Advantages: cleanliness, daily room cleaning, smoking rooms with views of Bursh Khalifa, comfortable bed, cozy room, early check-in, good breakfasts, fast free Internet, near the metro station.
Among the disadvantages: monotony at breakfast, no pool, gym, you have to go to a nearby hotel, small rooms, no Russian channels on TV.
For the New Year (pictured): there was a great buffet, a lot of booze, paraphernalia, a dancer, a lot of seafood menu, a variety of meat dishes.

There are also British outlets everywhere, when I asked for an adapter, the guy at the reception pointed to their store, and everything is more expensive there. The next day I went up to the girl, she gave me an adapter without any problems.
The metro station is 7-10 minutes on foot.
The hotel has its own transfer to the beach, there are a lot of people, the bus is small, everyone is fighting for a place, it is also not thought out.. Kite Beach did not like it very much, on my arrival, fuel oil was apparently drained from the ship, the water was all black to the shore, swimming was forbidden..
This hotel is not bad, but the price is too high for it, I think.

The only advantages of the hotel are the location, decent breakfasts and friendly staff, always greet and smile.
Minuses:
1) cockroaches, they killed two pieces themselves, then they also found poison on the floor, respectively, the staff is aware
2) there is nowhere to dry things, there are no hooks, the windows do not open
3) the rooms are small, it's enough for one person, I don't advise you anymore, don't disperse
4) the room should be cleaned every day, but it turned out once every 2 days, given that there was a lot of beach holidays and a lot of sand in the room, then this is not enough.
5) this is not a minus, but just a fact that not all travel agencies warn about - for two, the tour tax in this hotel is $ 20

Before check-in, we took our luggage for storage. In the meantime, we walked around, looked around. 2 steps from the metro, the Museum of the future, the Emirate tower. Cafes and Starbucks are literally in the hotel building. There is even a minimarket. The rooms are clean, I got 1137. View of the Dubai frame. From below, they immediately gave 2 Key cards. We open the door with them and take the elevators. The rooms are small, but it's OK for 2 people. There is a good Internet connection. The speed was accelerated to 120mbps. But sometimes it gets stupid, only a network reboot helped. Cleaning every day. TV about 20-30 channels. There are no Russians. But not a problem. The staff is responsive. There is even a Russian-speaking guy, but he didn't make contact well. Information about transfers differed, what was hanging on the monitor and what I received from a neighbor. Transfers are packed 99% by Russian tourists. 10 hours to the beach in Kite Beach. The bus is small "who got up-that and sneakers." Places are limited. A crush at the door, swearing, etc. Taxi to the beach 50dir.(approximately 1000r). Ordered through Uber. Lexus 250 arrives. Very comfortable. The transfer goes to the beach several times a day, picks up too. But everyone usually goes back on the last one. And again the crush, swearing and so on. Who did not have time to sit down, goes by taxi. Naturally at your own expense. Transfer to Dubai Mall, Emirate Mall and Outlet. We didn't go. They moved exclusively by themselves or by taxi or by metro. Of course, the transfer is a hotel jamb. If you really offer it, then let for example 2 buses go to the beach. Since that's how they go to the malls. The breakfast is delicious, the croissants just came in. Buffet, a large selection. The plumbing in the room is new (well, maybe lucky). There was a shower stall, but it flowed a little. We will definitely come back here again! The most convenient location.

The guys Saroj and Puran come to my room, polite, courteous, strive to serve the room even there, which is not necessary)) in general, the attitude to work is off the scale! + room service is provided with water, tea, coffee and other small things under strict control.
