Good enough hotel for a short stay located nearby roads and a lake. Business style of not very cosy rooms with monochromic interior. Good bed. Very nice breakfast.

I really liked the hotel. It is made in a modern style. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels, comfortable bed. The staff is polite and friendly, they don't speak Russian. I only needed a hair dryer in the room, I need to ask for it at the reception. Delicious cuisine. A bus took me to the beach. The purest sea, white sand. The entrance to the beach is free, you have to pay for sun beds and umbrellas. The good location of the hotel provides an excellent opportunity for walking. At first it was difficult to move around the city, since there are almost no footpaths in Sharjah, but then they got used to crossing the road in a convenient place even with a large flow of cars. In general, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

The hotel is amazing, the staff is friendly, cleaning every day, we were with 2 children, the room was spacious, the breakfasts were above all praise, our fastidious children found the right food for themselves, the bus to the sea, you need to book in advance, you could have taken a taxi earlier and you were reimbursed for the trip, but this feature was canceled, the transfer time for us it didn't fit, we took a taxi; the first week of our vacation we were in Dubai, and honestly we liked it more in Sharjah, because the prices don't bite, there are no crowds of people, the location of the hotel is convenient, there are many shops and cafes nearby, there will be an opportunity to come back here again.

We stayed at the hotel in early March. Overall, the hotel is not bad, the service is at a good level, there is a small swimming pool, a fitness room and a sauna. The food in the restaurant does not differ in variety, mainly national cuisine, fish was not every day, but the main problem of the restaurant is the unfriendly staff, untimely cleaning of tables and adding dishes. The unfortunate location of the hotel is located far from the sea and the center of Sharjah. The transfer is provided only to the beach from 8.30 and back at 12.10., a very short period.

The room smelled damp, but the room was nice, clean, cleaned every day, there are (brushes and toothpaste, shaving machines, shampoo, shower gel) slippers in the room, there is a TV (there are no channels in Russian) a large bed, a sofa was laid out next to it. We took a room with a view of the lagoon, the beauty, the construction site did not interfere. The hotel also has a swimming pool, and breakfast is standard. It's great to walk along the embankment, locals are sitting with their families, drinking tea.There are few places to eat, we went mostly to the bar bar, not far from the hotel, inexpensive and delicious.

We stayed at the hotel from December 23 to December 29, 2024. We had a family vacation with a child, the meals were breakfast/lunch/dinner. There is a construction site near the hotel! It's been noisy since 7 a.m., we couldn't sleep!
It takes about half an hour to drive from Dubai Airport.
The hotel itself is not big, the furniture is not damaged, everything looks decent. There is a swimming pool and a small game room, a gym.
A hairdryer is provided on request, towels are not a complete set, you need to ask every time, as well as toothpastes/ brushes. Cotton pads and sticks were not seen at all. The dispensary has shampoo and gel.
The room was overlooking the lagoon, very beautiful both morning and evening. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room. The windows don't open, but there's no smell. With the air conditioner turned off 24-25g.
There is a shuttle service to the public beach, you need to sign up, but if there are places, they take both there and back, a taxi from the beach is about 400 rubles. But the hotel bus has long intervals of 4 hours, and it's hard to be with children under the scorching sun. Sun beds/umbrellas are available for a fee. The entrance is smooth, the sand is good. We also went to the lagoon next to the hotel, to dig sand and build castles.
There is no Russian-speaking staff, but everything is quickly resolved with a translator.
There is an aquarium and a playground next to the beach in a 7-minute walk. The entrance for all is about 2 thousand. There is also a marina, from which you can sail to the nearest metro station for 450 rubles.
Near the hotel, there is an exchange office, Nestro (like our Auchan) and other shops/pharmacies within walking distance. We took a taxi to the embankment (Karim), there are also several mosques, singing fountains, and a 30-minute walk back along the double gis map.
Food. Breakfasts: no porridge, omelets, eggs, sausages, rice, soups, vegetables, fruits, olives, yoghurts, cheeses, toasts, croissants, etc., everything is standard, delicious, there is something to eat, but the choice is not super huge. Coffee, fresh orange juice, juices.
Lunch/dinner: only water, not even tea, 3-5 kinds of sweet cakes, but delicious. Also, rice without spices, pasta with different sauces, the rest is spicy. Meat/fish is spicy every other time, sometimes normal. Vegetables, a couple of salads. In general, the main food for children is rice, vegetables, fish/meat, if you are lucky. Little choice, but delicious. There is soup, but again not for children)
Up to the age of 5, it is difficult to feed if you eat more or less normally, and not fries with nuggets. In general, the hotel has all its 4 good stars!)
But as much as I read the reviews, the food in other hotels is even worse or according to the menu, it was important for us to have a buffet, to feed the child selectively.
Few people go to the info meetings, but they offered 3 free trips to Dubai, through the factory, then take them to the Mall, back on their own.

