Very bad experience, WiFi was not working. Made complaint but nothing done. Room cleaning was not proper , never clean the room carpet in 5 days. Reception always recommended u costly taxi , day tour package. There was hardly anything for Vegetarian in breakfast. Though reception always ready to take full day money on account of early check in. There was no room service for food. No menu card. Reception never reply the calls made from room. Very disappointing experience with this hotel. It is so expensive but really no service. I will never recommend to take room in this hotel.

My family and I really liked the Ramada, the service, the breakfasts are delicious, we already miss them, the staff is polite, everything is fine. The staff reacted positively to every request instantly, the rooms, although the renovation is not fresh, but everything is clean and tidy. The only thing was that the food from the restaurant was brought cold, and the Indians made noise at night, they did not let them sleep, one night. And so, at the first opportunity, back to you. I didn't like it: the room was "tired": the wallpaper was torn in places, the barrel was from the window (it didn't close tightly), it wouldn't hurt to repair it in the bathroom either (the wallpaper was peeling off). For this, I took off 1 star.

It is not clear where the Wyndham and Ramada brands come from in this hotel: after all, there is a complete discrepancy between the brand and the corporate standard, and in principle 4 stars here is rather the desire of the manager, and not what the guest will receive. And it's not about tired rooms, it's not about three-course breakfasts, but about the people and services of the hotel. Yes, there are more or less spacious rooms, a less attractive view of the common areas, but where are the 4-star services? If the cleaning starts working at 10 and rides the guest elevators with his buckets, this is already an indicator that the manager has let everything take its course here and relaxed the team that is resting in the hotel, and not working! Hence the result, when even in the reception area there is a torn chair))

But, there is a claim to the workers of the spa center. It is impossible to rest, because they fall in, open the doors to the saunas and say "let it be, we have a procedure now"
When you live in a suite, as if you are a little bit of a jerk about such impudence.
And when will the hotel guests go to the sauna so as not to be kicked out???? Let's somehow make a separate time for the procedures and provide information about it in the public domain so that you can plan your time.

The hotel is terrible. They were placed in a room where the drain did not work, not in the sink, not in the shower. The robe was torn. I had to call Georgy's employee at the reception twice. An arrogant and rude type. Not very executive. Finally, I handed over my clothes to Laundrette for washing. They ruined the T-shirt. They just burned it with an iron. The appeal refused to make up for the damage. I will contact the Turkish head office with a complaint. They are rude to the claim and do not answer the phone. The level of service is low. I recommend the Ramada group to pay attention to the terrible work of the hotel in Almaty. Employees like Georgy should be fired with a wolf ticket!

Terrible experience of staying at this hotel:
- the locks or the key card are malfunctioning, the hotel has not been able to explain why I had to regularly run to the reception and find out what is wrong with my door once again, and the complaints are massive
- the air conditioning is not working in the restaurant and it's during the buffet, it's a complete horror
- at 9:50 they started drilling in the room above me, it's a nightmare, as if it's not clear that people come here from different time zones
- doors without any sound insulation, at night they make noise in the corridor - it is impossible to sleep
Overall impression: an absolute nightmare, I won't want to come back here anymore.

This is not the Hilton. 😂. The hotel has already seen all the tourists in the world and it seems not once during its existence. It wouldn't hurt to update it. In general, a normal guest, monotonous but delicious breakfasts, a TV with the Russian TNT channel, a shower with hot water. The robes are not very dirty. Polite staff. Huge rooms for this price.

Останавливалась в гостинице во время командировки. Понравилось: оснащение номеров, хорошая уборка, завтрак (шведский стол, вкусный кофе, готовят на заказ омлет, оладушки, вафли).
Так же гостиница порадовала спа-зоной и персоналом, готовым помочь распечатать документы, подать уведомление о прибытии и ответить на любые вопросы. Из минусов - плохая шумоизоляция, но не исключаю что мне просто не повезло с соседями.

