Good location. There is a subway nearby. It is possible to get from Terminal 1 of the airport by metro for 5 dirhams in 25 minutes. And walk to the hotel in 5 minutes. Beautiful and comfortable area of Deira. Although the hotel is online, it is very comfortable. The room is large. There is everything you need. A bottle of water is free. Teapot. Tea, etc. is very pleasant at a late evening check-in.
The staff is friendly.
Excellent breakfast. Beautiful view from the window. The only negative. The window does not open and there is no balcony. Pda and in ex Ibises. But the air conditioner works fine.

The convenient location of the hotel, everything is nearby: the metro is a 10-minute walk from the World Trade Center, the Museum of the Future, 3 metro stations to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The liquor store is one station away. Walking around the area is a pleasure. The time of the transfer to the beach and malls was written at the reception, but we did not try to get to it, we took a taxi. They took breakfasts and dinners, changed them when they needed to, and came for lunch. Breakfast is the same every day from 6.30 to 10, buffet, dishes did not change, by the end of the week they were already boring, but the choice is large, you will not stay hungry. For lunch, a choice of menu, salad or soup, second and dessert, tea, coffee, juice, water from 11 to 15. For dinner, buffet, from 19 to 10.30.
I read reviews that I needed to ask for an iron and dragged a steamer with me, as a result, both the iron and the ironing board were in the room, as well as a hair dryer, a bottle of water was brought every day, even if they forgot - in the evening, after returning from a walk, the water was on the table. Cleaning the room every day, changing towels, etc. Tea is also brought to the room, there is no coffee.
Cons: the rooms are small, but they are decent to spend the night in. Windows do not open and there is no dryer, so clothes dry where they have to for several days.. there is nothing else except hand and body soap, shampoo, etc. take with you.
Otherwise, for us personally, the pros outweigh the cons. The hotel is decent, it fully justifies its 3*

Excellent location, room cleaning on a daily basis, high quality, the rooms are lovely. There is always delicious coffee with dates in the lobby of the hotel in the evening. All staff will always listen carefully to all questions and give a clear answer, even if there are questions about locations or excursions. They will advise and tell you. There is a gym, a spa. In general, I am delighted with the hotel. Excellent food, meals on the menu are prepared individually for everyone. There is no private pool, but you can go to a nearby hotel, it's a 5-minute walk. You can also steam in the sauna there. There are no disadvantages in the hotel as a whole, but there is a nuance: there are rooms for smokers and for non-smokers, and those who do not know about it can move into such a room, it is not very pleasant, because it is smoky. And in general, I recommend the hotel! I would love to go there again.
