This is not the first time in the UAE, but for the first time we are staying at Palm and Fairmont. Convenient location - close to key attractions. The hotel itself makes a double impression, it was chosen based on reviews. The rooms are spacious, a little tired, but acceptable for the Emirates. Nice balcony overlooking the sea, Dubai Marina and the wheel. We had a two-room family room for 2+2 children. The cleaning service with tips is good (the bed, urns, dishes are washed, accessories and towels are put in, slippers and bathrobes are in the rooms, it is clear that there are no plans to wash the lamps, there is dust). The evening room service is good. In the room there is a washing machine, tea, water for free. The territory of the hotel is compact, 2 heated pools, an area with hookahs. The sun beds by the pool are good, but the mattresses are a bit old. Towels are provided in one place, one shower. There is a cooler with water. Across the path is a private beach with a bar, pleasant. The swimming area in the sea is very small, but clean, like everywhere else in the neighborhood. Nice boardwalk and shopping center in 5 minutes on foot. There is no entertainment, and there is no live music. The main Flow Kitchen restaurant was not impressed. The food tastes good, but it's very monotonous. There is not much choice, although there is always chicken, fish and red meat. Tomatoes and watermelons are not ripe. Desserts are good, ice cream is free. In other lower-class hotels, the choice is greater and the food is tastier. The coffee in the restaurant is disgusting. All drinks are paid for, even plain water, even at paid dinners. In other hotels, water and 1 drink are always free. After the incident with the poor service in the restaurant and the negative feedback, the manager approached us to clarify the details. They also began to pay increased attention to the service - I am glad that the hotel team is not indifferent to the customer experience. I changed my assessment for the better.

A visit to Fairmont The Palm is an unforgettable experience! We stayed at this magnificent hotel for a week, and every day was filled with comfort and luxury. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: from luxurious bed linen to modern amenities. I was particularly impressed by the balcony with panoramic sea views. The service here is at the highest level. The staff is attentive and professional, always ready to help with any questions. From booking to check-out, everything went flawlessly smoothly. The hotel's restaurants are a different story. Each offers a unique gastronomic experience, from fine French cuisine to authentic Oriental cuisine. I especially liked the restaurant with a sunset view — it's something incredible! The hotel's infrastructure is impressive: several swimming pools, a spa center, a fitness room, and a kids' club. The beach is clean and well maintained, with comfortable sun loungers and attentive service. Fairmont The Palm is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, family vacation or business trip. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates comfort, luxury and impeccable service. I'm sure I'll come back here again!

An amazing Arabic-style hotel with an English building organization quality. The staff is friendly, for example, the manager Priya helped with quick accommodation, and Edem Amouzou joined in in French, which is closer to us.… The cuisine is amazing, the cheeses are expensive, there are always 3-4 types, including truffle. Desserts - from 10 to choose from! types. Lots of married couples and all traditional ;) On the beach, you can order both food and cocktails with an umbrella. The guys endure the heat in their uniforms, and you relax in swimming trunks. Overall, I really liked it.

We have been staying at the Fairmont Hotel since January 24, 2025, and we will fly home on February 01, 2025. The hotel is nice, the room is large, cleaned every day. Linen is changed constantly. There is a Russian-speaking manager at the reception called Alp. A very polite, attentive young man, solves all our problems, answers all our questions. We checked into the room in the morning. Thanks a lot to Alp, he found us a free room. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied. The restaurant is large, with lots of tables. The territory is well maintained, there are many sun beds, umbrellas, pools with warm water. The hotel is located on the first coastline. The water in the Sea is comfortable for us, we swim every day. The interior of the hotel is beautifully decorated. Large lobby. There is a bus service to Dubai Mall and Emirates Mall every day. Insanely delicious cuisine, we had a rest in the other five on the palm tree (fairmont level), it tastes the best here! Red fish for breakfast, different dishes for dinner, there were no repeats during the week. Pool separation is top! Those who live with children do not overlap with those without children, silence. Your own beach. A 5-minute walk to the shopping center, where there is a super market Waitrose, a huge selection of fruits, and everything you want! I would definitely return to this hotel for the third time.

From the point of view of other residents, the disadvantage of the hotel is a lot of screaming children, if you are traveling without children, think about it, you probably don't need it, especially in the pool. The beach is very pleasant, clean enough, the water is clear. But the main disadvantage is the breakfast service in the restaurant: dirty plates can stand on the table for 15-20 minutes, no one will take them away even if they pass by the table 3 times; new cutlery is not brought, so if you have lost your fork, knife, etc., you will have to run around the room, look for and ask for coffee. or milk - it's almost impossible, the waiters can disappear for 15-20 minutes, and during that time you've already eaten everything and you don't need coffee or milk. There are no hash browns, there are just potatoes, there is no filter coffee freely available, there is only one coffee machine for a crowded restaurant. In general, it's not what you'd expect from a premium network.

