Unfortunately, we couldn't move into the cabin as planned, but in return we were given a nice room, they cleaned it every day and left bottles of water. The pool is very warm, we swam in it every day, it doesn't smell like bleach, which is a plus! Alexander constantly told us a lot of stories, so it wasn't boring)) and I made a wonderful performance when I found out that she had proposed to me on one of the excursions) I advise you to visit the hotel, it was great there, we are happy with our vacation! Of the minor disadvantages, this is a far location from the sights, but if you take individual excursions, then everything is comfortable))

We stayed at the hotel at the end of May 2026. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff: administrators, owners, cooks, cleaners. The service was top-notch, the room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay (3 sets of towels per person, bathrobe, personal hygiene products). The room itself was very comfortable and cozy. Separately, it is worth highlighting the pool, in which you could swim around the clock, the water temperature is 35-40 degrees. The pool is clean, as it is located under a canopy. The hotel has a wonderful cuisine and an unusual menu. Every morning, breakfast turned into a gastronomic treat. The service and taste are at the restaurant level. The owners Julia and Alexander brightened up our stay at the hotel with stories about the country, culture and personal stories. Julia also helped us with the organization of excursions to the main sights of Abkhazia. And when we left, she took us to the border on her own, and I also thank her very much for that. Overall, I enjoyed everything very much, thanks to the staff of the Alouar hotel for a wonderful vacation)