We drove to the Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre without any problems for about an hour, it was the initial tour, so the road was through Dubai from Al Maktoum.
The hotel is wonderful, the check-in time is 10 minutes, everyone speaks English, there were no difficulties. The hotel is urban, not a beach hotel, located next to the Expo Center, transfer from the hotel to the beach every morning, 10 minutes by car, 50 minutes on foot. along the landscaped canal embankment. The pool is not large, but it provides an opportunity to relax and swim after a long day. Bathrobes, towels, everything is available, in the shower and by the pool. The cleaning was excellent, it felt like not only towels were changed every day, but also bed linen, everything was in perfect condition. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, we could walk around Sharjah (safely everywhere), take the bus and hail a taxi right off the road. By the way, our Yandex Go application is working, they withdraw money for travel from the card in dirhams at the exchange rate.
The Novotel hotel chain was very inspired, we decided to choose it in Dubai next time, but Sharjah is an amazing emirate, many mosques, more religious and very different.

We had a rest in the middle of December 24, chose a hotel based on reviews and hoping for a paid taxi to the beach. It turned out that there is no such service and a transfer for 12 places is provided, at first there were 4 times there and 4 times back. On the 3rd day of rest, we made 2 check-out options, 8.30 and 8.50!! 12 places are 2 or 3 families signed up and that's it!! The rest of you can take a taxi at your own expense. At 8 a.m. it was already quite cool on the beach, they took us back at 12 o'clock ... as a result, we really didn't have enough sea! If you provide a transfer, then do not arrange a lottery, those who made it in time got on (( Then they realized that the minibus was allocated at a more convenient time for guests of Arabs and other nationalities, of which 80% are in the hotel.. Russian speakers took us to a separate beach, which is even more convenient). In addition to arranging the transfer, everything was fine, the breakfasts were excellent, the restaurant staff were pleasant, as well as the maids and their work was excellent! The reception staff is all unpleasant, especially the haughty brunette girl was taller than the others, I don't remember the name. He constantly stares at the computer, talks through his teeth, and at the same time, there are almost never any guests at the reception. We spoke in English, which is very peculiar among the locals, even the pronunciation of numbers is distorted. The beach itself is called Alkhan, clean, white sand, changing rooms and showers with toilets, small cafes and a shop in the beach area, a beautiful playground. The hotel itself is located in a fairly noisy place near the exhibition, there are rooms facing other houses and the road, and there are rooms facing the bay. The room is standard for two with a double bed and a sofa on which a child can sleep. The rooms are neat, spacious, with plasma and telephone, there is an electric kettle, mini fridge, cups, tea bags, water in glass bottles, safe, slippers, soap, gels, shampoos. There is wifi. There is air conditioning, the windows to the street do not open. The bathroom is neat, good plumbing.

There were 7 nights in October 2024 (breakfast, dinner) , immediately from the cons to the beach they now take buses with a capacity of 12-14 people, three flights to 9:00, 9:20, 9:40, you never need to make an appointment, there is no return after 12, there is no transfer to the beach in the evening, it is very inconvenient. The food is monotonous every day, almost the same thing, but everything is delicious and in sufficient quantity, beef, chicken, fish every day. At dinner, there are no drinks except water, not even tea, all for an additional fee.

Cleaning every day, but on a strange schedule. They could have cleaned up in the morning, that's great. Or they come in the evening when you are already resting and have to refuse. There are beach towels. A small swimming pool and a gym. The breakfasts are not bad, but they are always the same. On day 10, it is no longer possible to eat. The main disadvantage is that there is no transfer to the shopping mall in Dubai. Many of them do, even at a lower level. Yes, there is only a taxi, but it is paid once a day. But it happens that you can't catch a taxi, and you stand for 30 minutes. Therefore, it is not convenient. It's much easier to use a shared transfer. And they pay only 14 dirhams, even if the trip costs 19. And there are traffic jams and not small ones. The beach is free for hotel guests. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid and very expensive. There is no cafe near the hotel, just fast. A lot of people get poisoned, including us. It is not worth visiting Indian fast.

