Millennium Place Barsha Heights Hotel is a wonderful place to stay in Dubai. 🏙️ The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. The location is convenient, close to main attractions and easy to get around. Definitely a hotel I would recommend and return to!

⸻ I stayed at this hotel expecting a comfortable and well-organized experience, especially considering its size and apparent rating. Unfortunately, the food service—particularly breakfast—was a major letdown. The breakfast options were extremely limited and of poor quality. There was very little variety from day to day, and the overall presentation and taste did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this scale. What made matters worse was the size of the restaurant. It is far too small to accommodate the number of guests the hotel can hold. Every single morning, there were long lines just to get inside and find a table. Once inside, it felt overcrowded and chaotic, making it hard to enjoy even the limited food available. It’s quite surprising that a hotel of this size hasn’t taken steps to expand or better manage its dining facilities. This part of the stay created unnecessary stress and disappointment, especially when breakfast should be a simple and pleasant part of the day. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and invests in improving both the quality and logistics of their food services.

How many stars the hotel has - that's the review. Stable Dubai 4ka. The rooms are not bad, everything worked and nothing fell off, but of course we were already tired. It's pretty clean this way. We had a good cleaning service. There is a swimming pool. A big plus of the hotel is a lot of free transfers to beaches, shops, etc. The breakfasts are typically Arab - not delicious sausages, cheeses and vegetables, but at least they cooked scrambled eggs or omelets. There are 2 coffee machines - this is also a plus, and not coffee from a "bucket". Nice croissants and rolls with chocolate. The metro is a 15-minute walk away, there are shops and cafes nearby and 2 exchangers. The room had a full kitchen: stove, microwave, washing machine, kettle, and a minimal set of dishes and cutlery. If the price of the hotel is low, as it actually was with us, I recommend that you consider booking it, since you have been to different hotels and it is really good together.

We were with our family from December 21st to December 27th. I really liked the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, everything was working, there was even a washing machine and a gas stove. We stayed at this hotel from 21.02 for 9 days. The staff is very responsive and friendly, they are not greeted with a forced smile. We checked in right away and were given a better and higher room on the 24th floor. The kitchen is equipped, all utensils are available, microwave, washing machine. Communication with the reception is excellent, they respond instantly. As for the distance, it's a long way to the subway, who cares! It was a pleasure for us to walk through the beautiful park. And it's very vibe-friendly in the evening. There were breakfasts - porridge, rice, potatoes, pastries. Fruits, vegetables, fried eggs. There are queues, but they resolve quickly. Nice hotel, we had a rest in January. Two decent-sized swimming pools (for city hotels), heated. The breakfasts are good, the dinners are normal, the choice of meat is small, but every evening there are themed dishes for separate money, if desired. A great hotel, there were apartments. It's a bit far from the metro, but the concept of the apartment negates this disadvantage, it takes 15 minutes to go to the subway through the park. There are many good cafes nearby where you can eat or take with you. There are also transfers to JBR Beach and Kite Beach, but we didn't use it, it was convenient for us to take public transport. We went to Kate Beach like this: we went to the 84 bus stop (it takes 5 minutes to get there), then we changed to the 88 bus (the transfer is free for 30 minutes). Here's an honest review of this hotel.: There is a constant strange smell in the rooms, only the bed is changed from cleaning and that's it, sometimes they didn't leave new towels. On the high floor we had a view of the city, overlooking the bay, Palm Jumeirah and Atlantis. There is a large selection of food for different tastes at breakfast, but it's the same every day, if you don't come at the end, then there are no queues, the dishes are replenished constantly, even at the very end of breakfast. Pancakes and delicious scrambled eggs are cooked outside. The pool is heated, cool water in the morning, in the evening, when the water closes, it is like "fresh milk", a DJ plays by the pool in the evenings, and a grill menu is offered. Towels are provided at the pool, there seem to be enough sun beds, but we were either only in the morning or in the evening. When there is a high traffic of people (breakfasts), you can wait for the elevator for a very long time (there are 5 for each tower). There is free Wi-Fi in the rooms and lobby. TV- a wide range of channels, but there are no Russian-speaking channels, it is possible to connect a phone, tablet, etc. Shuttles to 9 locations (malls, beaches) are organized from the hotel, pre-registration is required for two locations. We didn't need them, so we used them only once before Blue Waters, quickly and comfortably. This hotel is a DRY HOTEL, if you want to pass the time in a bar or restaurant with a glass of wine or something stronger, keep in mind. Accordingly, there is no alcohol at the pool bar either, only second-hand beer. The area is not bad, there are plenty of shops nearby - small supermarkets, carrefour, MMI; 24-hour pharmacy, Starbucks. In principle, you can walk to the metro, but you can definitely walk for 20 minutes.

