In general, I liked the hotel, there are no complaints about the food, cleaning and reception staff. The bus always took you to the beach according to the schedule, and the bus to Dubai departed from the hotel at 15 o'clock. The only remark is that it is advisable for the hotel to carry out a renovation and change the furniture in the rooms, but this did not affect the rest in any way.

Nice hotel. We rested from August 5-11, 2023, the rooms are large, clean, cleaning every day, water is provided to the room every day. The staff is polite, responsive. The room got spacious, like a 2-room apartment, with a kitchen, 2 toilets. The beach is private. Almost every 1.5 hours own buses take you to the beach back and forth (10 minutes). It also carries its own bus for free every day to the Dubai Mall and back. A good rest for a reasonable price.

I really liked the rest at the hotel at the end of September 2024, if the room is ready, then they check in immediately, without waiting for 14 hours and without additional charge, we arrived at 7 a.m., the room was still occupied, we were offered to leave our luggage, change clothes in the locker room of the pool and go to the beach, put on bracelets, everything is clean in the hotel, neat, helpful staff, the room is cleaned every day, linen and towels are changed on demand, water, tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel, cream are replenished daily. Very tasty food, everything is fresh, appetizing, always in abundance, even at the beginning of lunch, even at the end, meat in different versions, fish, rice, vegetables, potatoes, national dishes, cakes, there were always watermelon, several types of melon, pineapple, grapes. I really liked the yoghurts for breakfast. You can warm up in the sauna and swim in the pool, and visit the SPA for an additional fee. The disadvantage of the hotel is the remoteness from the beach, the transfer to the beach is free every two hours on several large comfortable buses. In my opinion, the schedule is inconvenient, it would be better to take one bus, but every hour. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the beach. The beach is private, sandy, gently sloping entrance to the sea, sun beds, towels are free. There is a shower, toilets, a changing room, rescuers are working. The bar provides water, soda, coffee, tea. For an additional fee, you can buy cocktails and have lunch. The sea is wonderful, the sunset is amazing. There is also a daily free shuttle service to the Dubai Mall. I will be happy to come to this hotel again.

There was a limited budget for a trip to the Emirates at the end of 2023 to 150 tr. For 133 tr. we took a trip for two for 8 nights with breakfast and dinner. Transfer-transfer-accommodation-insurance. The Ramada Black Hotel in the Emirate of Ajman. We went to the Emirates for the first time for exploration and thought that it was unsuccessful, because not in Dubai or even in Sharjah, but it would be informative. Reality has anticipated all our expectations. Brought to the hotel from the airport in Dubai in 40 minutes. At the reception, everyone speaks Russian, they sent us to dinner, they made everything themselves. The room was given 50 meters with two toilets, a kitchen with a huge refrigerator, a balcony, a safe, a hairdryer, a kettle with tea, coffee, cream, sugar, two liters of water daily, dishes, soap, shampoo, etc. in the bathroom. About the food I want to say that this is a song - in the best restaurants of the Russian Federation and the UAE I did not eat such delicious dishes that never ended. Unfortunately, in the end - in 7 days + 7kg. Dinner can be changed to lunch without any requests, just come to lunch, check in and don't come to dinner. If you need lunch or dinner, which you don't have in the way, you can pay 100 dirhams and go eat with everyone. Buses are taken to the beach every 2 hours, the beach is its own, sun beds and towels are free, free and always available. There are toilets, showers, changing clothes on the beach without any problems. Beach at 3 Ramada hotels, strangers are not allowed in. At 15-00, the bus leaves for Dubai to the Burj Khalifa every day, it is picked up at 21-00. Everyone is taken away, once we came at exactly 15-00, the bus was full, so we were given a minibus for two. Once, because of traffic jams, they were late for dinner, which is until 22-30, so dinner was postponed by half an hour, closing later. It seems that everything is sharpened for people. There is a tourist office near the hotel, where you can also change dollars and dirhams, if you have left. On an excursion to Abu Dhabi, they took an excursion from a tour operator for $ 100 per person - I advise, unlike a travel agency on the street. They cost $70, but great cons. We have a comfortable bus with our guide, who told a story all the way, gave everyone a bottle of water for free, they have a minibus without a guide with an Arab driver. We had all the tickets and passes provided by the guide, they have you yourself, and this is a problem. We had lunch at a 5 star hotel, they don't have lunch. The most important thing, because this is the best, even better than the Louvre - we stopped by the presidential palace, they have no check-in. And this is a minus for the whole trip. In the mosque, our guide dressed all the girls in uniform, there is a very strict dress code, they have it as you want. In general, the Ramada is a super hotel for me, perhaps I will go there more than once

We had a rest with my wife on April 1-9, 2023. The food, the room are good, transfers to the beach and the Dubai Mall are convenient. Excellent gym, hammam and sauna. There is an alcohol market nearby with adequate prices. The staff is at a good level. There is a remark. If the hotel is decently filled, there is a queue for coffee in the restaurant. You need to put the 2nd coffee machine! And everything else is fine!

