There is a construction site around, everything is closed in the district, they bring from the nearest hotels just to have a shower with boiling water, there are no umbrellas or sun beds!!! The water in the bay is hot and blooming! There is one tent with drinks .

After reading a lot of rave reviews and looking at the ratings, we decided to go see this "best beach in Dubai". We got about an hour from our place, arrived and immediately alerted that the location is some kind of extinct. Neither shops nor cafes work, the left part of the beach is closed and there is some kind of construction going on. We went to another part of the beach, realized that there are no changing rooms - only in the shower you can change clothes, which does not work. There is no soap in the toilets, they are dirty and they smell bad. The beach looks more like a froghouse, the water is dirty. Another unpleasant surprise - after 18:30, the lifeguard left and everyone was kicked out of the water, and then there were security guards and did not let anyone into the water. There are no such strict measures on other beaches and you can swim whenever you want. Boiling water is pouring out of the outdoor shower, and the footwashers didn't work at all. As a result, we were disappointed that we spent time at this place and did not even manage to swim and spend time comfortably. Perhaps people have not seen other beaches and how much better it can be (for example, at Kite Beach)

This is the general city beach of Dubai, so there can be no question of any All-Inclusive concepts. There is no all-inclusive concept anywhere in the UAE. This is not Turkey or Egypt, so you have to pay for everything and everywhere. And the price tag is more than biting. For example, you need to pay 150 dirhams for an umbrella and a sunbed (to understand, multiply by 23 rubles, get the amount that is needed for this one-time service) . There is a plus. Clean fine sand. An umbrella can replace the shade of rare palm trees here, but then you need to come early so that you have enough palm trees)))
And the Persian Gulf at this time of year is more like soup and not refreshing at all. Tip - try to go there from October to April. There will be no baking. Good luck)))

Mmm, to be honest, the place looks like a big dump. A bunch of big empty buildings, the area is like after the apocalypse. Just got back from there. There was a bus from the hotel right here, near the water park, which does not work. I don't understand the rave reviews. It does not shine with natural beauty either.