A very cool hotel. We were not too lazy to take a view of the bay. Nicely. The staff is very friendly and responsive to requests. Everything is clean and beautiful. A cozy gym that is almost always free, a small outdoor pool.
For some reason, there was no hair dryer and toothbrushes with paste in the rooms by default, but after they told us about it, they gave us everything 🙂

I liked the hotel. View rooms. There is a place to walk. Parking is nearby. A varied breakfast and very tasty dinners, 2 times a week they even arrange themed ones. I did not like the pool - it is small and cold, so located that the sun practically does not get in. We stayed at the hotel from 10.02.25 to 15.02.25. In general, if you're good, you won't be hungry, you'll sleep comfortably.
In more detail. The name of the hotel contains the essence of its location (Expo). Near the expo center. There's a hypermarket behind the hotel, BUT! It's legally difficult to get to it, and there's a problem with pedestrian crossings. You can walk for half an hour to the nearest one and make big circles. If the cops spot you running a red light, then there's a hefty fine. But many people run across the road in the wrong places, both locals and tourists. The prices in the store are about the same as in Russia. Cherry tomatoes are even twice as cheap.
It takes about an hour to walk to the beach, it's better to pave the way in advance, and not as we wandered, we reached the end and turned left, then there was a dead end, but we had to turn right. A minibus takes you to the beach, which you need to sign up for a day in advance.
The food is normal. There is always something to eat. Tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce leaves, dressings. Melon, watermelon, pineapple, banana – it's always.
In terms of variety, it's like there's more choice for dinner. At lunch, the assortment was quite meager (once they replaced dinner with lunch).
Lots of drinks for breakfast: juices, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, honey in honeycombs, mint. There were two fresh oranges. At first we thought it was because we had come to the opening in the morning, but no. They couldn't stand him anymore. And in the end, I brazenly asked where the fresh was, and they brought me a cup as if for a scam)))) As we understood, when the Chinese arrived, they stopped taking out a lot of things: bananas, whole cucumbers, fresh fruit. They swept everything away, that you come after them, there is no butter, no bread, not a single mug for coffee. They even managed to brazenly walk around and put themselves in a container. I had never met the Chinese in hotels before, it turned out that they always behave like this anywhere in the world, of course, the neighborhood turned out to be unpleasant. Therefore, tourists approached the kitchen staff and asked them to take out 2 bananas or one cucumber with them, they brought them out without any problems.
About drinks, too, and only water for lunch and dinner, why didn't we find out. We asked the guide, a native Arab, he has no idea why, because they drink tea and coffee, he was perplexed by such news about one water.
We got to dinner on February 14th. It was something incredible. Everything was delicious and unlike all the other days in the assortment, I wanted to eat everything. There was excellent beef on the bone, tomatoes with strachella and pesto, caesar salad, pizza, lots of desserts, a whole cake and more than one. I shot the video for the review, but you can only take photos ((. And we came at 19:40, but we were the first)))
About cleanliness. It was cleaned every day. The towel was changed on request without any problems. For some reason, they only gave one small and two large for two. On request, a hairdryer, toothbrushes and bathrobes were provided (free of charge, for the entire period). There is an iron and a board in the room (in the closet). Despite the constant cleaning, they don't wash much after the previous guests. There was some kind of trouble in our room, the carpet was terribly dirty, and it needed to be cleaned in about fifteen places. The walls are splattered, apparently, with cola. The cable from the TV is covered with dust and grease and also an insert in the wall (there is a lot of dust in the distance). When I came in, that was the first thing I noticed, and I didn't walk barefoot or touch the walls. But you try to pretend that there is nothing, the main thing is that the bed is clean and the mattress is super comfortable and the pillows are I slept fine).
Yes, there is nowhere to dry, my husband came up with the idea of putting socks on the windowsill)) When the sun dries up in a day, it doesn't dry out in cloudy weather)))
The guide was Alina from FUN&SUN. Terrible company. We were on an excursion (by the way, you could pay with a QR code in rubles). The Dubai sightseeing tour sucks. This is a guided tour – see what is far away or behind the fence and take a picture against the background. Plus, they took me to an oil factory, which was not mentioned, plus an hour of wasted time. They usually take you on free tours. And instead of dropping us off first, the bus drove past the hotel, then drove far away to another area (an hour away), dropped us off last, then circled the streets and dropped others off, and returning to the place where we were passing, dropped us off last. Logistics – was clearly made up by a man without brains. We wrote to Alina, she did not respond, and moreover, she did not write about the next tour, whether they would pick us up the next day or not, as a result, we went ourselves in the morning.
There is another lagoon 20 minutes from the hotel, with singing fountains.
About an hour walk to the market. We went back by taxi (local), 17 dirhams got out (incl. boarding 3 dirhams and disembarking 3 dirhams).
Prices on the market: Dubai chocolate 15 dirhams and above, strawberries 10.Dates and dates in chocolate 25.
If you want to take the bus, then study it carefully. We boarded the bus first, and it turned out that the payment was only with a special Zero card. We found where to buy (25 dirhams per person, 18 dirhams on the card), drove through the bus stop, it turned out that all the money was written off. In general, it turns out not a cheap pleasure bus.
If you are traveling long distances, be careful! Taxi drivers are cheating! You tell them the address, they choose the longest route and then "play the fool", like "well, that's how the navigator shows me." Just give me your phone with a built-in route and let him follow it. We built it like this in our house, we look, and he drove us through 2 toll roads in a larger loop and the path took 30 minutes, but he could have mowed it down in 15 minutes! We were not prepared for such Gypsy behavior of the locals and we were heated for 70 dirhams instead of a possible 20!
By the way, someone wrote in a review that there is always coffee on the M floor and a massage chair somewhere. It didn't happen.
The pool is heated, towels are provided. The sauna is cold and not warm. Beach towels can be taken at the pool.
And yet, we were settled as we arrived at 11, without any requests. The view is really not on the lagoon)

