Good location. There is a subway nearby. It is possible to get from Terminal 1 of the airport by metro for 5 dirhams in 25 minutes. And walk to the hotel in 5 minutes. Breakfast is the same every day from 6.30 to 10, buffet, dishes did not change, by the end of the week they were already boring, but the choice is large, you will not stay hungry. For lunch, a choice of menu, salad or soup, second and dessert, tea, coffee, juice, water from 11 to 15. For dinner, buffet, from 19 to 10.30.
I read reviews that I needed to ask for an iron and dragged a steamer with me, as a result, both the iron and the ironing board were in the room, as well as a hair dryer, a bottle of water was brought every day, even if they forgot - in the evening, after returning from a walk, the water was on the table. Cleaning the room every day, changing towels, etc. Tea is also brought to the room, there is no coffee.
Cons: the rooms are small, but they are decent to spend the night in. Windows do not open and there is no dryer, so clothes dry where they have to for several days.. there is nothing else except hand and body soap, shampoo, etc. take with you.
Otherwise, for us personally, the pros outweigh the cons. The hotel is decent, it fully justifies its 3*

There are no disadvantages in the hotel as a whole, but there is a nuance: there are rooms for smokers and for non-smokers, and those who do not know about it can move into such a room, it is not very pleasant, because it is smoky. The view from the room deserves a separate five stars. The breakfasts are monotonous, but there are always cheeses, vegetables and different types of cooked eggs, but there are no scrambled eggs. And, probably, all the disadvantages can be forgiven to this hotel for the stunning view from the window!
The location of the hotel is strategically right for visiting all the tourist places of the city and non-tourist ones too. There is a subway nearby. The hotel provides a free transfer to the Kite beach (by the way, I liked it the most).

Breakfasts are repeated every day, by the end of the vacation they get tired, but it's acceptable, there was enough of everything and there was literally everything from the products.
We took dinners and it was the best decision. First of all, you don't bother to find a cafe, every dinner has a different menu and the food is delicious! Appetizer or soup, main course, dessert and juice. Who doubts to take or not to take dinners — take them, I liked it.
The pool in the Novotel, the hotel next door, they give towels, rested by the pool a couple of times, comfortable sun beds, everything is good.
They were allowed to stay in the room until 14:00, right before check-out, without additional payment. The staff is friendly.

We took a package tour to this hotel on a travelat. The rating was higher than everyone else's and the price was good. We had breakfasts and dinners. I was very surprised by the quality and assortment of products, everything was very tasty and fresh, the food was replenished. Apparently, the UAE is really watching this. The food was also excellent for dinner. The rooms are not large, standard as in all ibises. Of course, it's a little cramped together. And the minus is that the windows do not open, but only the air conditioner works because of this, there was a smell of dampness in the room, as I just did not try to adjust the air conditioner. Well, the transfer to the sea ... you need to add flights, because the hotel is full and one flight is not enough, because you can only sit down to go.
That's why we used a taxi (Yandex) to the beach. Of course, it turns out to be expensive 70 dirhams in one direction.
And I recommend the hotel despite the disadvantages. For some, they will be insignificant.

There are rooms for smokers and not - you can choose at check-in if the tour operator has chosen the type for you in advance. The rooms are not big, but everything is reasonable. The room has a hairdryer, shower, TV, safe, kettle. The windows don't open. The temperature on the air conditioner is regulated centrally. The air flow can be changed from a car to a larger and smaller one. In general, in April they set 22-22.5 degrees indoors - it was quite comfortable. However, we went to breakfast and dinner in trousers and a sweatshirt or jeans - it was cool. The clothes in the room do not completely dry out. Towels too. But towels are changed every day or just ask - the cleaner will immediately replace them with dry ones. Every day they give a liter of water in a sealed glass bottle. You can also come up and ask for a new one at any time. The water in the shower - reading, tasteless and odorless - you can brush your teeth. The breakfasts and dinners are delicious. There is meat and vegetarian. Fruits, coffee, milk, juices. Very tasty pastries. Lots of greens and salads. The principle of the buffet. It is convenient that dinner is from 19 to 22:30 - you will definitely be in time. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:00. The nearby Novatel Hotel offers free use of the swimming pool and gym. Very convenient. There are sun beds around, they give you a towel, there is a shower and lockers on the key (you need to leave a card from the hotel room as a deposit). On the second floor of this pool there is a gym with treadmills and equipment. Everything is free. It works from 8 to 19, it seems. For many, this is a better way to sunbathe than to go to the sea :) Around the hotel there are: cafes and more than one (not very expensive and delicious), a ZOOM grocery store (groceries, household chemicals and little things) in office buildings nearby (you can walk freely and cool down in them) there is a pharmacy. There are several currency exchange offices across the main road. The hotel does not change the currency - I had to leave dollars as a deposit, because I could not pay the tourist fee of 10 dirhams per night with them. Then I went and changed dollars for dirhams - I paid the tax and took the deposit. If you like to walk, the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are 45 minutes away. The same amount to the frame or even less. A beautiful Museum of the Future is 5 minutes away. In general, 2Gis works great - you can see the routes and what's nearby. There are reviews and photos. Free buses depart from the hotel several times a day: to 2 malls and to Kite Beach. The beach is pleasant, but expensive 100-150 dirhams (2.5-3.75tr) for a sunbed with a towel for the whole day. You can just hang out there without a sunbed - but you won't have an awning over your head, and the sun is baking. The beach itself is interesting, excellent infrastructure: many eateries, public spaces, paths, free showers, toilets and changing rooms. The famous Parus Hotel is a short walk away. There is a convenient pedestrian promenade almost to it. The schedule of free buses is given at the reception. But they are often packed. They don't take it standing up. One bus has about 25-30 seats. Be prepared to take a taxi sometimes (you can share it with someone). By the way, if you do not have a foreign card, Yandex still works on Russian cards without problems. But business rates are higher - the local green taxi will be 10-20 percent cheaper and it will be fresh camry. I used Yandex business - it was about 1200₽ -1500₽ to the kite beach. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and professional. But you need to know English or use a translator. The coral tour employee was there 1 time the next day at 09:30 (this was warned at the airport). I highly recommend taking his phone. They never brought us information about the departure of the transfer - a message on the coral employee's whatsapp helped - he sent information in response about the departure time. Overall, a very pleasant hotel. Great location. Not far from the airport. Far from the beach, but there is a free pool.