we had a rest in March 2024. well, such a hotel.Not a bad view, there is a palm alley along the embankment, there is a place to walk in the evening, if anyone needs shops they are all across the street, you don't have to go anywhere.The food is very monotonous, of course everyone ate a lot, but there was no dish of the day, it was always the same.we got into Ramadan , so there was water and juices for dinner, on normal days only for an additional fee.the fee.I absolutely did not like the fact that there were always wild queues in the dining room , there were few tables, there were a lot of people.And in the evening, it's so difficult to get to dinner at all, especially if you have a large family and want to have dinner together at the same table.The hotel also invites guests to dinner. i.e. they come there like to a restaurant and then there is no crowding at all and such a noise is worth it..the rooms seemed to be cleaned every day, the beds were definitely made every day, it was not clear with towels at all, they constantly did not report.The beach is bad .a dense sand-shell embankment.Again, there are a lot of people, few sunbeds.if you stay a little late for breakfast, you will no longer find a place for yourself either by the pool or on the beach.And there are also people who probably occupy a sunbed at dawn and went about their business, and people who come at this time have nowhere to go, everything is already occupied, the services do not collect towels on obviously long-"booked" sun beds.in general, a vacation is good, but for the money that was paid, there are much better options.I do not recommend it

This is the best location in Dubai in my opinion! Everything is fine at the hotel, the service, the food, there is nothing to complain about. The beach is super! the area is very green, the pool is surrounded by greenery, palm trees and tropical trees. We woke up every morning to the beautiful whistling of some birds, as if in the forest, which made us very happy, considering that the room was on the 8th floor and quite high! Along the coast there is a promenade with a variety of bars, hotels, areas with fountains, which is great for kids, our kids were fooling around in the fountains with joy) Cool music is playing all around, everything is clean, beautiful, everything is licked, everything smells of luxury and wealth. The rooms always smell pleasantly of some kind of perfumes, everything is fragrant. Literally across the street is the excellent Nakhil Mall shopping center, where you can meet all your needs. There is also a monorail station, which is very convenient. If you need a quiet place, then this place is not for you, because the location is very party, fun, with loud music everywhere) But at the same time, every family with children of different ages is at the hotel.

I'll try from the pros, but it's hard) 300 meters from the hotel there is a shopping center, it's stupid, but there is an amazing grocery store where there is absolutely everything, water, household chemicals, fruits, etc. The prices are not small, but the whole range is my respect. As for the hotel: firstly, in order to get to this shopping center, you actually have to walk along the road from the hotel to the main road, there is simply no pedestrian zone. A small beach, about 2 meters in, then the whole bottom is overgrown. You have to fight for towels, the garbage is rarely cleaned and then at the end of the day. The passage to the beach is through the embankment, from which, in fact, everyone who is not lazy comes to your beach and the guard is inactive. The food is tolerable, but monotonous to the point of impossibility, no fish or meat days. You can walk with your eyes closed to choose. Despondency. The water is paid, of course, it's a joke. 750 rubles for 1.5 liters)) beer for 0.33-1400 rubles. I understand that the ruble is not a strong currency, but 60 dirhams for a can of beer, which costs 7 in the Dubai Mall, is strong. Water is 30 dirhams per bottle, how's that? Business within business? The number of rooms is limited, but not critical. But the most terrifying thing about this hotel is the staff! He's terrible everywhere: you have to beg for cleaning until you complain, they cleaned it 1 time in 2 days, they already thought that it was accepted here and it was as mediocre as possible, for some reason they take your plate of food in the restaurant, even though you constantly say don't touch it, boorish aunts at the entrance ask for your room number 3-4 times per dinner to make sure you're not off the street. They can start serving the coffee machine in front of you, even though you are the first in line and it was possible to do it after you. No one escorted us to the room! We waited 4 hours for the check-in time, then we were silently given cards and that's it, this is the first time I've seen this abroad, I had to look for a room myself....When we checked in, a guy ran in and took everything from the mini-bar in dirty shoes for some reason, there are no Russian speakers on the cordon, I do not know where others saw them. I went there for 3 days in a row. They can put a child and a child at a table for 2 people, without bringing appliances. In many of my travels, the staff is the most irritable and not pleasant! There are also some dinners / corporate parties all the time, just every day, from this crowd of muddy Indians and noise until 1 am. Just so you understand, there aren't even any disposable dental jokes here. Who writes that "the best hotel on Palma", either you have a problem with the rating, or everything on palma is sad. Hello, we arrived in Dubai on April 18, waited at the airport for 9 hours, and eventually somehow got to the hotel by 12 o'clock. At the reception, the documents were filled out every 5 minutes, the hotel employee persuaded us to change the room to a room with a sea view, 3 times when I already started swearing that we would not change anything and we sat at the airport for 9 hours, we were finally given the keys to the room. (By the way, no one offered water at the reception or food, considering that there is a collapse in the city and I know that people sit at the airport for days). The one who went up to the room saw that we had a view of the sea.(the next day at the reception, when I asked why we were offered another room , we were told that if we had changed the view would have been even better) the rooms are spacious. But it is clear that the old ones are already.The room cleaning is terrible. There is a large shopping mall in front of the hotel. Not a bad scarlet where you can walk. We had full board included in the package, but what a surprise it was that drinks were not included in the meal) that is, you come to lunch and eat, but if you want to drink ordinary water, then buy an excellent business plan for $ 20. The food is all monotonous, I have already memorized where and what lies in 7 days. For lunch and dinner, you will be offered several restaurants where I have memorized the same menu. There are water machines near the pool, but they almost always do not work. (by the way, there is a state-owned free vending machine with cold water on the alley on the left side) your breakfasts will start with a queue in the dining room, waiting for the census of who from which room. A great start to the day. Also in these restaurants you will have to wait an hour for the food to be brought, and before that 20 minutes until the order is accepted) from entertainment for children there is a children's room 2 hours a day free of charge in which there is a TV and two animators. In general, this hotel surprised us very much, we will not go here anymore and we do not advise others. There are definitely no 5 stars here, no maximum of 3!