If I were choosing a hotel for a short-term business trip, I would put 5.
But how people who came on vacation manage to give a high rating here - I don't understand.
It is far from the sea, it is difficult to walk on foot and in comfortable weather - almost 5 kilometers.
There is a bus to the beach from the hotel, but it goes according to schedule, not to say that often - you will always have to get attached to it. Boarding the bus and exiting it on the beach is a rally, who will push whom, who will be the first to reach to take a sunbed. I admit that this, among other things, depends on the contingent, which mainly consists of our compatriots.
The food is acceptable, but monotonous, especially breakfast.
The rooms knew the best time - everything is very worn.
The service, though welcoming, is very mediocre.
The corkscrew in the hotel could not be found, although no one said that it was not there: "I'll bring it right away," and like in the water...
When cleaning, towels were taken away, new ones were not put - I knocked out an hour, called three times... After the sea, waiting an hour to wash up is still a buzz.
From the hotel every day there is a free transfer to Dubai mall - everyone is put on a bus, counted, and then offered to transfer to the other two (almost Thai tuk-tuks), because something broke.
I am not a very picky tourist, and there is something to compare - rarely on vacation everything is perfect, but you can always find some advantages that compensate for all the disadvantages.
There are none in this hotel.
Look for a hotel closer to the sea.

Hello everyone!We went to the hotel on the recommendation of friends.The hotel itself is completely satisfied.I liked the room and the room cleaning.Excellent food.I didn't like the boorish attitude of the staff in the restaurant.We didn't have time to have breakfast (as we were in a hurry to catch the bus to the beach, which runs very rarely!!!)We took 2 apples with us, the waitress immediately ran up and started shouting loudly and waving her arms.The apples were returned to her, but the waitress could not calm down for a long time.She also did not leave our table until the end of the rest and looked at us contemptuously .She ignored our requests to bring water.When contacting the administration, nothing has changed!Such staff works with food (this is very serious).Also, when buying the tour, a gala dinner was required, which was paid for and indicated in the voucher. We did not get to the gala dinner, they explained to us that when we bought a tour to the hotel, there were no more places for it.There were no seats, and we were charged for the New Year's dinner.So we had dinner in a half-empty ordinary restaurant.We have been to the UAE 5 times, this is the first time we have encountered such service.The New Year's mood is completely ruined!

The beach is 10 minutes away, maybe a bus several times a day (the schedule is issued upon check-in). Don't worry, if you can't fit on the bus, they always send another one, everyone is brought to the hotel.
The rooms are huge, with a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave.
Cleaning every day, water is brought in 1.5 and 0.5 liters.
The restaurant accommodates a lot of people, there are no queues. The food is delicious, lots of greens, meat of several types, there is spicy food, it is marked with a pattern - red pepper.
Desserts are not like Turkish, very tasty. Fruits: watermelon, melons, pineapple, grapes.
There is no alcohol (from the word "absolutely"). So, if you are a fan of free booze, then you are not here.
I had an all-inclusive meal, which is breakfast, lunch, dinner, water, tea, coffee and carbonated drinks in the hotel lobby and on the beach.
The beach is private, belongs to the Ramada hotel chain, a scheduled bus takes you to it. There are enough sun beds, but more comfortable places under the trees are occupied by tourists from nearby hotels belonging to the Ramada.
Towels, sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge,
There is a shuttle service from the hotel to Dubai, free of charge, every day, from 15.00 to 21.00.
Information about the transfer to the airport is brought to the room. Show it at the reception and a lunch box will be prepared for you if you are picked up at the airport at night or early in the morning.

Of the minuses: we took a double room - it was fundamentally important, because mom snores. As a result, it turns out that in a room of 75 square meters we can use only one small room with
two single beds. My mom had to huddle on an 80cm sofa, which is basically not designed for sleeping. They offered to pay extra for the bed. It's crazy. It turned out that 75 kv is designed for two, but we were driving three.
We were constantly brought towels for two and shampoos for two, but there are three of us!
The food is of the same type and there are many spicy dishes. The child ended up eating nuggets and pasta for all 10 days, although he eats everything. But even I couldn't eat potatoes. Lunch turned into dinner. What they hadn't eaten since lunch was spread out again.
Terrible transfer schedule to the beach. Everything is galloping, you don't have time to eat, you run to the beach, from the beach to eat. I'll attach a photo of the schedule, see for yourself. It takes an hour to walk.
We got lost in Dubai, I called the reception and they didn't help me find a stop.
Scammers walk along the beach and offer to go buy jackets and fur coats. Why does the administration allow this? We were deceived by 58 thousand and no one could help.

A great hotel, even though it's far from the sea, comfortable buses go to the beach and back every hour, with air conditioning, the ability to put a stroller in the trunk and polite, calm drivers. The hotel itself is conveniently located, you can go out for a walk, there are small and large shops around. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym and much more. The staff is friendly, the food is wonderful, the cleaning in the room did not let down much. They often threw their personal belongings into one pile. The food is good, everything is very tasty and there is a wide variety of dishes available. There are Russian-speaking staff, there are no problems with communication. There are many different offers for excursions and various leisure activities, including a visit to the Burj Khalifa, jeep rides on the dunes and the shopping center. In general, I recommend it. We liked it!

I rested in this hotel for 2 weeks. He fully justifies his four stars! The food is really restaurant, the rooms are cleaned every day and very carefully! The rooms are large, with a separate kitchen with a microwave and a full refrigerator! There is a private beach and a regular shuttle service to and from it. The entry into the sea is perfect! There is also an indoor swimming pool with warm water and a children's area.
It is better to take all inclusive, because the prices separately for breakfast / lunch / dinner "bite", I give a photo.
To summarize, in this hotel, as in the UAE as a whole, everything is for people! I recommend it to everyone!
