I chose the store based on ratings and reviews on the Online store and, unfortunately, I lost.
I bought a Macbook with delivery to another city. All the details of the purchase were discussed with the manager by phone, namely: it was important that the device was not opened by anyone and did not have the Cyrillic engraving of the supplier. Obviously, the points are mutually exclusive. These nuances were discussed and clarified several times, all conversations were recorded on the store's side. The manager promised with three boxes and on warranty issues said that if anything, you won't have to go anywhere.
The laptop was delivered the very next day — fine, but... no. The first thing that confused me was the lack of a branded seal on the film packaging. I immediately called the service to clarify this point. The service was surprised and suggested that the seal may be missing due to the region for which this device was manufactured.
OK, I opened it… What was my surprise and disappointment when I saw that they sent a version with an engraving ... an incomprehensible font and a yellow color on a device created for aesthetic pleasure. Before ordering, I understood that this was possible, as well as the fact that you can't buy factory engraving these days, so the question of its absence was fundamental.
Then an endless stream of calls with inquiries began. On the store's side, they eventually admitted a mistake when they listened to all the recordings, but refused to do anything on their own. They also refused to give the number of the head, I had to look for myself. They offered me to come on my own and exchange, guided by the paragraph of the law on consumer protection, which assumes independent delivery of goods weighing less than 5 kilograms, but ... I ordered, certain agreements were reached with the manager, and as a result I received not what was agreed upon. Why should I go?
In general, initially the delivery was refused to me. A day or two later, I managed to contact the head, the result of the conversation with whom was an offer to deliver another laptop with some kind of his driver, and not a transport company. Moreover, the head took an hour to think and said that they would call me back. Half a day passed, and I called him again, but there was no answer. About 10 minutes later, the service called with such a "tempting" offer.
Let me clarify that during phone conversations, I was constantly asked what was wrong with the laptop and why the engraving was an obstacle to use… For some reason, I had to make excuses for the store's mistake, God…
Okay, I agreed to wait.
The wait took a month with weekly calls from my side and negative responses from the service employee. Such things.
A month later, I decided to go myself to close this issue and start using the thing I bought a long time ago. The first attempt to go ended with a long wait for a response that the laptop you need has already been sold and that you need to call in advance. The second attempt was a success, if you can call it a success. The question of the existence of "his driver" has remained a mystery.
Customer orientation only works before the purchase, and then do what you want. They will meet you halfway, but only if you talk well and don't mention protecting your rights.
What is the result? A month of stress, negative emotions and uncertainty until the last moment that the ill-fated laptop will be exchanged, because the store still needs to evaluate its appearance, you never know what I did with it during this time. By the way, at first there was another option with courier delivery, but the service employee said that the company was so-so, because there are no guarantees that I will not send a "brick". Very pleasant.
You bought it, and it's your fault.
In conclusion, I note that during this time other equipment was bought, but not in this store. If the situation had been resolved in the first few days, as it should be from a human point of view and from the point of view of responsibility for one's own mistake, then purchases here could be regular… But the way it is.

Покупал IPhone 14 pro - несколько нюансов о магазине:
- первое впечатление - при заказе техники специалист был совсем не заинтересован - сухая инфа - ничего не объяснил и не рассказал какие могут быть нюансы при выборе модели для определенной страны (вряд ли он и сам знал), и в том числе что нужно как минимум адаптер докупать…
- при самовывозе была большая очередь - плохо построены процессы - невозможно проверить технику на месте так как много людей за душой и по факту покупаешь кота в мешке
- и самое главное телефон оказался для Японии - по законодательству данной страны камера будет издавать звуки даже в режиме без звука - небольшой нюанс, но мне его не хотелось - при попытках решения вопроса специалисты «сливались» мол вам нужно было сказать, что вы не хотите телефон японской модели - тотальная некомпетентность и халатность - единственное, что знали как выкручиваться согласно закону прав потребителя (видимо много кейсов уже было)
Как результат, я сам разобрался в Инете, что при в ставленной симки и йос выше 15 - данный нюанс с камерой пропадает - чего не знали специалисты компании.
Вывод такой: работают не заинтересованные люди, которые не знают продукт, который продают

