We stayed at this hotel in early October. Fully meets its 4* Expectations were met, but they did not exceed themselves. We checked in quickly, despite the fact that we arrived at 9 a.m. The rooms are spacious and have a modern design, but they are already in need of renovation. Apparently, due to the fact that the windows do not open and there is no ventilation, there is carpet on the floor + moisture from the bathroom-there is a musty smell. Plumbing also needs to be replaced. Very low water pressure. The shower stall door won't close and all the water is constantly pouring all over the bathroom. It is strange that there was no hairdryer and it can only be brought upon request at the reception. So is the iron. Cleaning is daily, but towels and bed linen are not changed every day. But the staff diligently fulfills all requests and wishes when contacting us. There were no complaints about the service. The staff is not Russian-speaking, so a minimum command and understanding of English is necessary. The breakfasts are standard, no frills, everyone will find the most necessary for themselves. Also, the lack of staff in the restaurant often affects the periodic absence of clean dishes and appliances here and now. Plus the hotel is in a good location. We chose it precisely for this reason. In the center of Sharjah, close to the exit to Dubai. There are many cafes nearby, the Nesto shopping center, and the embankment. There is a shuttle service to Al Khan beach 3 times in the morning- 8-30, 8-50, 9-30. There is enough space for everyone if you pre-register the day before. We also took a taxi to Al Mamzar beach on our own. A 20-minute drive from the hotel. The cleanest beach, the most beautiful Park. I recommend you to visit!!! In general, we were satisfied with our stay at the Novotel. But we won't be lying again.

We arrived from Yekaterinburg, lived for 6 days. Breakfasts and dinners were included in the package price. The food is the worst of all the places we've lived. There is absolutely no choice. Steamed rice and vegetables each time. There was no pasta, mashed potatoes, or anything else. I haven't heard about fish either. Bacon, scrambled eggs, omelet-no. Cucumbers, tomatoes, and cakes were what we ate all day. There are some big midges on the walls in the bathroom. One night I woke up with three bites, either they or I got them on the beach. The windows don't open. The toilet smells like sewage. It's impossible to wash in the shower, hot water barely runs. We lived on the 9th floor. The view of the lagoon was beautiful.

I really liked the hotel. It is made in a modern style. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels, comfortable bed. The staff is polite and friendly, they don't speak Russian. I only needed a hair dryer in the room, I need to ask for it at the reception. Delicious cuisine. A bus took me to the beach. The purest sea, white sand. The entrance to the beach is free, you have to pay for sun beds and umbrellas. The good location of the hotel provides an excellent opportunity for walking. At first it was difficult to move around the city, since there are almost no footpaths in Sharjah, but then they got used to crossing the road in a convenient place even with a large flow of cars. In general, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Novotel Sharjah Expo Center. We had a rest with a girl in this wonderful place from March 30 to April 9, 2025. The hotel is very nice, great location close to the beautiful Al Khan beach. We chose FB food and didn't regret it. Dear friends, choose a minimum of breakfast and lunch, and preferably FB. We arrived at 11.20 a.m., we were checked in 10 minutes later, for which many thanks to the reception. The room turned out to be very spacious, with a large shower, shower gel, shampoo. We drove to the Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre without any problems for about an hour, it was the initial tour, so the road was through Dubai from Al Maktoum. The hotel is wonderful, the check-in time is 10 minutes, everyone speaks English, there were no difficulties. The hotel is urban, not a beach hotel, located next to the Expo Center, transfer from the hotel to the beach every morning, 10 minutes by car, 50 minutes on foot. along the landscaped canal embankment. The pool is not large, but it provides an opportunity to relax and swim after a long day. Bathrobes, towels, everything is available, in the shower and by the pool. The cleaning was excellent, it felt like not only towels were changed every day, but also bed linen, everything was in perfect condition. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, we could walk around Sharjah (safely everywhere), take the bus and hail a taxi right off the road. By the way, our Yandex Go application is working, they withdraw money for travel from the card in dirhams at the exchange rate. The Novotel hotel chain was very inspired, we decided to choose it in Dubai next time, but Sharjah is an amazing emirate, many mosques, more religious and very different.

We stayed at the hotel from December 23 to December 29, 2024. We had a family vacation with a child, the meals were breakfast/lunch/dinner. There is a construction site near the hotel! It's been noisy since 7 a.m., we couldn't sleep! It takes about half an hour to drive from Dubai Airport. The hotel itself is not big, the furniture is not damaged, everything looks decent. There is a swimming pool and a small game room, a gym. A hairdryer is provided on request, towels are not a complete set, you need to ask every time, as well as toothpastes/ brushes. Cotton pads and sticks were not seen at all. The dispensary has shampoo and gel. The room was overlooking the lagoon, very beautiful both morning and evening. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room. The windows don't open, but there's no smell. With the air conditioner turned off 24-25g. There is a shuttle service to the public beach, you need to sign up, but if there are places, they take both there and back, a taxi from the beach is about 400 rubles. But the hotel bus has long intervals of 4 hours, and it's hard to be with children under the scorching sun. Sun beds/umbrellas are available for a fee. The entrance is smooth, the sand is good. We also went to the lagoon next to the hotel, to dig sand and build castles. There is no Russian-speaking staff, but everything is quickly resolved with a translator. There is an aquarium and a playground next to the beach in a 7-minute walk. The entrance for all is about 2 thousand. There is also a marina, from which you can sail to the nearest metro station for 450 rubles. Coffee, fresh orange juice, juices. Lunch/dinner: only water, not even tea, 3-5 kinds of sweet cakes, but delicious. Also, rice without spices, pasta with different sauces, the rest is spicy. Meat/fish is spicy every other time, sometimes normal. Vegetables, a couple of salads. In general, the main food for children is rice, vegetables, fish/meat, if you are lucky. Little choice, but delicious. There is soup, but again not for children) Up to the age of 5, it is difficult to feed if you eat more or less normally, and not fries with nuggets. In general, the hotel has all its 4 good stars!) But as much as I read the reviews, the food in other hotels is even worse or according to the menu, it was important for us to have a buffet, to feed the child selectively. Few people go to the info meetings, but they offered 3 free trips to Dubai, through the factory, then take them to the Mall, back on their own.

