We stayed at this hotel in February 2025, a wonderful hotel, wonderful service, liked everything, nothing to complain about.The location, food and cleaning are simply top notch, and the shuttle service to the beach and to the Dubai Mall is well organized.I would like to mention and thank the Russian-speaking manager Otanbek at the reception for the warm welcome at the hotel and the discussion he gave us, he responded quickly to all questions, always helped, just the best! We rested from 20.06 to 26.06.2024. My wife and I lived in the first tower on the 7th floor. The room is simply gorgeous, two toilets, spacious rooms and a kitchen. In general, there are no questions about accommodation, everything is gorgeous (cleaning every day, with replenishment of drinking water, soap accessories). Meals for 5, everything is delicious and never ended (we took breakfasts and dinners). The transfer to the beach is also organized competently. In general, the hotel and the service are on "5". After filling up the bus, if there are still people who want to go, but there are no more seats, then the next bus is served in a few minutes, if necessary, the third bus. They don't leave anyone behind, unless, of course, you're late. The beach is closed, the hotel. Large towels are provided at the entrance to the beach, and there are plenty of large, dense umbrellas and comfortable plastic sun beds on the beach itself. The city continues to be built, i.e. there are many construction sites around, because of which some streets, passageways, sidewalks are blocked, you have to bypass, and Yandex Navigator does not know these overlaps. But these are the peculiarities of the country) Neither a plus nor a minus. Just a fact. There are a lot of shops around. There is a huge "DayToDay" about 20 minutes away on foot. You can buy any kind of chocolates, souvenirs, and ANYTHING else there very inexpensively. A lot has already been written in previous reviews about a bank nearby with a good exchange rate and how you can change money in stores nearby (you buy for dollars, they give you change in dirhams). The liquor store (Unisat) is a five-minute walk from the hotel (from the hotel to the left) with a huge selection of spirits from all over the world and reasonable prices. Next to the hotel is the tour agency Parus (from the hotel to the right). The prices for the excursions are almost the same as what the tour operator Fan-San offered us. This problem is even more urgent when traveling to Dubai Mall. If you will definitely be picked up from the beach, and a taxi is inexpensive there, and we actually walked from the beach several times when we stayed to watch the sunset (walking from the beach to the hotel is exactly an hour at an average pace), then we would not like to stay in the Dubai Mall at 9 p.m., a taxi to the hotel will be expensive. in Ajman. And so you run between buses, yours, not yours... no one really knows, everyone comes in, asks the driver, a traffic jam forms at the entrance.… But this, in our opinion, was the only flaw of the hotel.