We visited in February 2025. The metro station is 1.7 km away, 20 minutes on foot. The hotel provides transfers to several malls, Blue Waters Island, and JBR Beach. We used these transfers and saw interesting places in Dubai, where you can only go by taxi. The transfer bus was picking up tourists from several hotels in the area and everyone was on their way. The room is large, very comfortable and thoughtful, the bathroom is excellent, the shower accessories were provided every day. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the desert and the racetrack. We took breakfast, monotonous every day, we had to stand in line to get there, to get coffee, to get an omelet... it was stressful. The hotel staff was friendly, and it was obvious that the hotel was under security, which was good. There is not enough space in the pool and there were not enough sun beds, the transfer to the beaches is not convenient in time, since in the heat itself they also take you to the very heat ((( if an hour earlier, it would be more convenient. It's a lovely hotel.As always, after reading some not very good reviews, it was scary what was waiting for us. But the hotel fully met our expectations. Everything is always clean, water is brought for free almost every day, beds are made, garbage is taken out. No things were missing, as they wrote in the reviews. The only thing that was a disadvantage for us: 1) There was no balcony and there was nowhere to dry things at all; 2) The towels were changed only 2 times during the whole time, although there were a lot of them, but we all used them and they were wet. The food was very tasty, there was a variety, but not just huge buffets, but we always ate too much (seafood and meat were sometimes offered for an additional fee. Of course, if you find fault rather than relax, you can always find disadvantages. We only came to the hotel to get some sleep and immediately go on to see Dubai.😍 If you take breakfast and dinner and go somewhere in the evening, you can change dinner for lunch, it's very convenient. There was only one Russian-speaking staff member at the reception. The location is very convenient, close to all the attractions. A couple of shops nearby. (Alcohol store is 10 minutes away on foot)))) On the 29th floor there is a restaurant and a hookah bar with a beautiful view, it's a pity that we found out about it on the last day. The pool is warm, 2 deep and 2 children's pools. There were always free deck chairs, and towels were provided there. When you come in the evening and see a compliment, it's very nice;) * Room, hotel and cleaning - 5. Cleaning every day or every other day (I don't remember anymore), cleaned well, towels were often changed. The room itself is clean, I haven't seen anything broken or rusty. There are bathrobes, slippers, hygiene products (replenished), shampoo and shower gel in the shower (you don't have to bring them). The hotel itself is clean, without intrusive service. There were no problems with water, we always replenished our supplies. The mattress is comfortable, with two pillows for each, you can choose which one is more comfortable. * The location is very convenient for us, as it is possible to walk around a civilized city to the subway and go wherever you want. At the reception (there is a separate desk service) You can also order a taxi. We went to cafes nearby, where we liked them, supermarkets are also not far away. * Infrastructure - the hotel has another ala-kart restaurant, a swimming pool (we swam almost every day). Half of the pool is shallower for children from 6+, the second is deeper. There are two pools nearby for kids. There are several shops in the lobby. We stayed at this hotel because we liked the Barsha Heights area - last year we stayed in the neighboring Ramada. Although the location of the Ramada is slightly more convenient, but in general it has little effect. I also liked the Millennium, although it was not without its drawbacks. Of the advantages, I would single out the pool area, plenty of space, two adult and two children's pools. There is also a normal bathroom without an unpleasant smell, which is often found in other hotels. The room has comfortable beds, a TV, a refrigerator that cools normally and a normal air conditioner. Cons: we asked for a room with a balcony, but we got a room on the 28th floor, very spacious, but with two single beds. They said there were no double rooms, but they could move two into one, and in the end they did. There were also no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room. We had our own brushes, but we had to talk about the pasta twice before they arrived. Moreover, the situation was repeated several times. I haven't really liked the breakfasts yet, so I didn't always go to them, although my other half went every day, on the contrary, she liked it, so it's a matter of taste.
