. No menu card. Reception never reply the calls made from room. Very disappointing experience with this hotel. It is so expensive but really no service. I will never recommend to take room in this hotel.

Nice hotel in the city center. Nearby cafes, shops, exchangers. Within walking distance. I was especially pleased with the spa complex with a swimming pool and sauna at my disposal. It is important to relieve fatigue after a busy day. The Supermagnum supermarket is 200 meters away. I took the superior number. Spacious with an extra sofa and table. The hotel is online and has a large territory, but unfortunately the room stock is very outdated and differs from the pictures on the website. The chair was all tattered, the leatherette was peeling off, the bathroom door was askew and was closing with force as it opened. They are predominantly Hindus. A battered hotel. But the problem is not even in the physical condition of the rooms.… Cleaning the room is not the best: there are tufts of hair in the bathroom and in the bed, after "cleaning" for some reason they brought and left a used shampoo tube (I didn't use shampoo in principle, so it's definitely not mine). The Internet crashes every 2-3 minutes for 5 minutes- it is impossible to use it. It is stated that there is a fitness room, but not only did it not open either at the stated time (from 8 a.m.) or within an hour after that, but the reception staff could not respond to a request to clarify whether it would work in principle ("we have already called"). As a result, I got there in the evening, but there is almost no equipment - 2 treadmills, 5 dumbbells and 2 bars with 4 pancakes (2 of 15 kg and 2 of 10); barbell racks raise concerns that they will not withstand the weight of even these 4 pancakes. By the way, the operation of the Internet also did not change after contacting the reception. The breakfasts are meager. I didn't expect much, but the only protein dishes are scrambled eggs. In general, if you have a choice, it's better to choose something else, perhaps.

Great hotel, delicious breakfast, the rooms are a little worn out, but the quality itself does not affect. We arrived in a 3-room room with two toilets, the faucet did not work in one of the sinks and the plug did not open after closing, we left everything as it was, everything else is fine, but the price of 90k tenge per day of arrival is a bit expensive for such a state of the room stock.

I recommend. The international standard has been met, and we were pleasantly surprised by the numbers. The standard room turned out to be very large and spacious with a work area. It's clean and beautiful. The breakfasts at the hotel are varied with delicious coffee. The reception is excellent, they respond promptly to all requests. The location of the hotel is somewhat remote from the walking streets, but this did not become a problem, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to a lively area with cafes. All night long, the Hindu guests went to each other's houses, knocked on doors, slammed doors, talked loudly and laughed in the hallway - and so on until 4-5 in the morning. Two nights without sleep. But in the morning they had breakfast, which the hotel made to suit the tastes of guests from Asian countries - shakshuka with minced meat, something with curry sauce, tortillas, and so on. The rest of the dishes, which were familiar for breakfast, were also there, you will not stay hungry. By the way, they didn't give me a room key at the hotel, because the cards ran out. We arrived at this hotel in June. In general, everything is fine. Of course, the rooms are not the first freshness already and it is possible to carry out cosmetic repairs, but it is clean. The furniture is good, solid, not too shabby. All the necessary small things are available in the room: cosmetics, tea/coffee, water. There are cards in the room that tell you what they are for eco-friendly use of resources and if you need new towels or cleaning, you need to let them know. In general, this system is practiced in almost all hotels. But it's like the staff doesn't know about it. For some reason, they cleaned the room and changed the towels every day, although they didn't ask for it. And there was always a lottery with towels, only when checking in there was a normal amount for two.

It is not clear where the Wyndham and Ramada brands come from in this hotel: after all, there is a complete discrepancy between the brand and the corporate standard, and in principle 4 stars here is rather the desire of the manager, and not what the guest will receive. And it's not about tired rooms, it's not about three-course breakfasts, but about the people and services of the hotel. Yes, there are more or less spacious rooms, a less attractive view of the common areas, but where are the 4-star services? If the cleaning starts working at 10 and rides the guest elevators with his buckets, this is already an indicator that the manager has let everything take its course here and relaxed the team that is resting in the hotel, and not working! Hence the result, when even in the reception area there is a torn chair))

But, as a regular customer for 10 years, I can say that the hotel is in desperate need of restoration and renovation. Not everything in the rooms immediately works as it should, the fitness room is full of broken equipment. I am sure that the hotel will shine again after the renovation.

An arrogant and rude type. Not very executive. Finally, I handed over my clothes to Laundrette for washing. They ruined the T-shirt. They just burned it with an iron. The appeal refused to make up for the damage. I will contact the Turkish head office with a complaint. They are rude to the claim and do not answer the phone. The level of service is low. I recommend the Ramada group to pay attention to the terrible work of the hotel in Almaty. Employees like Georgy should be fired with a wolf ticket!
