Located in a beautiful lagoon (river and embankment), within walking distance of a Mosque, parks, shopping centers and markets. You can get to the sea at 9 a.m. for free by bus from the hotel and back at 1 p.m. We took a taxi, an umbrella on a public beach, the sea was clear and sandy, and we saw a starfish. The food is varied, meals at the Holiday International Hotel, the swimming pool and gym can also be used from this hotel. There is also a private pool, which is located closer to the villas, each of them has its own mini courtyard with a table and chairs. The room is clean (it consists of 2 rooms) and the next room is outside the door, we didn't have anyone nearby, so I can't tell you from the audibility, if there is a large family, then you can move into the villa entirely without neighbors), 3 bottles of water were brought into the room every day and cleaned. The staff is polite and speaks English. In the first room, a cockroach came out in the shower 5 cm in the morning and (almost did not move, most likely they had been poisoned earlier) and there were ants (this happens in a bungalow), they asked to change the room, we immediately went to a meeting. These two hotels belong to the same owner, they are located nearby and you can use the services of two hotels. The restaurant where we ate is located at the Holiday International Hotel. The restaurant is good, there are many dishes to choose from. Breakfast always includes beans in sauce, rice with vegetables, potatoes, and many other hot dishes that change daily, as well as porridge, hash browns or croquettes, French toast, pancakes, fresh vegetables, hummus, various other spreads, cheeses, ham, chicken sausages, beef, fresh fruits, juices, and water., coffee, tea, various sweet and unsweetened pastries, cereals with milk, yoghurts, etc. The hotel staff speaks English. Rooms are cleaned every day, and water bottles are brought during cleaning. They also bring a shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Near the hotel there is an embankment with beautiful manicured palm trees, a lawn where locals often lie and relax. Within walking distance is a beautiful sand-colored mosque, which is illuminated in the evenings. Across the street from the hotel there are many different cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. there is a daily shuttle service from the hotel to the beach at 9.00, and it picks us up at 13.00. We went in early September and it's hard to be on the beach at this time because of the heat. The water in the bay is too warm and not refreshing, so in September I recommend taking a taxi to the beach in the evening. It's nice there in the evening, it's not so hot, a lot of locals relax, meet the beautiful sunset. There is also a shuttle service from the hotel to Deira Shopping Center in Dubai. The audibility with the neighbors is excellent, I came across a family of Hindus with children, but they only made noise at breakfast, they didn't bother at all. There are tables and chairs in front of each room, you can sit and drink coffee. The clothes dryer is brought on request. There is a transfer to the beach, at 9:00, but I never used it, I had breakfast early, at 6:30 and already at 7 I took a taxi to Al Khan, and at 9 back, it was over 42. Nearby there is a fish and souvenir market, supermarkets Lulu and Nesto are a 10-minute walk away, in the evening after dinner it's great to walk along the embankment and in the palm oasis, the whole city flocks there.

This time, our guide from Anex Tour surpassed herself. All her kindness ended when I started asking about the free bus to Dubai provided by the hotel. It's not profitable for them to tell tourists about it, otherwise you can see Dubai on your own. And they need to sell you their tour. Therefore, Elena tried in every possible way to dissuade us from such a trip, inventing 100 reasons. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the waiters, the rescuers were from the CIS...Russian speakers, we hardly bothered the guide. We didn't go on excursions, we were already everywhere. Before lunch, the beach, after lunch, we walked a lot around Sharjah (gold, fish market, mega mall, city center, racing on the canal). Dollars of 2008 are easily changed, the exchange rate is 3.63. Well, do not forget to bargain, the price may be 2 times lower. The whole house was booked at once, as previously there was a review that poor sound insulation and food smells. When we settled in, we understood. There are 2 rooms in the house, their cost is different, one room with a kitchen (dishes on request), one without a kitchen, separated by an interior door with a gap at the bottom, definitely neighbors or you will interfere with each other. The bathroom of room 701 is equipped with handrails for people with disabilities. I really liked it.

