I arranged in advance for the installation of an air conditioner for a certain day and time in the city of Mozyr. Since they only work on weekdays, it was difficult to choose a day, since I work on weekdays myself. I had to involve my father-in-law and mother-in-law to come on the day of installation and walk with a small child outside while the air conditioner was being installed, and my wife would stay with the installers. We agreed that the installers will be with us at 10 a.m. As a result, they called at 9:30 a.m. and said they were just leaving Gomel. That is, they would have arrived only at 12 o'clock. And this time did not suit us anymore, since we have a quiet hour in our house, and the child has to go to bed during the day. We have agreed on a new installation time for 17:00. And at 11:30, they called and said, let's come now, because we'll have to wait three hours to start the installation at 17:00. I explained to them that we have a small child and a quiet hour in the house. Of course, this does not suit me. They offered to come another day. Of course, I refused, because there is no guarantee that next time it won't be the same. And now the appeal to the installers themselves, of course, I understand everything, there are different force majeure situations. But if you didn't leave at 8 a.m., then you could have already called and informed them that you would not arrive on time, rather than calling at almost the appointed time and confronting the fact. And if you have already agreed to postpone the time to 17:00, and then refuse because you have to wait 3 hours, then this is your problem, since it is your fault that the appointed time was disrupted. Normal responsible people would have waited three hours to fix the situation they created themselves. And such irresponsibility speaks for itself about the quality of your service.
