Overall, we didn't like the hotel. I am writing a review at the urgent request of the hotel managers)) The hotel is old and unkempt, with an unpleasant smell of old age and mildew. The rooms are large, but they are not cleaned. The bed was not changed for 2 weeks, towels were changed only on demand. There are cockroaches and queues in the dining room, tables are poorly cleaned, dirty. At dinner, the local workers are fed first, and you stand in line and wait for them to clear the table, and only after that you will be allowed to sit at a poorly cleaned table. For 2 weeks, the suitcase in the room smelled so much of mold that I had to throw it away. Transfers to the beach and Dubai Mall are organized in a clumsy way, first they pack a small bus, followed by a large half-empty one. The befuddled aunts arrange a crush, break into the bus, then it turns out that the bus is not theirs and begin to break back, in short, entertainment is not for the faint of heart. There are questionable people hanging around the beach, walking between the sun beds and looking for something, I do not advise leaving things unattended.

The meager selection of fruits (sweet watermelon 80/20, pineapple 30/70 and melon 5/95%), the rest is simply not there. Sometimes there were some scraps of canned peaches and leftovers (from what?) grapes. Frankly bad vegetables. Soups and salads are a problem for most hotels. They only took breakfast, in addition to the banal scrambled eggs and omelette, as in all hotels, even 5 *, there was fillet fish, beef stroganoff chicken, beef in the form of minced meat and rolls, stewed potatoes with vegetables, spaghetti with vegetables, rice like a rezotto. Well, the little things: fruits, pastries, sausages, sausages, cheeses, porridge, beans, coffee machines are, but instead of cream-milk. Have breakfast, bye and go to the beach! Buses run to the beach 6 times a day, there is a timetable. Since the beginning of the season, and the number of people has increased, the number of buses has also increased (not the flights have increased, but the number of buses has increased)!!! We are still driving normally towards the beach, many get off 30-20 minutes before departure and take seats on the bus- the bus always leaves if it is full!!!! Not everyone understands this and they start pumping their rights- I'm standing, I'm going, etc., and at this time there's already another bus nearby!!! No one has ever ridden standing up. We eat from the beach, yes, this is a complete disaster, if at 13:00 they can knock out teeth with elbows. Everyone wants to get on the first bus and make it to lunch, the most combative are the women over 60, beware of them. I was even bitten, and another day my shoulder was scratched. The last bus from the beach is at 18:00, but there will be 3 buses, with an interval of 5-10 minutes. And one more thing. The old beach is under reconstruction, they are taking it to the beach nearby. Everything seems to be fine, cafes, sun beds, showers, toilets, but the beach is in the worst place---the approach is very bad, strips of broken seashell 2-3 meters long, with children is not an option at all, unless you roll it on your neck. Breakwaters : 300 m on the left, 1000 km on the right, respectively, there is always a wave and a red flag!!!! As a result, all the garbage from the bay is floating on the beach and around your heads! We went to the left, to the breakwater, closer to the Sheraton. It's always quiet there and the water is MUCH cleaner! Cleaning: they are cleaned well, if desired, every day, if necessary, a tip in gratitude at your discretion. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. There are supermarkets nearby. Every day there is a transfer to Dubai Mall at 15:00, back at 21:00. The rooms are spacious, there is a refrigerator and a microwave, but repairs would not hurt, the hotel is far from new! I won't come the second time, because I don't rest 2 times in the same place! PS: the youth here will be bored, in the evening the traffic is full 0! At most, sit on a bench. Have a good rest!