В целом неплохо. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Завтраки с 6.30 утра, неплохие спа и спортзал. Номера просторные, светлые НО нуждаются в ремонте (прямо кричат!)- обои местами отваливаются, двери со вмятинами, ковролин с пятнами, в ванной комнате пора обновить герметик. Сантехника хоть и выглядит свежо и фирма вроде не плохая, но настроить температуру душа - целый квест, а когда настроил начинаются резкие перепады.

Restaurant - in the morning the food is terrible, butter with mold, coffee from the machine, cappuccino - sweet for some reason, it was terrible.
In the morning I ordered breakfast in the room for money. The condition is to write it down in the questionnaire and hang it on the manual in advance. I did everything on time, but..... breakfast was not brought, they did not even take the questionnaire from the door handle. I had to go and ask. But in the end, they brought everything the same as in the restaurant for free (except for freshly squeezed juice), but for not a little money.
The room is very worn out, the phone in the bathroom fell apart in his hands, the wallpaper is worn and a lot of unpleasant things. At the same time, a suite room, but a view of the courtyard. AND YET! the price is space.

Жена подарила поездку в этот замечательный город и выбрала вроде неплохую сеть Ramada, не буду описывать конкурентов и другие отели по миру и в РК, но именно в Рамаде были и в Екатеринбурге и в Бурабае поэтому буду сравнивать с ними.
Так вот на мой взгляд это просто ДНО! Во первых в любой гостинице выше 3х звёзд поздравляют именинников, от обычной открытки от лица отеля до фруктов с шампанским, это уже в каждом отеле на их усмотрение, НО если вам важны ваши гости вы без напоминаний это делаете (и для этого тоже вы в базу заносите паспортные данные ваших клиентов). Конечно же это сделано не было, хоть и оказалось что жена на ресепшен просила.
В отеле есть SPA, но он ужасен! Во первых когда мы пришли в бассейне температура была 26 градусов, а это всё таки SPA, а не спортивный бассейн, во вторых оказывается в бассейне проходят тренировки детей, и тренирует их молодая девушка, её квалификация на совести отеля, но когда в столь маленькой чаше в приоритете люди с улицы оплачивающие тренировки своих детей, а не гости отеля осадок остаётся, при этом на лежаке удобно располагаются родители этих детей в уличной одежде и головных уборах... ну я понимаю вам плевать на длинные волосы вашего чудо-тренера которая без шапочки в бассейне, но есть такое понятие "антисанитария" которое вы очень любите судя по всему.
Есть в этом SPA ещё финская сауна с расшатанными досками (и это лучшее что есть в этом спа) и хамам в котором датчик температуры болтается на проводах и, видимо, из за этого пар шпарит без остановки.
Что касается номера то он был улучшенный стандарт (см фото) улучшили видимо обои наклеив их клочками, ковролин в пятнах, вытяжка с кусками пыли и грязи свисающими, и вместо вешалки дыры в стене. В ванной вода стекает так, что пока принимаешь с утра душ она с открытым сливом наполняется наполовину!
Завтраки по наполнению средние, в зоне яичной готовки вечно никого нет, и появляются только когда начинает ходить толпа и ждать, с утра жене сделали замечание что она спустилась на завтрак (прошу заметить что не на ужин) в джинсах, футболке и отельных тапочках! Сказали дресс-код!
Отель является прекрасным примером того как можно изгадить лицо международной сети хорошего уровня!
Однозначно НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ посещение этого отеля, именно этот отель не стоит своих денег и не достоин своих звёзд! Яркий пример глупого и безответственного локального руководства!
p.s. по неизвестным мне причинам почти все мои фото не доступны для просмотра, возможно по жалобе отеля, за это ещё минус балл.

Мы жили в номере 50 м2, уютно, чисто, есть все необходимое, ванная комната современная и чистая. Румсервис на хорошем уровне, доставка еды из ресторана быстрая и всё очень вкусно. Завтраки -шведский стол и есть на любой вкус еда и напитки, выбор отличный. Звукоизоляция номера прекрасная.