The staff at the reception is friendly, they come to meet you. We were settled in a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa at the first request. The cleaners clean up well, but then they forget to put water on, then they forget to bring towels, but after a call to the reception, everything is solved within 10 minutes. By the way, there is no Russian-speaking staff, so install Yandex Translator.
The food is a buffet breakfast, the choice is good (they have awesome coffee), lunch and dinner on the menu, but the food is restaurant, Japanese cuisine. There are also no complaints about food, we were completely satisfied.
There is a shuttle service to Dubai Mall, outlet Mall and to the beach. But sometimes a full bus would get to the beach at our check-in and people had to take a taxi (standing passengers are not carried).

A great hotel for your money. It was the first time we were abroad with my husband and I really want to share my impressions.
1) Location. This hotel is perfectly located in terms of all the attractions. The main mode of transport is the metro. For those who plan to visit everything on their own, it is very important for you to see the hotel near the metro station. This hotel is located 7-10 minutes from the World Trade Center station. Two stops from Burj Khalifa, one stop from Dubai Frame, the next stop is the Museum of the Future. In our opinion, it is an ideal option if you are in Dubai for the first time and plan to visit the main locations of the city. Walking is not an option, since the city is not adapted to travel in this way (there are few pedestrian crossings and generally long distances).
But from the hotel to the Museum of the Future, you can safely walk, 15 minutes.
2) Check-in. We took a tour and were met by a tour operator at the airport, the transfer was delivered immediately to the hotel. They settled right away. An important point that I read about in several reviews: the state tax that you need to pay at the hotel. We immediately asked him to pay 10 dirhams per night, we got 70 dirhams for 7 nights. Then they gave a key card for the room, which you need to use in the elevator to get to your floor.
3) The number. Matched the picture, cleaned every day. Sometimes they forgot to bring water, but you can call the reception and ask. There was also an electric kettle, tea/coffee, milk powder, sugar, glasses. Refrigerator, safe, iron and ironing board, towels. The WiFi was working fine. For some reason, we were given slippers, toothbrushes on the last day of our stay. We had everything with us, so this moment did not confuse us.
4) Food. Excellent, there is a different choice, I took an omelet as standard and made a salad of vegetables. Lots of fruits and vegetables. There were also various kinds of eggs, bread, buns, Indian food, juices, tea.
We only paid for breakfast (breakfast lasts from 8 to 10 in the morning), we did not take dinners so that there would be no binding to the hotel in the evening.
5) Transfer. There is a bus to the Kite beach, left in the morning 2 times at 10 and at 12 in the morning, 4 flights back (I don't remember everything, but they were definitely at 14:25 and 15:30). There is also a bus to Dubai Mall at 15 and back at 16 o'clock.
Overall, the impressions are excellent. For the first time, you can safely take this hotel if you want to get to the sights quickly. The area is more about business hotels, you need to get to the beach either on your own (taxi), or use the hotel transfer. Therefore, if you want more beach holidays, it is better to pay attention to the Dubai Marina area. But as it seemed to us from there it is very far to go to the main attractions, spend more time. And this hotel is ideally located and also budget. I recommend it!

Opposite the hotel, if you go a little to the right, there is a nice swimming pool in the Novotel, there is even a Finnish steam room where there is a women's toilet. For the transfer at 10 am, there is a crowd at Kite Beach. At 12, if it's okay to go. Keep in mind that the transfer back at 15-40 may simply not come for you. We arrived at 15-35, there was no bus. I had to take a taxi for 50 dirhams back. So always be sure to take money to the beach with you.