Покупал два кондиционера в квартиру и никому не рекомендую, особенно учитывая, что гарантия 5 лет это ложь: у них нет никакого сервиса.
Начну с начала. Устанавливать приехал какой-то левый "мастер", который вместо одного дня потратил три, за собой не убирал и сильно мусорил, якобы у него пылесос строительный сломан, поставил криво, дыры в уличной стене не заделывал, документы об установке никакие не оставил.
Прошло почти 2 года, в одном из кондиционеров с момента установки до сих пор не прошёл запах мокрых тряпок, а теперь в режиме нагрева внешний блок нездорово вибрирует. Звоню в компанию, чтобы разобраться, в чём же может быть дело. Оператор возмущённым голосом "объяснил" мне, что я позвонил поздно и "звоните в другой день, я думаю вы знаете, что завтра праздник, да?", окей, некомпетентный хамоватый оператор меньше всего интересовал в тот момент, итак мне дали номер телефона "сервиса", в который дозвониться получилось (внимание!) через месяц, где девушка сказала, что они не обслуживают кондиционеры и мне дали не тот номер — это нормально вообще? Нахожу самостоятельно на сайте совершенно другой номер одного из "сервисов", где мне сообщают, что вообще-то (внимание!) они не ответственны за купленный у них кондиционер и все претензии к тому, кто устанавливал. Я сообщил, что документы "мастер" не оставлял. Сервис отвечает, что единственный вариант в таком случае это обслужиться платно другим мастером их компании. Окей, хочу исправный кондиционер, давайте другого мастера и платно. Записывают мой номер телефона, чтобы "передать". Проходит ещё 1 месяц — ни звонка, ни смс. Тут вдруг некий человек в вайбер пишет "здравствуйте", и всё. Я подумал, что ошиблись, ответил аналогичным приветствием в ожидании продолжения диалога. С тех пор прошёл ещё 1 месяц (!) и я ради интереса проверяю в гетконтакт, что это за человек, и что вы думаете? Там подписано "Олег кондиционер". То есть вместо звонка мне без предупреждения пишут в мессенджер пустое "здраствуйте" и просто исчезают. Тут я решил полистать вайбер, вспомнив, что тот первый горе-"мастер" мне так же писал в вайбер и я отыскал этот утонувший чат. Этого "мастера" зовут Александр, я ему написал о сложившейся проблеме и ситуации касательно кондиционера, мол, вы занимались установкой, давайте подумаем, что можно сделать. Угадайте, что было дальше? Ни - че - го. Человек прочитал, человек проигнорировал. Компания никакого мастера так и не присылала, никто не звонил, никто не писал. Удачи с таким подходом к клиентам!

Вроде должно было все закончится нормально,но установили неправильные драйвера,винда не устанавливалась, пришлось ехать в отдел, там предложили переустановить за 50р, хотя у меня обслуживание на год и гарантия на 3 года,но я не стала уже разбираться,т.к и так на стрессе с этим всем. Согласилась на переустановку, но было непонятно:сделают щас или уже на следующий день и пришлось ждать еще полтора часа. В итоге сделали в этот же вечер,но опять принимают только наличку и сказали об этом только при оплате… намучилась я с этим магазином

Заказывали два телефона. Один привезли без проблем, со вторым вендор доставки начал создавать сложности. Доставка с 12 до 20, курьер позвонит за 5 (!) минут. То-есть весь день сидишь дома, никуда не отскочить. Так себе логисты работают.
Если после первой покупки остались положительные впечатления и я решил здесь сделать вторую, то сейчас впечатление испорчено и в будущем уже буду искать другого продавца.
