We stayed at this hotel for the second time: first in May and now in November. We chose the Ramada suites because there is a transfer to our own beach and a transfer to the Dubai Mall every day, delicious food, awesome desserts, varied and for every taste, very attentive attitude to guests, they respond to any requests and try to help, as well as there are many different shops and even an alcohol market around (in the evening it's more fun here than in hotels by the sea). A nice small sauna, steam room and swimming pool - you can relax before going to bed. The first time I got a room in the third tower - there was an old room, but large and with a balcony, and the second time there was the first tower with an updated renovation, the same big one, but, unfortunately, I got without a balcony. At the moment, the third tower is closed for repairs and accommodation takes place in 1 and 2. The disadvantages can include a poor single coffee machine, which is tormented at breakfast. Everyone wants coffee, but she's the only one in the whole restaurant, she has to stand in line. We put the second one on, but it did not work during the week of our vacation, it was periodically removed. Also, for me, the behavior of our compatriots was wild, especially the older ones, who, like mad, push everyone aside and strive to be the first to get on the bus to leave the beach (the hottest at 13.15). Valiant pensioners (or so) push and squeeze into the bus, and people with toddlers and small children are waiting for the next one. The hotel has very good service, they make sure that EVERYONE is picked up! Well, they don't forget or leave anyone! 4 buses for 50 people left once, but everyone left! Stop panicking 😁 The beach is great, sandy, wide enough. There are vacationers from three hotels of the by Wyndham chain on the beach, but there is enough space and sun loungers for everyone, there are lifeguards, water activities too (buns, jet skis), toilets, changing rooms, showers - everything is as it should be. The hotel was arranged in all respects, the rest turned out to be excellent 👍 Oh, yes, for some reason no one wrote in the reviews that the Dubai Mall is undergoing renovation and the beautiful central entrance is closed (entrance is through the parking lot) and half of the aquarium is covered with a banner, only part of it is visible on the 1st floor. The fountains are working.

We rested in Ramada Suites with my husband from 20.10.-27.10. The room was very large with a kitchen, microwave and a two-chamber refrigerator. Very comfortable beds, high mattresses, and snow-white linen in the room. The room is cleaned every day. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hotel staff knows their job, I would like to mention Fazil and Otabek separately, the guys will always help, they speak Russian very well. I would like to note how the hotel has a shuttle service to the beach. We thought there would be a problem with this, but there was no problem. They start taking people to the beach from 7 a.m. to evening. They pick up from the beach from 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., until everyone is picked up. Wi-Fi worked great both in the room and on the beach. There were plenty of sun loungers on the beach for everyone. Also, every day at 15 o'clock there is a transfer to Dubai Mall, and back at 21 o'clock. One day we went to Dubai, they say, and in the evening I was surprised that at 21 o'clock the administrator Fazil came to pick us up to collect everyone and put them on the bus. I would also like to thank Fazil for extending our room until 13.30, since we had a transfer to the airport at 15 o'clock. I really liked the breakfasts, there is something to eat, meat, chicken, even fish was at breakfast, rice, pasta, fruits, etc. I can't say anything about lunches and dinners, since they only took breakfasts, but I think they are also very tasty. The work of security is also very well established, they will help with luggage without any problems. It was also very pleasant to visit the pool, very clean. I will definitely return to this hotel. Yes, the hotel is urban. But! Not every city hotel has ITS OWN beach! But this hotel does, and the beach is huge!The beach has white sand, the entrance is convenient. The water in March is already super! The sea is very beautiful, with different shades of blue and turquoise. Wi-Fi on the beach! There are plenty of deck chairs for everyone. Toilets, changing rooms - everything is available.There is a cafe - it is already paid, but you can buy something if you want. They make a coconut with a straw.I won't say it's delicious. But! Nicely. Once they gave out ice cream for free. Eat as much as you want. We ate 4 servings. Yes, the beach is not close (4km), but buses will take you there and back, everyone, no one will be left, if there are not enough places, another bus will arrive. Buses are on schedule, you will be given it upon check-in. The hotel also takes its guests to the Dubai Mall daily, free of charge - at 3 p.m. there, and at 9 p.m. back. It's super, the free tour is practically possible. It takes about 40 minutes to drive to Dubai. And upon your return, you will have time for dinner - the restaurant is open until 23. We are currently vacationing at this hotel. The most important fat minus of the rest here is that next to the private beach of the hotel (which also serves the Ramada Beach and Windham garden), there is an active construction site with excavators digging from morning to night and a jackhammer beating. So you will not get any zen from a vacation at the sea here. The sea is warm, muddy, sometimes it smells of mud. A light breeze of diesel oil sometimes brings from the construction site. The hotel is urban, there are shops nearby (even alcoholic). There is a free bus service to the beach and Dubai Mall. A lot of helpers, they will always tell you where to go. The food is delicious. We took breakfasts and dinners (dinner can be changed for lunch). You don't need to tell anyone, you just came at lunch and didn't come at dinner. The internet is excellent both in the room and on the beach. The room is large, but be prepared for the view from the window of the neighboring building 50 meters away (like ours). They clean up, the water will be replenished every day. In general, if you are not eating for a beach holiday, then well done.