A wonderful hotel! The location is good. You can replace dinner with lunch! The dinners and breakfasts are good. Coffee and tea are on the second floor. The pool is small and heated. You can take a taxi to the beach, take a check from the driver and the days for the taxi are refunded at the hotel! I was pleased with the slippers, the water was changed every day. Towels were changed once a week. For an additional fee, you can rent a room with a beautiful view. The reception staff is friendly. The bus stop is a 10-minute walk away.It is more convenient to take a taxi to the metro and then travel by metro. Of course there are nuances, I recommend a solid 4*!

A good hotel with 4* stars, which deserves a rating of 4. I was lucky to compare with another 4*, so I'm writing a review based on the comparison.
Among the advantages: clean and comfortable rooms with a comfortable bed and a comfortable pillow. Good plumbing. Good Wi-Fi. There are transfers to Al Khan Beach. Reliable staff, if necessary, will provide an outlet adapter and additional water in the room or a hairdryer.
On the downside: the breakfasts are not very varied. But there won't be any problems with nutrition. I won't describe it much, since there were only breakfasts. They are quite edible with a minimum set of everything necessary.

We rested here a week before the new year. I liked the hotel. Clean, cozy, the room has everything you need. Cleaning every day, linen is changed, water is brought, a hairdryer was needed - they brought it without problems. I can't hear the neighbors, nor the noise of the street.
The reception staff is very friendly, all issues were resolved promptly. But I had to explain myself in English.
We took breakfasts and dinners, very tasty and varied. For example, Italian cuisine on Fridays, and something else on other days. The New Year's dinner was excellent, there was a lot of varied meat, there was sushi, very tasty tiramisu. Dinner can be exchanged for lunch at no extra charge.
The hotel has a swimming pool, but it is small, mostly children are gurgling there. Tea and coffee can be found on the M floor at any time.
We went to the beach by taxi, the payment was compensated by the hotel. But it was important to leave around 10.30-11.00 and return before 15. This, of course, is not very convenient.
Of the disadvantages, I will note only one thing - there is no balcony, the windows do not open, there is practically nowhere to dry wet things and they do not dry out to the end. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The hotel is bombastic, breakfast and dinner are just fire compared to Turkish and even more so Egyptian catering for this money. The rooms are fresh and large, everything works. There is no transfer to Dubai, but there is a transfer to the beach by taxi. The location is good, you can walk to several shopping centers in half an hour or just walk along the embankment. It takes an hour to walk to the trains, but there is nothing to do there, by the way, there is a fish market next to them with the opportunity to cook, but I think it's for an amateur, the price tag is not cheap, it's cheaper to stock up and eat in our "Globe", but here just for an excursion. If you are passing through or the sea is clear, then it is normal. If it's special, it's better to stay in Dubai, all traffic is there.

A big plus for the hotel is the compensation of a taxi from the hotel to the beach and back. But you need to return from the beach before 15:00, and accordingly provide receipts from taxi drivers for trips. Taxi to the Beach is 14 dirhams.

The hotel itself is very good. Food is expensive. The coffee is terrible, there is no coffee machine (i.e. there is, but it is in the kitchen and you can order a cappuccino through the waiter, for example). It's not the best, there are a lot of Russians, as well as dirt from their stay here (there is a lot of garbage and cigarette butts in the sand). You can take a taxi to the beach. The hotel pays. Only departure is possible no earlier than 10.30. Come back as you wish. The breakfasts are good. You can choose. You won't be hungry. The food is fresh, as are the pastries. Satisfied. I still haven't had my underwear changed during my stay. It's been 4 days. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving machines, slippers, shower cap and other "necessities" were not found in the room on the day of arrival. I had to go down to the reception three times and ask. Two hours later, it arrived. Awful. Gel, soap, shampoo in the room are not individually packaged, but in a common bottle (dispensers). I don't like this approach. Towels are changed on request, as well as room cleaning. Tea and coffee can be drunk 24 hours on the floor M. Tea bags, coffee, sugar cannot be found in the room, although there are mugs and a kettle. The room itself is small (standard). For two beds, instead of one, or a room with a view of the bay, you need to pay extra. To summarize. My score is 4 out of 5. When choosing a hotel next time, I will think about whether to return or look for an alternative.