Some outlets are not working We booked a room for a month on holiday, but upon arrival it turned out that our reserved room was not there. We settled in a nearby hotel in this villa. The ventilation is buzzing terribly, it didn't let me sleep (despite the fact that I usually sleep very soundly). The sofa in the room is stained. We needed to spend 1 night, but even for 1 night it was uncomfortable to be here. I saw that a room for a day in this villa without food costs 86 thousand per day, it's not worth such a day at all. It's a long way to the beach, you can't walk, there's no territory, the pool is not big, the water is cool, the food is not bad, the choice is not big, the same type, but you can eat. The maids are great, they clean every day, bring water. The furniture in the room is a little old. You can live, but don't expect a wow effect from the hotel. The rooms are cold in winter and spring.

I liked the hotel. An oasis among the skyscrapers. Very cozy, green. The location is convenient. The food is good. All that was missing was tea and coffee for lunch and dinner. For some reason, there was only water. And there should be more napkins on the tables. Otherwise, everything is not bad!

Great hotel. Cozy rather large houses, rooms have water, tea table, shampoos, etc. (all are regularly replenished). Very comfortable bed, daily cleaning. Breakfast/lunch/dinner at the nearby HI. The only drawback is the beach, it is far away and public.

We had a rest at the hotel in early December. Positive: Pleasant territory, cozy, green. Normal more or less breakfasts, a beautiful restaurant in holiday Inn, where breakfasts are held. Bed linen is changed every day, towels too, if you throw them on the floor. Shampoos, gel, soap, tea, coffee, water are all replenished without problems and even more than necessary, there is a transfer to the beach and to the Dubai shopping center (we did not use it, the time was not convenient, we took a taxi ourselves), a very comfortable bed. Cons: The hotel is tired, requires a general cleaning of everything that is possible, and repairs! The furniture is old, there are layers of dust in the corners, the sofa in the living room is very dirty, the mattress on it is also very worn. There are a lot of crows and cats on the territory, in the morning they all scream from 5 o'clock and wake up, it's annoying. For some reason, the guests feed all these animals and this makes them even more. The most unpleasant thing: we were first settled in room 4502, this is the second floor in a house by the road and right next to the reception. After the road, we fell asleep and did not pay much attention to the very very noisy ventilation or something like that, the sound is like from a very loud washing machine, the sound does not stop, we spent two nights there and almost went crazy, asked to change the room, which no one was even surprised, all the employees already know that there is such a problem. Please note that only Russians are accommodated in this room, and a family was also settled right after us. We were moved to room 302 with its own lawn (we asked for one of these), the room turned out to be for the disabled, it was even dirtier than 4502, the doors were dirty, the curtains were dirty, just a nightmare, dust in all corners. There is not even a small partition in the bathroom between the toilet and the shower, as a result, there is always water and dirt everywhere in the bathroom, you have to walk in beach slippers in the room. Also about the pool, it is very deep, it is not convenient for children, there is something like a children's pool under the roof, there is mold all around, like some kind of paddock. Holiday Inn has a much nicer pool, but we still haven't figured out if we can use it. This is certainly not 4 stars at all. We would not have gone to this hotel 100% a second time.

We rested in Marbella from 02.03.24-05.03.24 after a cruise in the Persian Gulf.I wanted peace and quiet after a huge noisy liner with a huge number of people. And here I got it. We lived in Villa 1702, located approximately on the quiet middle line. The villa had two rooms: a living room with a sofa, a table, a TV and a bedroom. Bathroom with shower.In the hallway there was a refrigerator on which there was a small tea area with a kettle, cups, sets of tea and coffee. Two 200 ml bottles of water were added daily.Every morning at 9 a.m. the bus took us to the beach and picked us up at one o'clock in the afternoon. The pool is deep enough to work until 20h, beach towels are also provided there.The breakfasts are good, there is porridge, several hot dishes, good pastries, watermelon, melon.Coffee is brought from the coffee machine at your request.The staff is helpful and friendly.Cozy, calm.We liked it, we want to come back.