Russian speakers took us to a separate beach, which is even more convenient). In addition to arranging the transfer, everything was fine, the breakfasts were excellent, the restaurant staff were pleasant, as well as the maids and their work was excellent! The reception staff is all unpleasant, especially the haughty brunette girl was taller than the others, I don't remember the name. He constantly stares at the computer, talks through his teeth, and at the same time, there are almost never any guests at the reception. We spoke in English, which is very peculiar among the locals, even the pronunciation of numbers is distorted. That you arrived, that you left- at the reception, don't say hello, don't say goodbye) with stone faces. The reception staff is very friendly, all issues were resolved promptly. But I had to explain myself in English. We took breakfasts and dinners, very tasty and varied. For example, Italian cuisine on Fridays, and something else on other days. The New Year's dinner was excellent, there was a lot of varied meat, there was sushi, very tasty tiramisu. Dinner can be exchanged for lunch at no extra charge. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it is small, mostly children are gurgling there. Tea and coffee can be found on the M floor at any time. We went to the beach by taxi, the payment was compensated by the hotel. But it was important to leave around 10.30-11.00 and return before 15. This, of course, is not very convenient. Of the disadvantages, I will note only one thing - there is no balcony, the windows do not open, there is practically nowhere to dry wet things and they do not dry out to the end. Otherwise, everything is fine.

It's not the best, there are a lot of Russians, as well as dirt from their stay here (there is a lot of garbage and cigarette butts in the sand). You can take a taxi to the beach. The hotel pays. Only departure is possible no earlier than 10.30. Come back as you wish. The breakfasts are good. You can choose. You won't be hungry. The food is fresh, as are the pastries. Satisfied. I still haven't had my underwear changed during my stay. It's been 4 days. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving machines, slippers, shower cap and other "necessities" were not found in the room on the day of arrival. I had to go down to the reception three times and ask. Two hours later, it arrived. Awful. Gel, soap, shampoo in the room are not individually packaged, but in a common bottle (dispensers). I don't like this approach. Towels are changed on request, as well as room cleaning. Tea and coffee can be drunk 24 hours on the floor M. Tea bags, coffee, sugar cannot be found in the room, although there are mugs and a kettle. The room itself is small (standard). For two beds, instead of one, or a room with a view of the bay, you need to pay extra. To summarize. My score is 4 out of 5. When choosing a hotel next time, I will think about whether to return or look for an alternative.

The beach is relatively far away, 7 minutes by taxi, the hotel pays for the taxi fare after providing receipts. The beach itself is called Alkhan, clean, white sand, changing rooms and showers with toilets, small cafes and a shop in the beach area, a beautiful playground. The hotel itself is located in a fairly noisy place near the exhibition, there are rooms facing other houses and the road, and there are rooms facing the bay. The room is standard for two with a double bed and a sofa on which a child can sleep. The rooms are neat, spacious, with plasma and telephone, there is an electric kettle, mini fridge, cups, tea bags, water in glass bottles, safe, slippers, soap, gels, shampoos. There is wifi. There is air conditioning, the windows to the street do not open. The bathroom is neat, good plumbing.

A wonderful hotel! The location is good. You can replace dinner with lunch! The dinners and breakfasts are good. Coffee and tea are on the second floor. The pool is small and heated. You can take a taxi to the beach, take a check from the driver and the days for the taxi are refunded at the hotel! I was pleased with the slippers, the water was changed every day. Towels were changed once a week. For an additional fee, you can rent a room with a beautiful view. The reception staff is friendly. The bus stop is a 10-minute walk away.It is more convenient to take a taxi to the metro and then travel by metro. Of course there are nuances, I recommend a solid 4*!

We stayed at this hotel from April 9 to 22, 2024. The hotel is not bad, not tired, the furniture and rooms are good. Keep in mind that there are no balconies and ventilation. Only the air conditioner. The room has a kettle, tea, and a refrigerator for a minibar. There is also an ironing board and an iron in the room. The pool is not large, but comfortable, there are sun beds. There is a sauna for 2-3 people in the locker room. Saunas are separate for men and women. A good gym. A lovely children's room with wooden toys and a TV. A big plus for the hotel is the compensation of a taxi from the hotel to the beach and back. But you need to return from the beach before 15:00, and accordingly provide receipts from taxi drivers for trips. Taxi to the Beach is 14 dirhams.

A very cool hotel. We were not too lazy to take a view of the bay. Nicely. The staff is very friendly and responsive to requests. Everything is clean and beautiful.