We had a vacation in November.I really liked the hotel. Nice rooms. Responsive hotel staff .Good restaurant and food. The room is cleaned every day. There is a private beach, 5-7 minutes away by bus. The hotel bus takes you to the beach and picks you up 6 times a day, according to the schedule. There is a free bus to Dubai Mall and back, every day from 15.00 and picks up at 20.30. I recommend it for recreation. I would like to add one remark...when the bus picks up from the beach, tourists break into the bus as if it were the last one, pushing each other and even children apart!!! It's not the hotel's fault... This is the wildness of tourists! There will be so many buses to take everyone to the hotel! We went with two children, there were 6 people in the third (big) one! We had a rest in January 2024. And again we took a tour to this hotel - we will have a rest from 16.01.25! I really liked it! There wasn 't even a question about choosing a hotel! The staff is above all praise - polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious with a kitchen and a microwave. The bed linen is changed every other day, the mattresses are new, thick, and it's a complete relaxation. The location of the hotel is convenient - there is a Lu Lu supermarket to the right, an alcohol market to the left in 5 minutes, many shops and pharmacies. The bus to the beach is always on time, to the Dubai Mall at 15.00 and back at 21.00. Excellent restaurant - abundance of food, for every taste, everything is replenished, 2 coffee machines. The hotel has a daily free shuttle service to the Dubai Mall, we went several times. We also took an excursion to SeaWord in Abu Dhabi. This is an amusement park: with attractions, a huge aquarium, a dolphin show, penguins. We really liked it. We bought a sail at the agency for $ 250 for two. The agency is next to the hotel. There is also an agency near the beach, by the way, they have the same owner and the same prices. There we bought a sightseeing tour to Dubai with a visit to the observation deck on Jumeirah Island and a yacht ride along the Dubai Marina. We also went on our own to the Sky Views observation deck with a glass floor. It is located near the Dubai Mall, an attraction like the famous Frame, only the height is higher. The rest turned out to be intense, I really liked the hotel! If we go to the UAE, we will definitely go to the same hotel. I recommend it!

Nice city hotel. We got a two-room suite with a kitchen and two bathrooms. The food in the restaurant, as usual in hotels in Muslim countries, is a lot of chicken, legumes and some local cuisine. The service is good and fast. A bus takes you to the beach several times a day according to the schedule. There is also a bus to Dubai Mall once a day. On the first day, the guest manager, Otabek, arranged a tour of the hotel and answered all your questions, for which I thank him very much. Special thanks for the wonderfully organized transfer, the drivers are always punctual, there are no problems with seats, if there are not enough seats, another bus arrives immediately. And we bought breakfast vouchers for two for 100 dirhams, the children were allowed to have breakfast for free. We had everything inclusive and you can get drinks (cola, sprite, coffee, juice) in the lobby at the bar. The room is large and spacious, with two toilets, a kitchen with a small balcony. The floor is quiet, calm, no one can be heard. Every day, water, tea, coffee are brought to the room, cleaned, towels and bed linen are the cleanest. They always responded quickly to all requests at the reception and did not refuse. There is a lot of food, there is enough of everything, delicious cheeses, fruits, if something runs out, a replacement is quickly brought. Buses are taken to the beach, also without complaints. Everyone will be taken away and brought back. You can, of course, jostle in queues, or you can calmly wait until the majority of people leave and quietly leave) There is a bar with drinks on the beach, very convenient! You can sit under umbrellas, relax, and drink. Showers, toilets on the beach, everything is in good condition, towels are provided. There are many sun beds. There was always enough for everyone. There are a lot of small shells at the entrance to the sea, there are sharp ones, sometimes there are stones. It is convenient to enter in coral shoes, if you walk barefoot, then be careful. The pool is good, it is open from 7 a.m., there is a sauna and hammam, massage for an additional fee. At 3 p.m. every day there is a bus to Dubai Mall, about an hour on the way without traffic jams, it is well organized, but you may have to struggle to find your bus at the exit from Dubai Mall, because there are a lot of buses there. It's better to get out a little bit in advance. On the day of departure, the Wi-Fi in our room stopped working, and the cards were solved at the reception). In general, there are no complaints about the hotel, it's very good for your money.

Cleaning and replenishing water every day. Yes, the hotel is not new, but no one makes repairs at home every year, everything is well done, it does not crack. Despite not being the first coastline, the accessibility of the sea was provided by buses, another thing is that sometimes not everyone could fit into the first bus, but then the second one arrived. There is a free bus service from the hotel to Dubai Mall every day. There are many outdoor cafes around the hotel (although due to the fact that the Holy month of Ramadan is now underway, they are closed during daylight hours, but after sunset there is a lot of life there). There are Russian-speaking receptionists at the reception - Sukhrob especially helped: we arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and were checked into the room at ten, usually check-in takes place after two days. We were lucky with the weather too - it was sunny most of the time, and a slight breeze did not interfere with swimming in the sea. At that time, the hotel was almost completely populated by Russians and friendly Belarusians. The staff's attitude towards Russians is very friendly.

There is often a shuttle service from the hotel and back to the beach, and there are large buses. Seafood can also be ordered on the beach, and it was delicious. Once they gave me free ice cream on the beach. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Dubai Mall, which runs every day. The hotel's receptionist speaks Russian, which makes it much easier to resolve any issues, even those not related to the hotel. We generally liked everything. There is probably something to complain about if you want, for example dirty balconies (birds shit), but we did not go out on the balcony, so I will not lower the rating for it. We mostly went for the clean, warm sea, we got it. Of course, the sea is far from the hotel, you can't walk because of the heat, but there were no problems with the transfer.

To relax on the beach, we took two excursions from our tour operator. A wonderful young man. He didn't impose anything on us, just told us what he had to offer. Perhaps that's why we liked it, because we read about the excursions in advance and had something to compare it with. We went on a sightseeing tour to Dubai, sightseeing, dinner on a boat. The second tour to Abu Dhabi, the Louvre, the Sheikh's Palace, the mosque. We really enjoyed both tours and took a lot of cool photos. The rest was a success!
