I really liked the hotel. Excellent location, near the metro, within walking distance of the Museum of the future. The room has everything you need: shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, bathrobes, slippers, tea, coffee, sugar. The water is replenished every day. There is no Russian-speaking staff, it was easy to get out of the situation with an online translator. There is a shuttle service to the beach. The pool was not used. We took breakfasts and dinners. Overall, the hotel left a very good impression, I recommend it. We were from March 8 to March 15, 2025. Excellent breakfasts, close to the metro - the entrance to the WTC is on the left, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk right through it (maps plot a route bypassing the street). The rooms are clean, no adapters are needed (universal sockets), there are bathrobes, slippers, soap, lotion, shampoo, shower gel (there was only no conditioner for hair), a tooth.brushes, razor, B.discs +sticks. Safe, ironing board +iron, refrigerator, kettle, mugs, glasses, tea bags. You can order Americano coffee or milk in the room (unlimited). There is a small shop in the corner of the hotel next to the elevators. The pool area has been renovated, it used to be located differently, sun beds and furniture have been updated, towels are provided. The only disadvantage of the hotel is that two neighboring 3* Ibises (the common owner) can use the pool and saunas, which is why there are always no free sun beds, some "smart guys" can take a towel in the morning. There are about 20-25 sun beds in total, and this is for 3 hotels. The bus also goes through all three hotels starting with ours, the first days were a life-and-death massacre. There are few flights to the beach, but if everyone doesn't go, then they let an additional bus in 5-10 minutes. When we left at 10 o'clock, the driver showed the time back at 12:40, although it is not on the schedule. I really liked the Kite beach, there is a shower, drinking water where to wash my feet, a cafe, an area with awnings, a separate area with sun beds and hot tubs, a paid trampoline for children (on the shore), a promenade along the entire length of the beach (about 3 km). A big plus is that there are no boats, sea entertainment, so it's quiet and peaceful. The nearest La mer beach is abandoned, but the toilets are working, there are no showers, there are a lot of people, we took a taxi about 25 dirhams one way.

A wonderful hotel!We rested from 02.11.24 to 12.11.24.The hotel is located in a very good location, near the metro, within walking distance of the Museum of the Future.To get to any part of the city without any problems.Cleaning and changing of linen and towels daily,there are all toiletries,toothbrushes,soap,shower gel,shampoo,conditioner,shaving machines.The room has an ironing board and iron, tea accessories, bottled water every day.The breakfasts are very diverse, excellent cheeses, pastries, dried fruits, omelets, salads, greens, etc.The reception staff is very attentive and helpful.There is a shuttle service to the beach and malls, the only wish is that the return transfer from the beach should be later, at 14-15h.The last transfer from the beach is at 12h.And another small minus is that the windows do not open and there is nowhere to dry underwear, swimsuits.

We stopped by the hotel with my husband on 18.12.2024 at 8 a.m. Although, we didn't have to wait to check in after 2 p.m., we were kindly provided with a beautiful room on the 11th floor with a wonderful view! The hotel is incredibly clean, very friendly and helpful staff! There is a girl at the reception who speaks Russian. The restaurant has excellent cuisine, varied dishes, fish, chicken, beef, lots of greens, desserts and very tasty! The room has a kettle, tea, sugar, iron and ironing board. Freshly brewed coffee can be ordered in the room! You can have a great time by the pool, towels are provided. There is a shuttle service to the beach and Malls several times a day. The location is great, near the metro, very convenient. There are 2 metro stops to Burj Khalifa. The room is very spacious, there is a sofa, a safe, the bed is very comfortable! Great city hotel. Located in the business district, the metro is 5 minutes away. walking. We had a rest from 04/20/2025 to 04/27/2025. Polite and helpful staff. Good food, buffet.
